In this episode of Mind Body Mentor, host Adam Carbary joins Steven to explore the foundational origins and transformative power of Somatic Breathwork. Steven shares his journey from manual bodywork and cranial sacral therapy to discovering breath as the ultimate bridge between mind and body. What if true understanding requires more than just listening to someone's words—what if it requires feeling their experience in your own body?

In this third episode of our Co-Regulation series, Steven and Adam explore the foundational meta skill of Attunement - the ability to move beyond merely being "seen and heard" and step into being deeply felt.

They break down the somatic definition of attunement, the essential balance of maintaining a "strong spine and open heart," and why attempting to attune to others without first being aligned within yourself leads directly to people-pleasing and burnout. The conversation uncovers the subtle blocks that get in the way of genuine connection—from the noisy inner critic to hidden personal agendas—while offering practical insights into how body-to-body resonance creates felt safety across every area of life.

The Truth About Finding Your Purpose27 déc. 202501:06:21

Many people feel lost because they are searching for purpose in all the wrong places. The real blockage rarely involves confusion, but the emotional resistance that keeps us from hearing our own internal direction.

This episode challenges the cultural myth that purpose is something you think your way into. From psychology to somatic science, the evidence is clear: clarity comes when your body is regulated, your past is integrated, and you stop outsourcing your worth to achievement.

•••

In this episode, you’ll learn

• Why the pressure to "find purpose" creates more anxiety and self doubt
• How emotional resistance clouds clarity and keeps you stuck in mental loops
• The difference between purpose as a goal and purpose as embodied meaning
• How to recognize when your life path is drifting out of alignment
• Why nervous system capacity determines the quality of your decisions
• A simple question that reveals what your intuition has been trying to tell you

•••

Purpose does not operate as a destination but as an unfolding experience shaped moment to moment through somatic awareness.

The modern fixation on purpose often grows alongside an equally modern fixation on self improvement. A cultural script promotes the idea that fulfillment arrives through optimization: more goals, tighter roadmaps, higher output. Many people eventually discover that the harder they strive to “live their purpose,” the more pressure they feel and the further clarity drifts. Purpose becomes a moving target, always one achievement or transformation beyond reach.

An emerging body of psychological and somatic thought suggests a different core problem: not a lack of direction, but a lack of internal spaciousness. Purpose, according to this view, functions only within the present; no form of searching can reveal it while a person remains disconnected from the body that must feel it.

This perspective reframes purpose as a continuous act of meaning making rather than a fixed identity. Every choice, every conversation, every micro gesture contributes to the meaning a person generates. Purpose evolves not from “finding the right path” but from noticing whether daily actions move closer to or farther from the meaning one hopes to embody. Even those who feel aligned with a chosen path often encounter doubts, because purpose functions less as a final achievement and more as a dynamic relationship between inner state and outward behavior.

If purpose unfolds within the present, emotional resistance often blocks access to it. Humans naturally avoid fear, grief, anger, and vulnerability, unknowingly avoiding the clarity contained within those emotions. Much of what feels like indecision or misalignment functions as an attempt to outrun discomfort.

This reframed understanding of purpose also highlights the central role of connection. Human nervous systems rely on co regulation; emotional load becomes far more manageable within supportive relationships. Meaning deepens not in solitary striving but within shared spaces where individuals feel welcomed and witnessed. Purpose emerges through connection as much as through introspection.

The most radical implication of this viewpoint comes from its simplicity. Purpose may not require pursuit at all. When a person relaxes resistance, relinquishes control, and stops tying worth to rigid goals, internal direction grows audible. A quieter voice begins to guide choices. That voice rarely delivers a grand cosmic assignment. Instead, it conveys a sense of rightness in the present moment, a felt alignment with how one hopes to show up in the world.

Never Waste a Trigger19 déc. 202501:00:45

You’re not “too sensitive.”
Your nervous system is overloaded and the holidays expose it.

Most people think triggers mean weakness or immaturity.
In reality, triggers reveal exactly where freedom ends and autopilot begins.

