Full Moon in Libra: Relationship Truths

Full Moons bring things to a head. They illuminate what’s been hidden and ask us to release what’s no longer working.

With this Full Moon in Libra, the focus is firmly on your one-to-one relationships. That could be romantic, business or even friendships.

Ask yourself:

Where am I giving too much?
Where am I accepting too little?
What feels out of balance?

If a relationship is strong, this energy can deepen it. If something’s off, it’s likely to become very obvious.

This Full Moon comes with a twist.

During this particular Full Moon, Mercury will be going clashing with Saturn. It's not a very nice energy but on the positive side, it is an ideal time to be firm and speak your mind.

When Mercury opposes Saturn, people tend to get serious or to have those difficult conversations. Mercury is all about communication and Saturn is about difficulties - put them together in the Full Moon and you get a chance to have those difficult conversations you may have been putting off.Focus on speaking your truth while not hurting the person you are talking to if you possibly can. Be mindful of the impact your words are having on someone else.Get in a strong mindset. Meditate, meditate, meditate! It can help you get mentally balanced.Try to use some humor to diffuse the situation. There's also a very lovely Mars in the sign of Virgo making a Trine aspect to Jupiter the sign of Taurus - it will happen literally hours after the Full Moon. On that same day, the Sun will be going opposite Neptune. Neptune is all about mysticism, intuition (which my cards are all about!), meditation, chanting, The Divine, and sacred connection. A very nice energy for everybody who wants to get in touch with their Higher Self.

We are still in the post-shadow of Venus Retrograde and Mercury Retrograde. And if during that time you were able to reflect and ask yourself if you're prioritising what matters most to you - now is the time to make those changes. Thursday is a good time to work towards those changes.

Intuitive Healing and Breathwork with Zach Rehder | S2 Ep 26

I first met Zach Rehder in Sedona where we did an interview and I received a healing session.

What is Breathwork? (and how is it different from breathing?)

Breathwork is a general term for any conscious breathing practice - anything, where we are mindfully breathing
an example of this is Pranayama in yoga
there are specific breathwork exercises that are meant to expand your consciousness
it can help connect to the life force, and that life force heals through emotional release

Zach also shares a quick breathwork practice to look at areas in our body that we notice the least and bring more awareness and breathe life force into it.

Is 8/8 Lion’s Gate Astrology or not? With Kelly Surtees and Divine Harmony | S2 Ep #25

Every year, around August 8, it is said that a cosmic event called "Lion's Gate Portal" opens up.

For years, the Astrology community has been divided on whether this is an Astrological event or not. I even got "reported" when I gave my opinion on it a few years ago.

Last year, instead of just presenting one (my) opinion, we interviewed two amazing Astrologers Kelly Surtees and Divine Harmony to weigh in. And they explained their sides so brilliantly, we are bringing them again today so that you can have a listen and make your own opinion on how you feel about the Lion's Gate Portal 8/8/2023 Activation.

So what IS Lion's Gate?

It is said, the Lion's Gate portal opens once a year on 8/8. This is a time when the sun is in Leo, Orion's belt, the star Sirius, as well as the earth all line up. In numerology, 8 also carries a lot of significance, so two 8s when August 8 (8/8) happens, it gives the practitioner a potent opportunity to manifest their deepest dreams and desires.

For non-believers, 8/8 doesn't add up. It seems to be a miscommunication about an Aquarius lunar eclipse in 1998 and is not considered Astrology.

Whichever side you stand, If there is an important takeaway we can all agree on it is that it really is about the intention we put behind things and the sacred space we create around ourselves.
