Millennials are unsurprisingly challenging the traditional styles of leadership with completely different values and expectations from their leaders. As we learn from the sibling duo Akash and Nikita Mehta, communication, relationship-building and empowerment are some of the major key components influencing their leadership styles. Akash became the youngest ever global digital manager for Dior aged 25 and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 as well as a TEDx speaker. Nikita has a background in developing sustainable initiatives for LVMH, and spent many years in her family business of luxury perfumery, who excitingly were behind the fragrance for Formula 1. Recently the duo have launched a holistic wellness brand called Fable and Mane.