Viktor Frankl proved this under far harsher conditions than family dinner tables.

•••

In this conversation, you’ll learn:

  • Why triggers only show up in relationships and never in isolation
  • How to tell the difference between a reaction and a chosen response
  • The “full memory card” metaphor that explains emotional overload
  • Why suppressing emotions keeps the trash bin full instead of clearing it
  • How somatic breathwork restores choice when the mind cannot
  • Why never wasting a trigger accelerates growth, bonding, and self mastery

•••

Triggers are not problems to eliminate.

They are signals pointing to frozen past energy that wants completion.

When nervous system capacity increases, free will follows.

The Dark Side of Self-Reliance 10 déc. 202500:55:20

We’re told self reliance is strength, but for many of us it quietly becomes a prison.

Steven Jaggers and guest Rachel Bell reveal what happens when hyper independence stops being empowering and starts being the very thing that keeps us disconnected, exhausted, and alone.

The self help world teaches us to “fix ourselves first,” but as you’ll hear in this episode, that belief can become a trap.

What looks like discipline or resilience is often the leftover survival strategy of people who never had anyone safe to rely on. Eventually, the old strategy collapses under the weight of real connection.

•••

In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why self reliance becomes addictive and why so many high achievers can’t turn it off.

How hyper individualism creates loneliness, even when your life “looks successful.”

Why relying on someone feels dangerous to people who built their entire identity on being self resourced.

The hidden cost of chasing “purpose” and why the search itself becomes a form of self punishment.

How connection, not optimization, actually fuels growth the exact opposite of what self help culture teaches.

Why healing is a byproduct of relationship, not another project to micromanage alone.

•••

Self-help culture encourages solitary transformation, yet many discover that progress rarely comes from isolated effort. People grow through connection, not relentless independence. Hyper Individualism frames total self-reliance as maturity, but that mindset often develops as armor from earlier wounds. When a trustworthy partner finally appears, reliance feels risky because it demands surrender of control.

Healthy partnership avoids both codependence and radical independence. Two adults each maintain a spine and mission, then choose mutual reliance grounded in competence, shared values and clear decision-making. This dynamic allows one partner to step out of constant CEO mode and pour energy into creativity, family or a larger mission.

Much of modern “purpose” talk quietly traps people in self-comparison. Culture teaches that purpose must match an idealized future screenshot, so daily life feels inadequate. A healthier compass centers on feeling: moving toward environments that create coherence and away from those that drain. Purpose expands when tied to something bigger than personal achievement.

Healing follows a similar arc. Treating healing as a personal project often reinforces a message of brokenness. Treating healing as a byproduct of connection shifts everything. When people engage deeply with partners, communities, bodies and shared mission, growth emerges naturally.

Simple shared practices, such as journaling prompts, morning reflection or prayer, create relational architecture that lifts both partners. These practices build a shared language, reduce misunderstanding and strengthen the higher, grounded versions of each person.

Commitment then functions as liberation rather than confinement. Limiting options focuses energy, much like constraints create better art or narrower niches create stronger businesses. Structure gives depth.

Self-help tools still offer value, yet relationships often create more transformation than any solo regimen. People receive their clearest mirrors, strongest motivations and deepest growth through others. The future of human development may lean less on isolated improvement and more on intentional partnership as the true engine of change.

It's Not Social Anxiety, It's The Mask You Wear22 nov. 202501:09:48

Most people think they have “social anxiety.”

What they really have is a lifetime of masks they’re terrified to take off.

We’re taught to curate ourselves. To filter, to hide, to project the “acceptable” version. But every mask you wear steals energy, disconnects you from your body, and separates you from real connection.

This conversation exposes the lie… and shows the path back to who you actually are.
We talk about the trap of performing, why masks form, why they’re so hard to shed, and how to finally reconnect to the part of you that never changed.

