A slightly refined format this time following some turbulent times in MLPP towers. However we hope that this in-depth, one on one (or TOM on one, geddit?) chat with Dave Shackleford will be a pleasant experience for you.

Dave talks about songs that have meant a lot to him from the years he turned 18, 21, 30 and 40. Theres a good variety in there, so something for everyone.

We get some news on the next Shackleford album, how Dave got his hands on a load of prophylactics for nowt and Tom unlocks some cringey memories for our guest.

Easily the most famous Horace is the pop group Horace Pinker, who have settled in for a Monday night chat at MLPP Towers this week.

The veteran punkers who are from everywhere share their stories about getting into punk, what their parents thought about it, being so wild that some famous white guys (who are pretty fly) wouldn't stay at their house, having some legends play a show in your bedroom and a whole lot more. The "do they like a laugh?”-o-meter was off the scale with these guys, so settle down and enjoy a full HP retrospective.

We're having a laugh in MLPP towers this week as we're joined by record label magnate, pop star and now stand up comedian, Joe Sib!

Joe's in to tell us about being in the place at the right time for the early 80s California scene and the '94 punk explosion. He takes us through his time with his bands Wax and 22 Jacks, their adventures on tour, on film sets and his newest crack of the showbiz whip: his one man show "California Calling" which will be at the Gilded Balloon at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival throughout August.

Tom and Niall are buzzing for episode 200 and discuss the sale of Obese Mick's Fat Wreck Chords to Hopeless Records.

This week Our Lives In Cinema are projecting themselves onto the side of MLPP Towers. Their glorious leader, Mark answers your cinema based questions as we tackle Groundhog Day, Share Grease conspiracy theories and there's a bit of music talk in there as well. These Bromley pop punks are on the cusp of their full length debut and we see big things on the horizon.

Tom also introduces the OLIC song "Dead Legends" as "Dead Leg" and nobody corrected him. God knows why.

Tom's been up to Oldham again to visit Evil Music Live, Niall's in an exotic location we also get some fake news from him about record labels.

Across the pond we go once again, to Mineappolis, for a meeting with Jesse from off The Slow Death. This leader of an ever changing band has some anecdotes to share with us and he does not hold back!

We discuss being in a punk rock marriage, British food delicaces, public transport, getting banned from Fest, post-lockdown blues, the Slow Death recording process and mystery bass players.
