My name is Aston Neves, and I founded Esu Arts Productions in Orlando with one purpose: to raise the standard of live entertainment. This company exists because I was tired of seeing events settle for predictable, forgettable performances. I built Esu Arts to prove that entertainment can be immersive, cinematic, and emotionally charged while still being accessible to clients who want something truly custom.

We’re a full-service entertainment company, and what that means—beyond the buzzwords—is that we create an entire experience from the ground up. Every show we offer, whether it’s a dance production, a themed character performance, or a dramatic feature act, is crafted with intention. Nothing is generic. We design the choreography, the wardrobe, the music, and the storytelling so the performance becomes a highlight of the event—not filler.

Esu Arts Productions was officially launched in 2022, and since day one, our focus has been premium execution. We’ve built more than 50 ready-to-stage productions, plus we create customized concepts for weddings, galas, corporate events, nightlife activations, private celebrations, and any scenario where clients want to pull people into an unforgettable moment.

Our roster includes:

• Professional dancers and choreographed shows
• Aerial acts and specialty performers
• Fire and flow artists
• Living table and champagne skirt performers
• Costumed and themed characters
• Live musicians, variety entertainers, and bespoke theatrical segments

What sets us apart is not the list of acts—it’s the art direction behind them. My background is rooted in performance, staging, and creative design, and I built the company to combine all of that into turnkey productions. When someone hires Esu Arts, they aren’t buying time—they’re buying an artistic outcome.

We operate primarily out of Orlando and Kissimmee, but we travel when the project calls for it. Because everything we do is modular, we can scale performances to small private gatherings or full-scale corporate shows. Most clients choose layered productions that are tailored to their theme, venue, and vision.

At our core, we create entertainment that tells a story. Every performer on our team understands that what we deliver isn’t background activity—it’s a moment people remember. Whether it’s elegance, energy, fantasy, or spectacle, our work is about moving the room and creating experiences that feel larger than the event itself.

Esu Arts Productions continues to grow because clients want more than standard entertainment—they want something crafted, something expressive, something with depth. That’s exactly why I built this company, and it’s what we deliver every time we step into a venue.”

After working in health care and living all over the United States and Europe as a military wife for 20 years, I decided to move back home to North Florida and open a cake bakery in Panama City. It was time to put roots down for my two young daughters and be close to family again. As a local owner and entrepreneur, I wanted to bring a brand with national recognition and appreciation to Bay County. In February 2023, I opened the Nothing Bundt Cakes located in the Hobby Lobby shopping center at Highway 77 and 23rd Street.

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we handcraft Bundt cakes in our local bakery using real ingredients like butter, eggs, and cream cheese. We offer a variety of delicious flavors, such as red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip, and lemon, to name a few. Each cake can be topped with unique cake decorations for an extra special treat. With a wide selection of retail items, including party supplies, décor, and gifts, our bakery is the perfect one-stop celebration shop.

The core values of the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand are a servant’s heart and the spirit of a champion. We live these core values in our local bakery every day by giving back to our community. We offer fundraising opportunities to local schools, athletic teams, and organizations to help them meet their financial needs. We also partner with organizations, such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County and Florida Hands & Voices, to give a percentage of our sales back to the community.

Owning a new business has been an adventure, but one that I have loved. I am making sweet new memories with my daughters, and being home again in North Florida has been the frosting on the cake.

We are open Monday -Saturday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and are located at 506 Hawkins Ave, Panama City (Hobby Lobby shopping center). You can place an order online or call us at (850) 829-3005. Learn more by visiting our website https://www.nothingbundtcakes.com/. -- (credit PCB Life)

Weight  Story – Benton, Arkansas

Haley Sipes, a 30-year-old from Benton, Kentucky, has inspired 90,000 Instagram followers as
@movewithhaley, sharing her incredible journey of losing 100 pounds with WeightWatchers while championing body positivity. Growing up in Benton’s close-knit community, Haley weighed 250 pounds in 2021, battling low self-esteem and health issues from years of emotional eating. A turning point came during a family barbecue at Hurricane Lake, where she felt out of breath and disconnected, sparking her commitment to health—not to conform to societal standards, but to embrace her body’s potential.

