Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's Episode 3!! Having gone live this week Tim and Andy are delighted to discover they are the Number 1 UK Running Podcast in the charts. Or they might not be. Either way, the wheels have fallen off already. Tim has forgotten to book a guest, Andy has learnt the wrong melodies and due to a technical issue, the email address for the podcast is doomed. 

Andy and Tim still take a bit of time to look forward to their races this weekend, make some prank calls and listen to the music of the fabulous Glen Clark.

Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's episode 4!! The Running Podcast that was once the Number 1 Running Podcast in the UK is sinking fast. Now in 4th place, Tim and Andy are left in limbo. Are they thankful for what was, or grateful for what will be? Who knows? This week Tim has booked a guest, and what a guest he is! Podiatrist "Dr Ian" limps through Goldy on the Guitar and provides reassurance about shoe addiction. Meanwhile Tim and Andy go through the week that was: The Midnight Marathon and The Two Castles Run. All delivered over a pint of Lucky Saint, as Tim navigates Andy through the world of Alcohol Free beer.

Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's episode 5!! With MARMCAST showing no signs of wilting in the white heat of the podcast charts, Tim and Andy get together to discuss Home Working, Paddling Pools and Rotten Salads, really tying together the delirium of Summer. 

The boys are joined this week by Ted, otherwise known as Youtuber "Ted Offroad", who has thankfully put an end to any unwitting online ghosting and enters nervously into a round of "Goldy on the Guitar".

Tim and Andy go through the week that was, which includes Andy eulogising about a lake "he grew up in" and Tim's capitulation in Leamington. This week the zero alcohol beer of choice has fallen out of uniformity. Will Andy's Aldi own brand triumph over Tim's Ghost Ship?? All of these questions will be resolved in this weeks' customary 1 hour and 16 mins.

Welcome to MARMCAST!! It's episode 6!!

The Heat is On. Tim and Andy get together only a few short hours from their last meeting at the 600th birthday or Andy’s beloved parkrun.

On top of that, the boys discuss “HOT sleeping”, Ice Creams and Glastonbury.
