Although they are very different women from very different backgrounds, both changed the world through writing, both died way before their time, but they both continue to bless, inspire and transform the lives of millions of people...all because they wrote down their life experiences.
YOU can do that too! You have a story that has the power to transform lives.
In this episode, I share how these two great souls illustrate the power of writing your story. St. Therese of Lisieux, whose book, Story of a Soul, transformed her from an unknown nun to a powerful saint who continues to bless millions.
And how the late Anne Frank brought the whole world into hers in the little attic in Amsterdam and made us all feel that we had lost a dear friend in the war.

Books are miraculous! By sharing your story through writing, you magnify your impact way beyond what you could personally do. Two of the best examples of this are St. Therese of Lisieux and Anne Frank.
St. Therese wanted so much to be a saint, but felt she could never truly do anything 'big' or significant, so she focused instead on her 'little way' which was about doing small things with great love. This way was not so little after all, as it inspired Mother Teresa in her great work many decades later! And Anne Frank was shut off from the outside world in the harshest of circumstances, yet she wrote about her experience and brought all of us into her world. To this day, millions of people are touched by her book.
Mother Mary has said that the most healing thing you can do is share your story. Writing your story, whether it's your personal story, spiritual memoir, a non-fiction hot-to book or work of fiction…whatever wants to come through you has the power to transform the world.

Key Learnings:
Miracles can happen anywhere and anytime. It's important not to limit how God can show up in someone's life. Say your prayer and KNOW that it is being answered.
Pat received guidance from Mary Magdalene to create an altar so that Christ Light could be channeled through her even more powerfully. She set up a small tray table and put gold cloth over it and an image of the risen Christ. Before she told anyone about it, people started to contact her asking for prayer!

Message for Lightworkers from Our Lady of Guadalupe

Are you familiar with the apparition of Our Lady of Guadalupe in December of 1531? It is one of my favorite stories, not only because it is filled with miracle after miracle, but because it contains a message for all lightworkers!
Mother Mary appeared to Juan Diego four times, beginning on Dec 9th and culminating with one of the greatest miracles ever recorded on Dec 12th!
In this encore episode, I will share the story of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the powerful message She gives to Juan Diego, a message that I believe is for ALL Lightworkers throughout time! I will also share how Her message to trust in Her, more than in any illness, is even more relevant during this time.

Mother Mary appeared to Juan Diego in December of 1531 with a message that still rings true for Lightworkers today. She asks us to go beyond our fears and fulfill our purpose as messengers of Light.
When Juan Diego's uncle became ill, he thought he could not keep his promise to Mother Mary. Mother Mary understands our worldly commitments and family concerns, but She does not want us to be limited by them. Ask for Her help and She will help you.
If you feel unable to do what your heart calls you to do, remember what Our Lady of Guadalupe said to Juan Diego: "I have many servants and messengers who I can call, but it is imperative that YOU meditate for my will to be fulfilled."

Advent is the traditional time of waiting for Christ to be born. It begins on the fourth Sunday before Christmas. By meditating on the symbols of this season, you can begin to connect with the deeper meaning available to you.
The practices are simple: read the daily lesson, meditate daily, keep an advent journal and pay attention to what arises for you.
Expectant waiting is different than passive waiting. When you KNOW that the light is returning, that your own soul's light is expanding, waiting becomes a spiritual practice in itself.

A novena is an ancient prayer practice in which you recite a prayer every day for nine days. Whenever I feel stuck, the first thing I do is start a novena. I have experienced miracles with this practice, and you can too!
In this episode, I share the simple steps of doing a novena, and I even share a special novena prayer in honor of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. I will also share a spontaneous prayer to show you how you can use ANY prayer and create your own novena!
Have you ever done a novena? And if not, are you willing to try one?
1. When I feel stuck or stagnant, I choose a novena to help me 'move my energy.' A novena is a prayer you say for nine days. You can use a traditional prayer, or you can make up your own prayer.
2. The first step is to set an intention. What are you asking for? What result would you like to experience?
3. The second step is to choose the date you will begin. You can begin on a feast day, nine days before a feast day, on the new moon or full moon…or you can just begin today! I recommend having a journal to write down your intention and keep track of the days so you know when you have completed your novena.
4. The prayer I shared is The Novena Prayer to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. You can begin on Nov 27th through Dec 5th, or anytime you need support:
Immaculate Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus and my mother, I come to you with confidence in your powerful intercession, manifested through your Miraculous Medal. As your loving, trustful child I ask this favor…Obtain for me as well, a pure heart, that my entire life may give glory to God. Amen.

