He primarily targets giant smallmouth in the Great Lakes but has been known to put huge large mouth in the boat also. I think Ben's greatest attribute is how he strives to teach other anglers how to target these fish through his very successful YouTube channel aptly named "Benjamin Nowak". He has hundreds of tutorials showing fisherman techniques, what gear to use and top baits for the change of the seasons. He is a literal encyclopedia of bass fishing and does a great job of showing it through the camera lens. He has played a large roll in developing tackle as well as fishing rods across the fishing industry all while raising two young children, being married and holding down a full time job.
