I knew something was not right when I couldn’t FEEL or express happiness in its whole entirety. I was able to heal and realize that religion had groomed me to believe that I couldn’t be happy for long. Trials and tribulations would come soon after. My nervous system did not feel safe. So to keep me safe it resisted happiness altogether.

Be guided into retrieving what may have been lost inside you. Or releasing what was never you in the first place. 💚 I recommend listening with ear pods!!

When our bodies alert us that something isn’t right… we begin to process what’s happening. This looks different for everyone. For me I began to blame myself. Once we leave the toxic relationship or environment we can begin to heal in a healthy manner.

When we leave any toxic environment we many times find ourselves speaking to ourselves in a much kinder manner. If not, we can find ourselves going back to similar toxic situations. Change your self talk and watch your mind evolve. Which then causes your life to change!

The cult may have taken so much from me such as: No bikinis, no movies, no movie theaters, etc But it gave me something too! Listen as I help you congratulate yourself as well for your STORY and journey!!

The cult and religion in general dimmed my light. Not only sexually. But in causing me detach from my very own intuition.

The Potter's House has received much criticism throughout its existence and has been labelled by many as a cult. Major areas of criticism include the level of control exerted over its members, the intense level of commitment required, and the shunning and mistreatment of those who have left the church. The church has been accused of brainwashing its members resulting in the blind following of church beliefs and the division of families. According to their site They are an International Fellowship of over 3000 “churches” in 130 nations. The churches within The Fellowship are usually known as The Potter's House, The Door or Victory Chapel. Alan Eby knows firsthand the abuse that takes place because he was once one of them. Birthed into this place during an April conference in Gallup, NM. He soon became a pastor’s kid at only 6 years old. He lived almost 30 yrs inside this place that has been branded a cult from professionals that study these type of high control systems. He trained diligently to climb up the ladder to become a leader of his own church. The countless hours of non paid work for this place and at the end he says he’s left with so much shame and regret for some of the actions he was persuaded and taught to proclaim and do. Today after finally walking away from The Potter’s House after almost 30 years Alan is trying to further his career as an independent artist but says he suffers from feeling so behind then others in this industry because of so much wasted time he gave away to this so called church.