Haley joined WeightWatchers, drawn to its science-backed, points-based system that allowed her to enjoy Southern favorites like lighter chicken-fried steak or collard greens while staying in a calorie deficit. She tracked Points via the WeightWatchers app, sharing recipes for dishes like shrimp po’boys and berry smoothies in vibrant Reels, resonating with her Arkansas followers. Her “move with Haley” philosophy blended daily 12,000-step walks along Benton’s Saline River trails with at-home strength workouts and yoga, posted as beginner-friendly routines. Unlike restrictive diets, WeightWatchers’ flexibility helped her avoid guilt, aligning with body positivity principles from influencers like Megan Crabbe.

What sets
@movewithhaley apart is her focus on self-love. Her posts, captioned with gems like “My body is my home, and I’m learning to love it,” share raw moments—stretch marks, loose skin, and emotional days—celebrating progress over perfection. These echo the authenticity of Jessica Battle, who lost 115 pounds and embraced her journey’s “downs”. Haley’s body-positive message, inspired by accounts like
@join_jessica_xo, earned thousands of comments like, “You make me feel seen!” By mid-2024, she reached 150 pounds, feeling strong and vibrant.

In June 2025, Haley married her partner, Ethan, at a rustic Benton venue, Carter Farms, with mason jar decor and a sunset backdrop, reflecting Arkansas’s cozy wedding vibe. Her journey to 100 pounds down wasn’t about fitting into a dress but feeling confident in her skin, glowing in a flowy gown. She shared her wedding prep in a viral Reel (500,000 views), highlighting WeightWatchers’ mindfulness tools to manage stress and her workouts with Ethan, inspired by Haley Smith’s gym dates with her husband. Followers raved, “Your strength is everything!”

Haley’s
@movewithhaley now hosts “Benton Body Love Challenges,” blending WeightWatchers’ community spirit with walks and self-care tips, encouraging followers to embrace their bodies at every stage. Her story, rooted in Benton’s heart, proves that losing 100 pounds is about loving yourself through every step.

HYROX Training Overview

HYROX training is a hybrid approach blending endurance, strength, and functional fitness to prepare for the race’s unique demands. It differs from regular workouts by emphasizing speed, intensity, and the ability to perform under fatigue, as the 1km runs are interspersed with exercises that tax different muscle groups. Training focuses on building aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, and efficient transitions between running and stations.

Key Components of HYROX Training

1. Running (Endurance):
   • Running makes up 50% of the race (8km total), so it’s critical to build aerobic capacity and get comfortable running in a fatigued state ("compromised running").
   • Training Tips:
     • Incorporate interval training (e.g., 6 x 200m sprints with 1-minute rest) to improve speed and lactic threshold.
     • Include long, steady-state runs (Zone 2, conversational pace, 40–60 minutes) to build aerobic base.
     • Practice running after strength exercises (e.g., 1km run post-sled push) to simulate race conditions.
     • Use low-impact cardio like rowing or SkiErg to reduce injury risk while building endurance.
2. Functional Strength Training:
   • HYROX stations require strength and muscular endurance for movements like sled pushes, farmers carries, and wall balls. Exercises are simple but performed at high intensity.
   • Key Exercises:
     • SkiErg: Focus on arm, shoulder, and core endurance. Practice 1000m efforts with proper form.
     • Sled Push/Pull: Train with single-leg step-ups, deadlifts, or squats to build leg and core strength. Sled weights vary (e.g., 152kg for Men’s Open, 102kg for Women’s Open).
     • Farmers Carry: Use heavy kettlebells or dumbbells to enhance grip strength and core stability.
     • Wall Balls: Practice thrusters or squats to prepare for 100 reps.
     • Lunges and Burpees: Incorporate weighted lunges and burpee broad jumps for leg endurance and power.
   • Training Tips:
     • Perform compound movements (squats, deadlifts, overhead presses) 1–2 times weekly with higher weights and lower reps for strength.
     • Use high-rep circuits (e.g., AMRAP or EMOM) to mimic race intensity.
     • Train grip strength for farmers carry and sled pull with exercises like dumbbell holds or pull-ups.
3. Compromised Workouts:
   • Simulate race-day fatigue by combining running with functional exercises (e.g., 1km run + 25m sled pull x 3 rounds).
   • HIIT finishers after runs (e.g., 10 burpees every 1km) build resilience under fatigue.
4. Transition Training:
   • Practice moving quickly between exercises to minimize downtime, as smooth transitions can shave seconds off your time.
5. Recovery and Nutrition:
   • Recovery: Include active recovery (e.g., light cycling, yoga) and prioritize sleep to prevent burnout.
   • Nutrition: Focus on balanced meals with carbs for energy, protein (1.6–2g/kg body weight) for recovery, and healthy fats to support overall health. Meal prep with variety helps maintain consistency.
   • HYROX training can aid weight loss if paired with a calorie-controlled diet, but overeating can negate benefits.