How to Write Your Book with Writing Coach Grace Miller

Do you have a book idea but don't know how to get started? Or have you started writing a book, and then life got in your way, and you never finished it? If so, I am SO excited to introduce you to this week's guest, author and writing coach, Grace Miller!
Grace loves helping people write and finish their books! She has been a 'working writer' for a decade but has been writing much longer than that. She believes that writing is not only a vital creative art, it's also a vehicle for healing. "When we give voice to our heart, our stories have the ability to transform lives and connect with readers across time and space."
In this episode, Grace shares why she believes writing a book is a spiritual practice, one that can heal you and the world. She will also share the two phases of writing, why most people get stuck, and how to FINISH your book!
Grace knew she wanted to be a writer when she was really young, but received so many messages about having a 'real' career that she didn't allow herself to do what she really loved for a long time. Now she is committed to helping others say yes to being a writer without having to wait so long, and to have the support they need along the way.
There are two phases to the writing process. The first phase is to flesh out your idea, and get clear about what you want to write about. This is also when you develop your writing routine. Grace helps you to discover YOUR way of writing, whether that is 5 min a day or an hour once a week. There is no wrong way to be a writer, other than NOT writing!
The second phase is taking your idea and writing your book. Many people get stuck here. They have an idea, and maybe work on it a bit, but don't actually finish their book. This is why having a writing coach and mentor is SO important.
Writing can be a healing process, as well as another aspect of your spiritual practice. Stories are medicine, and we heal the world when we share our story.

Anne Frank's Miracle & Message for Aspiring Writers

In the last six months or so, the spirit of Anne Frank has been making her presence known to me. As I began to learn more about her, and why she was connecting with me, I was fascinated to discover that, hidden in her story are the keys to manifestation!
In this episode, I share how Anne Frank made her presence known to me, and how this young girl manifested a miracle, becoming the author of the most widely read book in the world, second only to the Bible!
I never know why spirits come to me, but given everything happening in the world right now, I believe Anne is encouraging you to share YOUR story to help heal the planet.

Anne Frank has given the world so many gifts through sharing her story, but did you know that she also gave us the keys to manifestation?
The first thing Anne did was decide to become a writer. She wanted this with all her heart. The second thing she did was ACT like a writer and write every day. As the war was seeming to come to an end, Anne began preparing her writing to be published as a book. Her intention was so strong, not even the Nazis could stop it. They may have taken her body, but not her spirit. Her spirit lives on through her writing.
The thing Anne Frank did NOT do was blame her circumstances or decide to wait until her circumstances were better. No, she fully embodied that she was a writer. And today, her book is the most widely read book in the world, second only to the Bible.

"When will my manifestation happen?" Have you ever asked that question?

Whatever you want to manifest is already here. It is in the ethers, and manifesting is about taking something from the ethers and into the physical realm.
The Universe is always trying to give you your desires…always! The only thing blocking that is YOU. How do you block it? By having beliefs or desires that are in conflict. I call this 'crosscurrents.' These opposing energies cancel each other out.
If you desire something but simultaneously tell yourself all the reasons you can't have it, that is a cross-current. If you have conflicting desires, like wanting to travel the world and wanting to be a stay-at-home mom, that is a cross-current. This is the number one thing keeping your manifestations from happening.
"If your manifestation is not showing up, ask yourself 'Where do I have conflicted feelings about my desire?"
Do you know what a 'spiritualized' prayer is? When a prayer is said by someone with so much energy and power that it receives a response from the Divine, then it is considered 'spiritualized,' according to Paramahansa Yogananda. If YOU say that same prayer, the power inherent in the prayer is available to bless you! It's like stepping into a river with a strong current and being carried the rest of the way!

