Mel in the Mix is a space for the ones who feel everything deeply… the ones who are waking up to something more, but don’t always have the words for it.
I’m Mel, a spiritual medium, reiki master, meditation facilitator, and life coach but more than anything, I’m someone who’s walked this path in a very real, human way.
Everything I do is rooted in God’s love, His light, and divine protection. My faith is a part of everything here, and I move through this work with intention, prayer, and trust in Him.
This podcast is where spirituality, faith, healing, and real life all come together.
We’ll talk about spiritual awakening, intuition, signs from loved ones, grief, loss, emotional healing, boundaries, and learning how to trust yourself in a way that feels grounded and safe.
Some episodes will feel like conversations. Some will be more reflective. Some may guide you back into your body through simple grounding or meditation.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re changing, like something inside of you is shifting, or like you don’t quite fit into the boxes you’ve been given anymore, you’re not alone.
And if you’re grieving, missing someone, or trying to make sense of your experiences while still growing and finding your way, there’s space for you here too.
This is a place where you can come as you are, stay connected to God, and explore what you’re experiencing without fear.
Take what you need, leave the rest… and meet yourself in the mix.
And just so we’re clear… this isn’t one of those polished, say-the-right-thing spaces. It’s real, it’s honest, and yeah… I’m definitely going to curse a little while I’m loving on you.
Xoxo, Mel
