We are saying Hello and saying goodbyes. In life, there are pivotal moments when we have the opportunity to say Goodbye, and then there are other times when we don't have that opportunity to say Goodbye. The same holds true when we are introduced to something or say hello to something new. We might not take advantage of those hellos. We might ignore or avoid them, walk right by, and not pause and say hello. You may have had the experience of someone trying to get your attention, and you avoid making eye contact. You may also have had a time when you arrived, and someone you wanted to see had already left and missed or taken opportunities to end things and begin something. Life is like a sailboat – you can steer left or right, but the wind will always take you where you need to be. Sometimes, the wind changes to take you to an unexpected but better place. Beliefs change – evolution through the heart to change your mind. There is more to you than what you've already done. Evolution IS • A collapsing of time, space, and dimensions · A curiosity of past lifetime - it's as if the soul must look back to learn, heal, and understand for it to go forward. • Our soul families are changing for new journeys • Our team of guides is changing • The astral leaders are changing and being more present with us. • We are remembering • As we awaken, we need something different • Having curiosity and a natural desire to shift our experiences. In the past, we may have said that we were under stress. We may understand that Stress doesn't come from what's happening in your life. What’s up with the energies of February - Finally ALL the planets are direct and we can feel the energy of movement. 2023 is Universal number 7 - You weren’t even aware that a new you was developing; it was just happening gradually. We are always advancing, but this year we have more recognition of our journey, and our path forward. This month it is important to find a balance between the common good and personal goals and taking action on those goals. Saturn and Pluto move into new signs in March, which means both planets will turn anaretic in February. There are 30 degrees in every zodiac sign, and 29 degrees is the very last degree. This is called the anaretic degree, a very high-energy position. In transit, this can be crisis energy that pushes for action. Saturn is at 29 degrees Aquarius starting February 26-March 7th and Pluto is at 29 degrees Capricorn starting February 11th to March 23rd. All planets are pushing forward, but Saturn and Pluto can be impactful for a number of signs. The universe conspires to create this magical series of events that propel us forward on our soul evolution. This journey we are on now, on earth. This includes the people we meet during our journey. The order of how things happen, timing, outcomes, repeats - sometimes it seems so very complex yet simple all in the same moment. In 2018 Laurie came across an article written by Gerald Sinclair – the theory is that though there are many different kinds of people in this world within reason, but most can be summed up within just seven categories. Laurie doesn't like using labels, but she explains value in looking at how or why we have certain interactions during our lifetime. We are all meant to obtain something or give something with each connection we have or come across, or we may play roles for others. How you meet that person may not be who they are, but who need them to be. The month of November holds the energy of Service & Gratitude. This month is about how you can be of service to yourself AND the world. This is the time of year that most people look for opportunities to be of service to others that may not be as fortunate. However, find ways to be of service throughout the year. More importantly what might you need at this time. November is going to be a very important month. Major planetary events are happening that continue to create the space for all zodiac signs to experience a significant shift in their thoughts in certain areas of life, more into the important life choices. We are still working on our mental-energetic body, and that means CHANGING or embodying NEW beliefs, thoughts, processes and practices that are more aligned to our emotional and spiritual being. BUT one planet that is helping to create such shift is Jupiter as it moves direct to Pisces from the 24th of this month. Pices archetype is I BELIEVE. This Jupiter move happens once in 12 years. NEW cycle that will nudge us to believe differently then we have in the past. This once-in-12-years event of Jupiter in Pisces is happening in the sky along with the once-in-29-years event of Saturn in Capricorn. The archetype of Capricorn is I USE. On September 25th, the New Moon occurred in the sign of Libra, prompting a new beginning. All the energy leading up to this point was about ending and turning energy towards a new path. It was about drawing a line in the sand from what you declared as the past, and what you might be claiming for a future. It was deciding to keep the stuff of the past, or travel light and explore as you go forward. The energy was about balance, and the last 8 months the universe was showing us where we were not aligned and how to get back into alignment. The steps we’ve taken to date will depend on our courage to make changes, to be the challenger and not a victim. Are you getting ready to wrap up summer and step into hustle mode this fall. Fall 2022 is packed with planetary retrograde action per cosmic forecasts. There are six planets retrograde. Don’t panic. We’ve been led to believe that retrograde are all bad. It’s actually a lot simpler than most people think. When a planet slows down in its orbital path and appears to be going backward, it creates the illusion of switching direction (even though it actually isn’t). This is what we call a retrograde. Astrologically, this means that the energy and themes of a planet are considered to be turned inwards. Beginning in August, the rest of 2022 is loaded with multiple planets marching backward. ALL FIVE outer planets – Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, and Uranus, have already commenced their backspin early in 2022. Plus, Chiron, the wounded healer, is about to join the party, making it a total of six planets in retrograde. This is giving us the opportunity to process, heal and grow internally, while we plan for bringing a new version of ourselves out into the world once all the planets