In this episode I talk about what happened when I had the chance to be alone by myself for the first time in 25 years. 

You can be alone. You need to be alone in fact. Sadness is equally important, pain is important,
failure is important, probably is it is the only thing that is important. Growth lies where the unknown lies, where fear lies.