May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others. May you use the gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you. Mother Mary has two requests…do you know what they are? I have been studying Her apparitions for over ten years, and I discovered a theme.
Each time She appears, She asks for two things.
The first thing She asks us to do is pray. She doesn't mean to 'just pray,' She means to pray as a way to deepen your connection with the Divine. She asks us to strengthen our connection with God through prayer. Interestingly, She never asks anyone to convert, but to pray in whatever method you choose.
The most important part of the request is to pray so that you experience a profound change in your heart. THAT is the kind of prayer She asks for.
In this episode, which is my 200th episode, I go more deeply into the request to pray, AND I will share the second request that She continues to ask all of us. Both of these requests have the ability to transform your life AND the planet!

When Mother Mary appears to us, as She has so many times, one of Her requests is prayer. She asks us to pray, but not just praying for its own sake, but to deepen our connection with the Divine.
The second request is to CREATE something! Whether She requests a chapel to be built, or a medal to be struck, or a school or ministry to be founded…She asks us to create something. What are you being called to create?
Put your hand on your heart and ask "What is the prayer of my heart?" What is longing to be created through you?

Last week I shared my review of this miraculous book, and this week we have the honor of speaking with Perdita Finn and hearing her amazing story of healing her relationship with her late father.

She lives with her family in the moss-filled shadows of the Catskill Mountains.

Key Learnings:
Perdita's father was a doctor who was overworked and cranky most of the time. They did not have a good relationship, and after his death, she discovered that he completely disinherited his three children. Not concerned about the money, it was the complete lack of acknowledgement of her as his daughter, that he cared for her in the slightest way that hurt so much. Imagine her surprise when a psychic told her her father wanted to help her!
Life is not linear, and we have all the time in the world. What if you believed that? The dead see life from a much broader perspective than we do, and have access to resources that we cannot even imagine.
A simple way to invite your ancestors and loved ones into your life is to create an ancestor altar. When you make room for the dead in your home and life, they will show up and make miracles with you.

Have you ever received a message from Spirit through a song? The Universe is ALWAYS sending us messages, and it loves to use popular music to catch our attention.
You can hear a song a thousand times, but one day you hear it differently…and realize that there is a message for you in the lyrics! This happens all the time.
In this episode, I share stories about how music has brought me messages, such as waking up one morning with a song in my head by Sinead O'Connor, only to find out later that day she passed away! And how a song from the movie Australia helped me find a new therapist!

The Universe is always talking to us, sending us messages. You might not think that popular music is spiritual, but songs can be carriers of messages for us, if you pay attention.
I woke up on July 26th with Sinead O'Connor's song "This is the last day of our acquaintance' in my head. I haven't listened to that song in many years. All morning I was singing it, and then I found out later that day that she passed away.
When a song gets in your head, pay attention! There just might be a message in the lyrics from Spirit.

1) Question one: "How can I manifest paying off debt, especially after using manifestation methods that have yet to show results?"
Answer: Paying off debt is actually the 'how.' Stay focused on the 'what' which is being financially free or having a million dollars in savings and investments. The more you focus on the debt, the more it will stick around. Use the 'Core Four' practices in the Magnify Your Miracles Journal every day to help you do this.
2) Question two: "What could be blocking my money manifestation?"
Answer: Let go of the idea of having a block with money. Instead, ask "what part of me doesn't feel safe receiving more money?" Or 'why am I choosing to experience this?' A good practice to do to receive more money is forgiveness. The Universe is always mirroring our energy, so if we are withholding energy but not forgiving, the Universe withholds from us too. Forgive freely and be open to receive abundance.
3) Money is connected to the second chakra, the sacral chakra. The big issues with this chakra are emotions, relationships and creativity. If you are experiencing challenges with manifesting money, practice feeling good every day. Raise your vibration by raising your emotional frequency. Tend to any relationships that don't feel good to you, as that can be the biggest issue with manifesting and receiving money.