begin to go direct again. Fall Equinox 2022 marks the migration into the fall season and is an opportunity to focus on the changes you seek to make. As days become shorter, we enter the season of darkness and, according to the Farmers' Almanac winter 2022 predictions and as I’ve been watching the squirrels and chipmunks work incredibly hard to prepare for winter, I believe it's likely to be on early and chilly side too. Fall Equinox is an annual occurrence. This event is the astrological start of the fall season in the Northern Hemisphere and of the spring season in the Southern Hemisphere and where the night and day are equal in length. The balanced threshold state of both the light and dark invites us to reflect upon these aspects within our own lives and to prepare to descend into the realms of our shadow in order to transcend old wounds. For insight think back to 2021 Fall Equinox and the changes that unfolded. Did you fight darkness or your shadow? Or did you allow yourself to go through the mire of it - to get onto your next chapter? Do you have unfinished work? The shadow, a term coined by Swiss Psychoanalyst Carl Jung is the wounded or rejected part of ourselves. The shadow can include repressed emotions and undesirable behaviors that we aren’t too proud about. It’s like our evil twin that we try to keep locked up in the basement. Although this sounds like part of a plot from the latest metaphysical Netflix thriller series, it’s part of a psychological day-to-day reality that we experience as human beings. Laurie was recently asked, "How might you open your heart while you guard it." What? Her response – Do we need to do that? Why? We lead with our heart, and our mental process drives momentum, so if they aren't aligned, we could either become an emotional bundle or drive in circles. A healthy navigation system has a compass AND drive system. We have that as our hearts and mind work together. Neither feels the need to be guarded with the systems working together. One needs the other. When you understand your entire system is the physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual body and that they all support each other, there is a pinging mechanism between them, earth, and the Universe; there isn't a need to guard. You can direct your energy with power and purpose. Laurie covers the science between these systems and what is primary, secondary, and tertiary in our chakra system, and how they relate to systems around us, such as the planets and earth. Mercury and Pluto vibrate at note C, our root chakra. In our bodies, we get overall support when we aren't aligned, particularly in the root chakra, which is also one of our three major portals. Let’s check your beliefs on a few things. In our dimensional world we often look at things as having one solution, one option and are very linear. There are 360 degrees of possibility in looking at something including the interpretation of spiritual or inspirational messages. Humans process based on their filtering system, experiences, and beliefs. We only use about 5% of our brain, so of course the universe is going to push us to expand what we use. There is NOT one way – or ONE belief and we are testing this philosophy of multiple view NOW. So what am I talking about? Well, I saw an inspirational post, I’ve seen this post before, and often thought it teaches us to tolerate, stuff our feelings, avoid, and pretend we have to be all loving and compassionate 100% of the time. It pushes us to judge on how or why we experience fear, pain, abandonment and stuff that bugs us. It projects this view that we have to be perfect in loving and compassionate being - when humans can sometimes have messy emotions. You might feel frustrated and believe the answers are not coming to your frustration, BUT the universe will help you resolve it. We are in a heightened space of change where you may feel ungrounded or misaligned. Your soul has a plan, and the universe is helping you navigate that plan. That may require change. SWOT analysis is traditionally used in business to look at an organization or team's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for strategic planning. Our soul has a strategic plan, and the universe helps us with that roadmap. Sometimes we feel off course or stuck, and a process can help us see where there may be restrictions or we need to map another route. In times of change, we can feel off, directionless, and sometimes stuck. We are in a time of evolutionary change, so you may be looking for an explanation or tool to help you. Reflecting on your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and then asking if they are true or based on your perception of your reality is a good action. Everything is energy, nothing stands still, and the universe functions in natural cycles. We get push forwarded, we add or subtract what we need for the journey, we try it for a while, make adjustments, feel challenged with the change, but then we get a break until the next cycle. We are shifting and changing, and we FEEL different – We are probably going through our biggest shift that we have for years. Many are having more difficulty in sleeping and when we do sleep it’s either restless or we go so deep into our dreams we wake groggy. We are going through waves when we feel nausea, lightheaded, or dizzy. We hear strange buzzing and high pitch tones. We experience a buzzing in our limbs that sometimes make our legs or feet jumpy. We get chilled to the point we feel we will never be warm again. We wonder what is going on. Is it food, something in the air, or aging? All these… are pushing us to ask why and seek out answers. There is no final answer, we are the way finders and there will always be more questions, with more answers to find. As our energy changes frequency, we may find we experience an increase in intuition, and moments of “knowing” where information comes to our mind without rational explanation. For example, we may suddenly discover the answer to a question that we have been pondering about a personal relationship or have an instant understanding about something we have previously failed to figure out. During solar storms, masses of luminous energy infiltrate Earth’s atmosphere and is known to cause many of the symptoms we are experiencing. This Venus led year connects us deeper with new values, redefining our self-worth, grounding us in higher ideals of the heart, and reframing relationships around the world.