•••

In this episode, you’ll learn:

* Why anxiety spikes in groups (and why it’s often collective energy, not yours).
* How masking becomes parasitic tension that drains your nervous system.
* The real reason you fear being seen — and how shame/guilt lock the mask in place.
* Why relationships expose the masks you can hide from everyone else.
* How to identify the “part of you that never changed” — the key to authentic identity.
* A simple exercise (“See me as…”) to reveal the exact mask you’re wearing.
* Why conflict is usually a cry for connection, not a threat.
* How to stop curating yourself and let real connection in.

Why Boundaries Keep Failing You18 nov. 202500:29:36

The reason your boundaries keep breaking isn’t because people don’t respect you, it’s because you’re out of alignment with yourself.
When you’re disconnected inside, you spend all your energy defending instead of becoming.
•••
Most of us think boundaries are walls. They’re not. They’re reflections of our internal congruence.
As Viktor Frankl taught in Man’s Search for Meaning, freedom lives in the space between stimulus and response, and that space only exists when you’re aligned.
This talk exposes how misalignment drains your nervous system and steals your presence.
•••
YOU’LL LEARN
• Why alignment, not stillness, is the real goal of meditation.
• How digesting your past unlocks full presence in your body.
• The difference between slowness and stillness, and why one creates awareness.
• How suppressed anger blocks boundaries and turns inward as self-sabotage.
• The dynamic way life keeps pulling you off-center, and how to bounce back faster.
• How congruence (thoughts + words + actions) speaks safety into every relationship.

Your Regulation Creates Transformation31 oct. 202501:04:28

You can’t help anyone until you regulate yourself.
Most practitioners burn out trying to fix others, but the nervous system doesn’t lie.

The truth? Transformation happens through you, not because of you.
•••
When your presence is grounded, it gives others permission to integrate their own. This episode exposes the myth of "helping" and reframes healing as co-regulation, embodiment, and self-discovery.

You’ll learn:

  • Why regulation precedes transformation and how clients mirror your state.
  • The hidden trap of the "fix-it" mentality that drains practitioners.
  • How to become a healing presence without performing or pretending to be whole.
  • The difference between containment and suppression when emotions surge.
  • How to communicate truth without projection or people pleasing.
  • Why anxiety is unexpressed truth and how to listen before burnout hits.

Alignment Changes Everything17 oct. 202500:55:15

Soma+IQ founder Steven Jaggers and Adam Carbary break down what it really means to live in alignment, not as a goal but as an embodied process.

They dismantle the myth that clarity comes from logic or strategy, revealing how the body itself is your most reliable compass.

You’ll Learn
• Why pain and resistance are your body’s feedback, not punishment.
• How to tell if life is redirecting you or if you’re just avoiding growth.
• The real difference between "out of alignment" and "in transition."
• How to protect your energy when you’re reinventing your purpose.
• Why your mess always becomes your message if you let it.
• How to train your inner awareness like a muscle through breathwork.

The Antidote for Anxiety10 oct. 202500:23:43

What if your anxiety isn’t the problem, but your resistance to it is?

That tightening in your chest, that racing thought spiral, it’s not a malfunction. It’s your truth, trying to break through the noise.

Most people fight their anxiety. But what if it’s actually your most intelligent signal, the body’s way of saying something in your life is out of alignment?

In this episode, you’ll learn how to decode that message, release trapped energy, and transform anxiety into clarity and flow.

•••

You’ll learn in this episode:

  • Why anxiety is just truth bubbling up, not something to suppress
  • How resisting emotion drains your energy and leads to burnout
  • The biological reason anxiety turns into depression (“deep rest”)
  • How to read your body’s language before it forces a breakdown

How Obligation Ends Relationships 03 oct. 202500:51:14

You think the problem is your partner. But the truth is, the relationship is the mirror forcing you to face the unfinished parts of yourself.

We have been sold the lie that love completes us. In reality, that belief is what traps us in resentment, cycles of chaos, and self-betrayal.

As Terry Real says, your partner is the one who sticks the burning spear in your eye because that is where the work is.