How do you know if you are 'out of alignment' with the Law of Attraction?
One sure sign is that life starts feeling really hard!
When you are living in a way that honors the way you are naturally wired, you enter a state of 'flow' and the Universe begins to 'dance' with you.
But when you live in the opposite way than you are wired, life feels like a slog…like pushing a rock up hill. The Law of Attraction can only bring to us the same vibration we are emitting, so we get more rocks to push up hill! But I discovered a way to easily get back in alignment!

Seven-Figure Miracle! A True Story with Emma Stratton

How do you heal a money block you don't know you have? Great question!
In my many years coaching women, I have noticed something women with 'money issues' have in common. Once they become aware of this block, they can take actions to resolve it.
In this episode, I will share what this 'money block' is and how you can tell if you have it or not. I will also explain the two ways it can show up in your life and how you can begin to resolve it right away.

The Universe responds to our dominant thoughts and feelings. What you truly desire is what you will come to you. If you think you 'should' want money, but really desire love and connection, you will cancel out your money affirmations.
Lack of harmony in relationships is the biggest money block for women! Your energy field will respond to lack of harmony by shutting down. This makes it very difficult for you to receive more money, or anything else!
If you desire both love AND money, focus on BOTH! Start being grateful now that you have an abundance of money and love in your life.

As someone who follows Mother Mary's path, I know it all begins with saying YES to the invitation from Archangel Gabriel. We all have that invitation…it is the longing of your heart! When you say yes to your purpose, to that longing, the Universe swoops in to support you! But saying yes is not a one-time thing. We must continue to say yes, just as our purpose continues to evolve.
I have said yes to my purpose several times over the course of my life. These times are like turning points, some dramatically so and some only I am aware of. One of the things I am committing to saying yes to is supporting women specifically and helping them own their voice and their stories by writing their books. I will have more details about this in upcoming episodes, but I am so excited to say YES to this next part of my purpose.

There are so many miracles attributed to Mother Mary, more than anyone could possibly count! She continues to manifest on the planet over and over again, and miracles are magnified in astounding ways.
Physical healings, such as eyesight being restored, or paralysis being reversed, are common. Could there be a miracle even greater?
In this encore episode, I will share the story of the very end of Mother Mary's life in Ephesus, Turkey, as revealed by the visionary Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich, and how the greatest miracle of all was revealed in Her final days. I will also share why connecting with Mother Mary in August is extremely beneficial, especially for overcoming obstacles.

We honor and celebrate the end of Mother Mary's life, known as Her Dormition, on the 13th of August, and Her Assumption on the 15th. These three days echo the energy of Holy Week, except without the pain and suffering.
Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene and St. John did not die horrible deaths as the other disciples did. What do they all have in common? Each one of them experienced the love of Christ in their own way, and it is that love that made the difference.

Ever since I was little, I loved Princess Diana. It was a dream of mine to meet her, but since I had no idea how that could ever happen, I gave it very little thought.
The Universe responds to all our dreams and desires, even when we have forgotten about them! So many things had to happen for me to even have the opportunity to be in the same room as Princess Diana! Truly miraculous.
The voice that is talking you out of your dream, telling you that you are too old, too young, too early, too late, etc., is NOT the voice of Spirit!

May 13th is the anniversary of Mother Mary's apparition in Fatima, Portugal in 1917. She appeared a total of six times from May to October and encouraged people to deepen their spiritual practices, such as praying the rosary, to help end the war. Even though this apparition happened a long time ago, you can still access the power of Our Lady of Fatima.

