River released a great diagram for the new global reserve asset and the global reserve currency. Michael Saylor predicts 100k by the end of 2024 along with the completion of their $42 Billion capital raise plan BEFORE the EOY 2027.

There are a few states that are embracing Bitcoin quickly. Florida's CFO wants to increase the state's allocation, Pennsylvania has introduced a bill to create a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve (SBR), and the US Government with Cynthia Lummis, support from Michael Saylor, and a Trump Presidency might be able to pass the BITCOIN ACT which will buy 1 million Bitcoin for the United States. Also, why should you buy Microstrategy stock over the Bitcoin miners or Coinbase?

Bitcoin has officially entered the bull market with a break out over $90,000/coin. With a red wave and a Trump presidency, there may be a mysterious foreign nation state buyer who has entered the market to front run the US Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. All of this happened while Bitcoin flipped Silver and Michael Saylor and MSTR are buying up 27,000+ more Bitcoin.

After President-elect Donald Trump won the 2024 Presidential election with a favorable house and red Senate, where does Bitcoin and Microstrategy go from here? Will they be impacted by the massive flows into the Bitcoin ETFs and when will they start their stock issuance and convertible debt strategy to buy $42 billion worth of Bitcoin. Could MSTR be added to the Nasdaq 100 and S&P 500 index soon? Here are my price predictions for bitcoin and MSTR for Saylor's team in 2024-2025.

Seeking Alpha, Yahoo Finance, and WallStreetBets have all had Microstrategy stock ($MSTR) and Saylor Bitcoin buy and hodl strategy bear cases that have been released. Will Microstrategy go to zero, will they be margin called, will the corner the market? We cover all of that in this video. Also, has the Bitcoin bull market 2024-2025 started yet? How high could we go? And how can I trade stocks, equities, shares in companies to make a lot of money? Or should you buy and hold MSTR for the long haul.

On October 30, 2024, Microstrategy and the Executive Chairman Michael Saylor announced their earnings for Q3 2024. They made a lot of large announcements as they laid out their plan for the coming 3 years. Their $42B capital raising plan includes a $21B ATM and issuing $21B in fixed income securities. They have also rebranded to BTC (Bitcoin) Bitcoin treasury company.

This was a landmark earnings call and Q3 2024 earnings report for Microstrategy and Michael Saylor. They announced a $42 billion dollar 30-year plan to raise capital to purchase more Bitcoin. They also increased their KPI Bitcoin yield target to 6-10%. They are the best performing stock equity in the S&P500 and have the most stock volume and liquidity and options open interest of any company their size (market cap of about $50 billion). They are a growth company and Saylor addressed the mNAV or multiple to net asset value valuation controversy and had to explain how to value the company as a growth bitcoin treasury company.

Will Nvidia and Microstrategy continue to outperform the rest of the market in 2025? Neither company has had a significant correction since the beginning of 2023 and investors and many hedge fund and institutional pundits on CNBC and mainstream business news seem to think a recession is coming. But I think we are in the middle of the cycle and the best is yet to come. We also talk about crypto and alt season alt coins vs Bitcoin and MSTR.

Microsoft is voting on a shareholder motion to consider investing in Bitcoin for treasury diversification. We also talk about "alt season" and whether or not MSTR/Microstrategy and Michael Saylor's new business direction will act as the beta to Bitcoin that crypto (Ethereum, Solana, etc.) has acted as in the past. Michael Saylor apologized on Twitter for his controversial stance on Bitcoin self custody.

The greatest reverse indicator of all time, Jim Cramer just said not to buy MSTR stock but to buy a Bitcoin ETF or Ethereum (ETH) with Vanguard... We also talk about Paul Tudor Jones and his bearish views on the US election and government debt.

Microstrategy's new convertible debt offering was over subscribed from $700 million to $875 million at an interest rate of 0.625%. This is an incredible way to get rid of old debt, buy Bitcoin, and keep annual interest expense low.

Today we talk about Microstrategy's new senior convertible debt offering and how it will be used to pay off an old loan with an interest rate of 6.125% which cleans up the balance sheet and gives room for around 1.5 billion dollars of new converts if they can be issued into high stock volatility at an interest rate of around 1%. We also go over the Fed cutting rates for the first time since 2022 and starting with a 50 basis point cut.

Microstrategy and Bitcoin had a very weak Friday with Bitcoin falling to $52,500. Even though September continues to be a bearish month, both MSTR and Bitcoin had a strong rebound on Monday as Bitcoin looks to post a bullish Q4 and Q1 with October and February being Bitcoin's best months of the year. Saylor also went on Squawk box to talk about Bitcoin, and how MSTR is the best performing large cap equity in the US over the last 4 years.