•••

You will learn in this episode:

  • Why conflict is not about fighting, it is your nervous system begging for connection
  • How to spot when you are flooded and why arguing in that state never works
  • The fix it trap, how trying to save your partner destroys the relationship
  • Why peace can feel like boredom if your nervous system is addicted to chaos
  • The difference between love and obligation, and why obligation kills desire

Why We Repeat Patterns in Relationships18 sept. 202500:27:42

It’s not because you’re broken. It’s because your biology and nervous system are wired to repeat unfinished stories. Freud called it repetition compulsion. Peter Levine called it reenactment. Either way: you don’t escape the loop until you complete it.

•••

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • Why your body is a “balancing machine” always chasing homeostasis.
  • How unprocessed emotions hijack your clarity and decision-making.
  • The hidden role of shame as the lock that traps old patterns.
  • Why familiar pain feels safer than unknown freedom.
  • How anger can be a boundary signal, not a flaw.

The Hidden Intelligence of Loneliness12 sept. 202500:44:17

A recent discussion on the Soma+IQ podcast, hosted by Adam Carbary with founder Steven Jaggers, surfaces a central idea: healing is less about self-improvement and more about repairing the bonds that tether us to our bodies, our communities, and one another.

Consider the cultural backdrop. Many of us cannot name our neighbors. Our social interactions unfold more on screens than across kitchen tables. The daily exchange of hugs and eye contact, basic nutrients for the nervous system, has been replaced with likes, comments, and fleeting digital affirmations. It is no wonder the body reacts with symptoms we label as illness.

We are living in an abnormal environment, and our stress is a normal response.

Jaggers and Carbary propose a reordering of priorities. Instead of chasing “trauma release” or the endless project of self-fixing, the work should begin with connection. When individuals link head, heart, and gut into a coherent whole, the system organizes itself. Pain diminishes. Relationships deepen. Communities strengthen. Healing, in this framework, is not the prize at the finish line; it is the natural consequence of being genuinely connected.

The nervous system operates like the mycelial networks that allow forests to communicate. Breath becomes the mediator of that network. By drawing attention back from the whir of thoughts into the chest and diaphragm, people restore the physiological conditions for curiosity and presence. This matters because curiosity, as the hosts argue, is the gateway to connection. It is impossible to remain both tightly contracted in stress and open to wonder at the same time.

If children embody relentless curiosity, adults often surrender it in the name of stability. Work, bills, and societal expectations calcify into boxes: the settled career, the settled relationship, the settled beliefs. But settlement comes at a cost. It forecloses growth, silences imagination, and diminishes the ability to truly know oneself, let alone another person.

The alternative is harder but richer: to keep asking questions, to let people and beliefs remain verbs instead of nouns, and to bear the discomfort of revising one’s worldview.

Loneliness, too, is reframed not as pathology but as signal. It is supposed to hurt; the pain is evolutionary design, compelling us back into relationship. Yet not all relationships resolve loneliness. Without connection to the self, even a crowded room can feel empty. The first step, then, is inward, integrating one’s own history, weaving one’s own story into coherence, before extending outward.

Ultimately, the conversation circles back to beauty, defined not as an object but as the recognition of relationships between things: tree to soil, breath to body, neighbor to neighbor. Beauty lies in the web, not the individual strand.

The editorial lesson is stark but hopeful. Healing is not the goal; connection is. Our health, mental, physical, and civic, depends less on innovation than on remembering what we have forgotten: that we are social creatures wired for reciprocity, presence, and touch. If modern life feels unlivable, it is because it asks us to live against our own nature.

The way forward begins simply: a deeper breath, an honest conversation, a hand extended not through a screen but across a table.

How To Stop People Pleasing09 sept. 202500:47:31

You can have the job, the house, the relationship—the markers of success—and still feel like something vital is missing. The mirror smiles back, the world applauds your progress, yet inside the quiet question lingers: Why don’t I feel like myself?

