In this week's episode, we are diving into a topic that isn't talked about enough: consent in spirituality.

I'm breaking down why consent is so important in this work, how to ensure you're always asking before sharing or doing anything energetically, and why this simple act builds trust and integrity with your clients.

We'll talk about what Reiki is and what I call Reiki "plus," which is anything you add to your Reiki sessions. If you're bringing in cards, messages, crystals, mediumship, or anything extra, you must ask for consent.

I'm sharing my best practices for getting clear, informed consent in your sessions, along with my biggest pet peeves when it comes to how I see practitioners getting it wrong.

Six years. Wow! Today, we celebrate 275 episodes and 6 years of The Medium in the Middle Podcast. Thank you for pressing play, sending messages, leaving reviews, and trusting me. I am so grateful that you are here. Thank you for accepting me and my wild mediumship journey with open arms, as I shared my story, like diary entries, over the last six years. This community has carried my show further than I ever imagined.

In this anniversary episode, we travel back to the very beginning. You will hear what I would tell past me, what I see differently now, and the lessons that have shaped my work and my podcast. I am relistening to my own journey, and feeling all the emotions that come with it.
