But what I discovered—and what I want to share with you—is this: within each of us lies an incredible power. It’s our resilience. Not just the ability to bounce back, but to break through.

Hi, I’m Tracy—also known as Miss Resilience. I’m a speaker, mentor, and author of Behind the Smile. My mission is to help people like you tap into your inner strength. I guide individuals, teams, and organisations to build real, lasting resilience by using practical strategies and mindset shifts that lead to transformation.

I didn’t just study resilience—I lived it. I’ve faced trauma, PTSD, sleep paralysis, and missed school due to a serious accident. I battled self-worth issues, survived domestic abuse, and navigated life as a single parent with no financial support, while also climbing the ladder in a demanding career.

I worked hard to create a life for my family. But even then, I was dragged down by others. Despite that, I kept going. And if I can build a life rooted in strength and purpose, so can you.

When we work together, I make things simple, practical, and easy to understand. I don’t believe in fluff or jargon—I believe in clarity, relatability, and action. Whether you’re an individual or a business, I tailor my tools to help you face adversity with confidence.

In Behind the Smile, I talk about overcoming loss, blame, and guilt. These were some of my toughest battles. But what I learned is that resilience isn’t about pretending everything’s okay. It’s about finding a way forward, even when you feel like you're falling apart.

There were times when I felt completely lost—but I didn’t stay there. And neither do you have to. That journey through the dark is what fuels my work as a speaker and mentor.

I’ve spoken at schools, businesses, and even prisons. Why? Because the need for resilience is universal. I share raw, honest stories and practical tools that help people not just survive—but thrive.

It’s not about quick fixes. It’s about deep transformation. About recognising your pain, honouring your past, and using it as fuel for growth.

The key to resilience lies in your inner resourcefulness. I help you uncover that—so you can move from reacting to proactively navigating life’s toughest transitions.