This episode dives into that contradiction. How we inherit scripts of “shoulds” from childhood. How people-pleasing and performance drain the nervous system. How a curated life can still feel hollow. And how conflict, authenticity, and even loneliness can become guides back to who you really are.

We’ll explore:

  • The Nervous System’s Truth: Why your body often knows before your mind does when something is off.
  • The Cost of People-Pleasing: How avoiding conflict erodes relationships instead of preserving them.
  • The Hardest Question: Why most of us can answer what we “should” do but freeze when asked what we want.
  • Loneliness as Compass: How disconnection isn’t punishment but a signal pulling you back toward authenticity.
  • The Magnetism of Realness: Why dropping the mask draws people closer than any strategy ever could.

This isn’t about blowing up your life overnight. It’s about simple, subversive steps—writing down your “shoulds,” speaking your needs, letting yourself want again. Small acts of rebellion against performance. Small steps back toward yourself.

Because the truth is: connection without authenticity is just theater. But when you meet life as you are—aligned, regulated, unapologetically you—connection deepens, energy returns, and life finally feels like yours.

How Being "Selfish" Can Help You & Others05 sept. 202500:23:57

"Selfishness" for many of us, is a word that was first used as a weapon. Maybe a parent called you selfish because you didn’t do what they wanted. Maybe a partner or a friend said it when you finally started setting boundaries. But here’s the truth: selfishness is not greed.

Nature itself is selfish. A tree doesn’t apologize for pulling water and nutrients for itself. It grows taller, stronger, and in the process, it provides oxygen for everyone else. The sun doesn’t shine for you or me, it radiates simply because that’s what it does. Every cell in your body takes energy for itself first so it can support the whole. That’s not greed. That’s the natural order of life.

In my own journey of healing, I had to pull all my energy back inward and ask myself the questions I had been avoiding:

Who am I?

What do I stand for?

What do I actually want?

That wasn’t easy. For years, I had been living according to societal expectations, family programming, and the endless voice of “you should.” But living in obligation creates resentment. It drains your nervous system. And it keeps you disconnected from the one person you need to be connected to most: yourself.

The most important skill you can build today, in relationships, in business, and in your own happiness, is learning to know what you truly want. Not what others want for you. Not what you think will make you more lovable or acceptable. But the real voice inside of you that says: this is what I desire, this is what I need.

That voice might get you called selfish. But it’s also the only way to live with clarity, peace, and congruence. When I ignore it, I burn out. When I listen to it, I thrive.

Here’s the paradox: when you honor your own wants and needs, you actually show up more fully for others. Just like the tree, just like the sun, just like the flower, your selfishness becomes nourishment for everyone around you.

So if you’ve been called selfish for setting boundaries or for finally admitting what you really want, I want you to hear me clearly: you’re on the right path. It might feel uncomfortable at first. It might upset some people. But the only way to build honest relationships and an authentic life is to stop living from obligation and start living from your truth.

Because at the end of the day, nobody else is responsible for your needs and your wants. That’s your responsibility. When you own that, you unlock the power to create a life that’s true, connected, and alive.

The Epidemic No One Talks About30 août 202500:22:58

Over the past decade, I’ve studied everything from bodywork and functional movement to coaching and trauma therapy. I’ve explored these fields to improve myself, help others perform better, and deepen my understanding of what it truly means to be human. Every path, every conversation, every moment of reflection has led me back to the same answer:

It’s all about connection.

When we peel back the layers on anxiety, depression, burnout, conflict, sickness, and even environmental destruction, we find the same root cause: disconnection.

In our modern world, disconnection has become the norm. We’re disconnected from our bodies, from our emotions, from our communities, from the environment and, most dangerously, from ourselves.

That disconnection shows up in every headline and every household. We isolate. We numb. We lose empathy. We become apathetic, the lowest vibration a human can live in.

When we stop caring, it becomes easy to poison the soil, dump waste into the ocean, or ignore suffering on the other side of the world. We forget that every action, every drop in the water, ripples back into our lives, and into the lives of our children’s children.

