In this episode, I dive into the power of deliverance. If you’ve come out of the New Age and found Christ, Scripture calls you to walk straight with your eyes fixed on Jesus: "Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways." (Proverbs 4:25-26)

My personal deliverance journey is a central part of my testimony. I was set free from unclean spirits through true repentance—confessing with my mouth and walking in continuous repentance. As a teenager, I unknowingly opened doors to unclean spirits through New Age practices, but when I came into agreement with God's Word and His Spirit, those doors were closed, and the demons were cast out.

Deliverance isn’t about the showy, exaggerated forms we sometimes see online—it’s a genuine spiritual process. The armor of God protects us from demonic influences, but deliverance is crucial for those coming out of the New Age, witchcraft, and kundalini practices.

My name is Torne and for nearly eight years I was entrenched in the new age eventually becoming a Kundalini Activation Facilitator in Bali studying it in the New Age mecca of Bali. I got into shamanic work, sound healing, mushrooms, vipassana meditation, reiki, crystals, and tarot, “DNA Code upgrading”, inner goddess activations, manifestation, Law of attraction, yoga, moon rituals, trauma healing with shadow work, channeling, kundalini activations, breathwork, and esoteric practices. I would gaslight myself and be gaslit by countless facilitators that ANYTHING I felt or experienced was part of the process of healing or "awakening". I believed I could heal myself through energy work and practices like chakra clearing and kundalini activations but after all those years, I was still anxious, depressed, and trapped in a cycle of chaos and misery. I once desired to be a “sensual goddess,” but I was a sinner in desperate need of a Savior. New Age practices made me feel worse over time, and I opened the door to demonic spirits that wreaked havoc in my life. The spiritual experiences I thought were enlightening were demonic encounters. It wasn’t until I cried out to God, asking Him to save me, that everything changed. I was demonically oppressed relying on other sinful people to try to heal me forgetting we are all sinful just trying to fill a spiritual void only God can fill. We are innately spiritual that’s why we are attracted to the new age. Jesus and the Bible provide a consistent, unwavering foundation of truth. The teachings remain the same from nearly 2000 years ago, offering clear guidance on living and finding peace through God’s unchanging Word. The root of the New Age is self—it’s all about fixing yourself, worshipping yourself, and trying to be your savior. That’s exactly what the enemy wants—to keep us focused on ourselves and away from God. Turns out it wasnt more trauma I needed to heal, energy clearing or upgrades in energy work, or more karmic residue or more shadow, work. For all those years I was trying to heal myself, better myself, and discover what the truth was. I was so spiritually blind and gullible trying to fill that spiritual void. The darkness and demonic oppression blinded me. I repented of my sins and turned away from ALL energy practices and all the false counterfeit spiritual practices I had been relying on. Instantly, I felt peace—the peace I had been searching for in the New Age but could never find. When I finally turned to Jesus to save me he did. He set me free from suffering, misery, and that endless search for peace. He is the peace. ”Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst.” (John 4:14)
