This week, I’m joined by Dr Claire Vowell of Dr Claire Coaching.

Claire works with high-performing individuals to unlock their full potential, define success on their terms, amplify their impact, and create a legacy that’s both meaningful and sustainable.

She works with ambitious, purpose-led leaders who already operate at a high level but want to go further, elevating every area of life.

In this week's episode, Claire shares about her early years travelling in South America with her sister, and her early belief that she couldn't do maths so she avoided a degree with any maths involved.

After freelancing and working in corporate roles in comms, she decided she needed to do something else. Claire realised something was missing. She quit her job, found a Masters Course and set out on her path to become a Psychologist. Not following an easy route and a few bumps in the road, she then did a doctorate.

At the same time, Claire juggled her studies alongside a new baby and went back part time. As a full time Mum with her second child following soon after she continued her studies, ultimately gaining her qualification which she attributes to being determined.
