Rita is Founder and CEO of ImpacTrip, Impact Beach House & Impact House – a Social Enterprise with the mission to support and empower the work of social and environmental non-profits! Together with Diogo, the company was founded in 2015; for travelers having the most unique and meaningful travel experiences connected with the locals, to experience the culture and to contribute in a positive way to the local communities while making friends from all over the world. They do this through their different brands: The Impact Beach House is one of those. It is a hostel by the beach in Estoril, dedicated to Climate Action with a special focus on Ocean Conservation and Circular Economy.
