Jesse is a creative and artist from East London who has spent the last 10 years working/touring as a vocalist with several artists including Jess Glynne, Kwabs, Maverick Sabre, Madonna and Michael Kiwanuka. Jesse releases his own music independently via my creative company 19FIFTY7 which has gained support from platforms including BBC6 music, Complex and Apple A list pop playlists. With releases also via Navy Cut and Shogun audio. Jesse is also 1/4 of the Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons collective. Jesse has written several songs which have been used for library and featured on shows including Home & Away, Hollyoaks and Made in Chelsea. Mat Scott is a personal trainer and certified Wim Hof instructor. Mat runs a company called Wise and Prime which is based in Brighton & Hove. 

Mat and Max met at Seaside Sauna in Lancing whilst teaching a Wim Hof experience course. Mat taught Max some breathing techniques and ways to deal with cold exposure.