We live in a patriarchal society, which means that masculine energy is valued, and feminine energy is not. Even though both men and women have the same spiritual struggle, to heal the egoic sense of separation, the path to doing it is completely opposite.
The scriptures of the major religions of the world were written for men only. Women were not allowed to read them, and most women couldn't read at all anyway. That being the case, these guidelines were never intended for women. They are, however, excellent guidelines for men.
While men need to become humble and learn to think of others, women need to become empowered and love themselves. The more a woman honors herself, the closer she gets to awakening to the truth of Oneness.

1. Not knowing what you want to do with your life is no joke. It is painful to be without direction. But rest assured, you DO know what you want to do, there is just an internal conflict that is blocking your knowing.
2. What is the 'good life?' The Good Life is when you get up in the morning and can't wait to start all over again. If that is the life you want, a life you will love, you CAN have it. The first step is to identify what is keeping you feeling lost and confused.
3. There are fourteen inner conflicts that are explored in this book. You many find yourself in more than one chapter. That is ok. Work with the one that feels the strongest to you, and then you can work on the other ones. Even just acknowledging the inner conflict is a powerful step to releasing it.

There is one word that cuts you off from your intuition, and that word is 'should.' Should is not based on how you feel or what's true for you. It is based on conditioning and other people's expectations.
When you were young, you followed your own feelings and guidance all the time. Then at some point, the world tried to get you to do something different than what you wanted to do. This is where the word should first showed up for you. Should means to do something that is expected of you, rather than what feels right to you.
Breaking the habit of asking yourself what you should do can be tricky. A simple thing to do is to put your hand on your heart or stomach and ask "how do I feel?"
"The word 'should' shuts down your intuition because it takes you out of your heart and into your head."
Have you ever prayed for a "money miracle?" I know I have. What I didn't realize is that I was simultaneously pushing money away subconsciously!

Feeling is one of the key factors to manifesting anything. Highly Sensitive people FEEL so deeply, that we should be the wealthiest people on the planet!
Money is energy, like electricity. It acts as an amplifier or magnifier. It will magnify what you already are, but it doesn't have the power to make you something you are not.
Any time you "use" money for something other than as a medium of exchange, such as to increase your self-esteem or make yourself feel secure, you limit its ability to serve and support you as it is meant to.

Have you ever had a book that you read again and again?
Manifesting Miracles by Neville Goddard is one of those books! Every time I read it, I learn something new. This book is so simply written, and yet contains profound spiritual truths about life and the manifestation process. Neville Goddard was a master at the Law of Assumption, and his teachings have the power to change your life in the best possible way!
In this episode, I share directly from this miraculous book and explain his unique view on the Bible as a blueprint for manifestation. The second half of the book contains answers to questions he was asked at his live lectures, many of which are things you or I might ask him today if we had the chance.

1) Neville Goddard was one of the pioneers of the current Law of Attraction movement. Rather than attraction, Neville taught about 'assumption,' which is acting and feeling as if your wish is already fulfilled.
2) One of Neville's key teachings is to fall asleep every night in the feeling of your wish fulfilled. He believed that if you could do that, you could manifest anything you desire. Neville believed that our own consciousness IS the consciousness of God, and that with focus and feeling, we could create our world exactly as we wish.
3) One of the most fascinating ideas that Neville used to teach is that he believed none of the people in the Bible are real people. He believed that the entire Bible was a blueprint for how to practice the Law of Assumption. Even more interesting, he believed that our own imagination was the 'kingdom of God within.' Whether you believe that or not, his core teaching about 'acting as if' has been proven many times over by his students.

Saturn in Pisces encourages us to 'put form' around our spiritual lives and creativity. It is a wonderful time to begin a new spiritual practice or start working on a creative project in a more focused way. Pluto moving in Aquarius is asking that power be made available for all of humanity. We will see interesting developments in innovation, as well as discovering where innovation is not being used for the highest good of all.
The Equinox happens on the 20th, the new moon on the 21st, Pluto moves into Aquarius on the 23rd and the feast day of Archangel Gabriel is the 24th followed by the Annunciation on the 25th. All of these events happening so close to each other is a sign from the Divine, an invitation to own our power and say yes to something that matters to us.
