Você cresce achando que o amor precisa ser comprado e performado. Desenvolve a síndrome da boazinha – quer agradar todo mundo a qualquer custo, não sabe dizer não, tem pavor de rejeição. Você passa a vida inteira tentando ser perfeita para receber uma migalha de afeto.

"É como buscar água num poço seco. Você joga o balde e volta com areia. O problema não é o balde, nem a corda, nem você. O problema é que o poço está seco."

1. O luto mais difícil da vida – o luto da mãe que você gostaria de ter. Aceitar a mãe real que você tem (aceitar não é concordar – é parar de brigar com a realidade).
