Stephen O'Rourke, based in Berlin, Germany, is a seasoned regulatory affairs expert with extensive experience across the food, biotech, and medical device industries. His journey and transition into medical device regulation began at one of Europe’s largest clinics, where he was instrumental in kickstarting their MDR consultancy.
