While patrolling aboard the recon vessel MCV Goulburn, Sergeant Ranger Bison and Corporal Jason Nynx intercept a rogue distress signal - one traced back to the AEF Dreadnaught, an unknown deep-space research facility.

- Lockdown protocols are in effect!

Continuing the events after the transmission was received by the Twi-Light crew. Aboard the AEF Dreadnaught research facility, Captain Morgan Reynolds and his second-in-command, George, are caught in a situation that has already slipped beyond their control.

- George!?? Talk to me man!! Whats going on over there buddy?!! -

When a planetary scouting team of 2 (Twi-Light) is surveying an unknown planet. They had ran into mechanical issues with their vessel. With supplies running low, In time, they called for help.

But what was that sample they had sent for analysis prior? What exactly did they find down there?