Trauma, at its core, is disconnection from the true self.

Something happened that was too much, too fast, too soon, or too overwhelming, and a part of us checked out. In shamanistic traditions, they call it soul fragmentation. In psychology, we might call it dissociation. Either way, a piece of us becomes frozen in the past, unable to fully participate in the present.

Those frozen parts shape our choices. If I was betrayed years ago and never healed, I might keep people at arm’s length today and that guardedness will shape my future relationships. The past leaks into the present, and without reconnection, it defines the future.

From a somatic perspective, healing is simply the byproduct of connection. When we integrate the body, mind, and emotions, when we move as whole beings rather than segmented parts, we return to our natural state of flow. The same is true for relationships, communities, and the planet itself: integration restores health.

One of the simplest, most powerful tools for reconnection is breathwork. Your breath is the switchboard for your nervous system, it can pull you out of stress and into calm, out of overwhelm and into presence. You can’t always change the world around you, but you can always change your state.

When I guide breathwork sessions, I’m not just teaching a breathing technique. I’m creating a space for deep connection, where someone feels seen, felt, and understood without judgment or the need to be “fixed.” Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Most wounds occur in relationship, and so they must be healed in relationship.

The Three B’s: Being, Belonging, Becoming

I often think of life through three interconnected states:

Being – The ability to simply exist without urgency or performance.

Belonging – Knowing you have a place, and that you matter to others.

Becoming – Growing and evolving, but not at the cost of being or belonging.

In our culture, we glorify becoming, chasing achievement, status, and transformation, while neglecting the foundation of being and belonging. That imbalance pulls us further from ourselves and each other.

As technology accelerates, we have to ask ourselves: what does it mean to be human now? If AI can think faster and store more information, what do we have that machines can’t replicate?

Connection.

Your ability to connect to yourself, to others, to your environment, that is y

I'm kicking off our Somatic Communication Series with an emphasis on the power of somatic communication.

We'll cover the concept of "AHA" moments—those enlightening realizations that spark a deeper connection with ourselves and others.

The inner experience of someone having an "AHA" moment can be described as a "felt realization" or a "somatic awakening." It's the sensation of clarity that resonates through the body and mind, where something clicks on a deeper level, aligning thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This experience often brings a sense of relief, connection, or insight-like everything suddenly making sense not just intellectually but through the body as well. It's a moment of integration where the body, heart, and mind come into harmony

Brent Pella - Comedy as a Healing Modality 15 mars 202400:53:58

Brent Pella joins Steven Jaggers to discuss his journey as a human, what led him into comedy and what we can expect to hear about in Conscious Bro, his upcoming YouTube Comedy Special.

Brent's journey to becoming a comedian tells a story of transformation, resilience, and the power of humor to address life's issues. Born and raised in Davis, California, Pella's early years were shaped by the influence of his single mother, who encouraged him to fully embrace his silly, expressive nature.

Pella's path to comedy took an unexpected turn during his college years. Initially focused on playing basketball, Brent found himself sidelined by a broken ankle. However, this setback became the catalyst for a new chapter in his life. Unable to pursue his athletic dreams, Pella shifted his focus to film and media, eventually discovering a passion for comedy.

Inspired by comedy legends The Lonely Island's efforts on SNL, Pella began exploring the world of sketch comedy and stand-up. Drawing on his upbringing and personal experiences, Brent developed a unique comedic style that resonated with audiences.

One of the key elements of Pella's comedy showcases an ability to tackle sensitive topics with humor and wit. From politics to societal norms, Brent believes that nothing should off limits as long as the comedic intention involves laughter rathering than inciting spite or anger. Through his performances, Pella aims to bring awareness to societal tensions and holding patterns, using comedy as a tool for healing through understanding.

Pella's creative process is akin to body work, as he uses humor to release tension and spark conversation. Like a skilled therapist, Brent identifies the pressure points in society and applies comedic pressure to elicit a healing response. By challenging conventional thinking and encouraging laughter, Pella creates a space for open expression.

