S2 Ep98: There was another director attached to this movie. Richard Ciupka. He would abandon the production early on due to a difference of opinion. Ciupka was wanting to go for more of a Giallo arthouse thriller, and Simpson was looking for more of a straight up slasher movie. Even though Simpson took over, you can really feel the Giallo influence on this movie. So, I can't help but feel like some of Ciupka's ideas must have made their way into the final cut.