While comedy remains his primary focus, Pella also recognizes the importance of showcasing different aspects of himself beyond the comedian archetype. Like Jim Carrey or Ben Stiller before him, Brent understands that life is a series of chapters, each offering opportunities for growth through exploration. Whether he's on stage or behind the scenes, Pella continues to evolve as an artist, storyteller, and advocate for laughter.

Brent Pella's journey to becoming a comedian serves as testament to the transformative power of humor. From his humble beginnings in Davis to the stages of comedy clubs and theaters, Brent has used laughter to navigate life's ups and downs with graceful authenticity. As he continues to make audiences laugh, Pella reminds us of the importance of finding joy and connection in a world that can often feel divided.

Dr Christian Gonzalez - From Oncology Doc to Emotional Release Practitioner 21 août 202300:58:06

During this episode of the Mind Body Mentor Podcast, Steven Jaggers invites Dr. Christian Gonzalez (Dr. G) to share his thoughts on spirituality, alignment, the mind body connection and how to be alive. Dr. Christian Gonzalez, widely known as Dr. G in the world of Instagram, is a renowned figure in the field of naturopathy medicine. Dr. G's journey into this realm began unexpectedly during his dental school years, where he aspired to be an orthodontist and help children regain their confidence through healthy smiles. However, life took an unexpected turn when his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. This pivotal moment led Dr. G to question conventional approaches to cancer treatment. Introduced to a book on an unfamiliar diet, he was surprised by the author's use of "N.D." instead of "M." Intrigued, he delved into researching alternative medical practices and discovered a newfound passion for naturopathy.

Despite being already deep in debt from dental school, Dr. G listened to his intuition, which he later tattooed on his wrist as a reminder, and made the life-altering decision to change his path. Driven by his mother's battle with cancer, Dr. G decided to specialize in oncology, focusing on breast cancer treatment. However, his journey didn't end there. His mother's passing and subsequent life experiences led him to question traditional approaches to cancer, and he began exploring the impact of toxins, emotions, with a holistic perspective. Through his social media platforms and his Heal Thy Self podcast, Dr. G became an influential advocate, shedding light on the presence of toxins in everyday products while raising awareness about corporate integrity. His efforts sparked a movement, with companies making positive changes in response to his calls for greater accountability.

Yet, Dr. G felt a deeper calling within him. He had always possessed intuitive abilities, despite initially dismissing psychics and mediums. These latent gifts became more pronounced, leading him to profound experiences during deep meditations and dreams. In a synchronistic series of events, he found himself drawn to the Amazon, where he encountered indigenous tribes and embarked on a transformative shamanic awakening. Dr. G acknowledges being far from a traditional shaman. However, his profound encounters with traditional emotional healing processes unleashed a passion for helping others find their authentic selves. Through intense and cathartic body processes, he confronted childhood suppression, leading him to embrace his life's purpose.

Today, Dr. G is a guiding light for those seeking mindful modalities. With his extensive knowledge of naturopathy, combined with his intuitive insights on emotional healing practices, he empowers individuals to reconnect with their true selves. Dr. G's transformative journey, fueled by personal loss, continues to motivate his followers to embark on their own paths of healing and self-realization.

Both Jaggers and Dr. G agree on the significance of genuine embodied releases, emphasizing that such events signal to the nervous system the completion of necessary actions which lead to the dissipation of stressors. Jaggers acknowledged that the process doesn't always require delving back into the stories associated with trauma but rather focuses on completing the somatic experiences that the body needs. This approach stands in contrast to traditional talk therapy, which tends to prioritize dissecting narratives rather than directly addressing the body's needs.

Through focusing on the importance of allowing oneself to fully experience and express emotions rather than merely intellectualizing or rationalizing them, Dr. G and Jaggers find common ground in their holistic healing approach. Jaggers and Dr. G find most individuals are perpetually in contracted states. This state limits personal growth and makes people susceptible to manipulative control. Jagger