Great clips containing super information such as

So I guess back in June I decided that I wanted to do something more uh the job i had which was a manager at a dessert restaurant decided i wanted to do more so we decided to contact slater to see if he would actually franchise or license and we got down there on a meeting and he decided he wanted to sell the whole thing to us so he said okay we'll do that and uh Here we are I guess 6 months later We got a location in Little Rock a location opening in Jonesboro very shortly and the original location in Searcy

And I also moved the food truck around all over northeast Arkansas I'll be going to Memphis next month And then you know in the summertime we hit up all the festivals all around the state and try to do what we can Okay So what's in particular about this company that impressed you So really it's the food the atmosphere they have Whenever you go into Searcy it's kind of more of like a nostalgic nineties like alaskan middle of the wilderness cabin you know you could see all the the unique mugs from all over alaska um the magnets from where people have traveled uh just whole inside and the whole um the whole design of the place that was just a like a ten years of Slater who's the original owner just building it you know trip by trip whenever he went to Alaska um he's from there so he'd go back there and just the way it looked how niche it was um

So pelmeni and pierogi dumplings are They originated out of Russia and Poland kind of Eastern European and they kind of made their way over to Alaska We're called Slater's Alaskan Dumplings and the Alaskan is the style that came from Alaska which is butter signature sauce which is sriracha and rice vinegar mix Sounds really weird but put together it's really good because I don't like either 2 of those things but I can eat hundreds of these dumplings every day You've got our special curry blend You've got cilantro and sour cream to dip it in You get a slice of rye bread to soak up all the juices and eat it afterwards

Music also did not define me It was just an outlet for me to be creative because I've always been so creative and entrepreneurial

And so after that I figured out that what's really important to me is to have control over my finances over my emotions and over my career And um I was intrigued by the beauty industry because I always thought like makeup artists and hairstyles It's so fun for them because every time a client leaves an appointment with them they feel so good

And um so that's when I got into spray tanning and throughout that experience I realized that I was making women feel so beautiful in their most vulnerable moments because there's nothing more vulnerable than just meeting me and getting butt naked Beautiful And it was really cool because I'm able to now through what I'm doing it's put women in a situation where they're vulnerable feel good which was the opposite of I felt as I felt so vulnerable and I was made to feel so small and not safe So it's um I know people love spray tans and that's fun and all but for me it's so much

My goal is to keep people moving and performing in life. If challenges are encountered, I help them manage the road bumps with science-based, fun, and sustainable ways to restore and maintain function. I treat patients for their future selves.

I have been a lifelong athlete, which began with trying everything I could as a little girl growing up in Zurich, Switzerland. From skiing to gym and track, if it was sports related, I was in all the way. I even thought ballet would be fun, until I was “fired” because I was “too athletic”… Oh, well. The skateboard team needed people, and I went on to join! They didn’t care I was the only girl. I also had the coolest board and wheels in Switzerland, as my dad would buy them in the United States – no less in Santa Cruz – in the same state where I live today.

Making a Splash

My real sports love affair started when a pool was built in my hometown, and I became a swimmer. My love for the water and sporting competition has not gone away since then, as I compete in Masters Swimming. I did “retire” from skateboarding in my 40s after I taught my kids how to do it – (and purposely never teaching them a handstand going downhill, like I had done when I was their age!) However, I still rock my skis on the slopes to this day.

Advice from my 72 year old customer.
I am constantly receiving words of advice and wisdom from costumers of mine on the beach and I couldn’t be more grateful to take away the things I do from these people.
You heard the man, stay healthy and keep moving, no matter what it is you are going through or how old you might be. Our bodies are like machines, the less you use them, the quicker they become broken.

Redd The Singing Bartender, has become a local icon with signature curly red hair and a spicy personality. Redd bartends while singing from a request list of over 400 songs – picked from patrons tips. She does not claim to know all of them by heart but can come close to most. Anyone that has visited Redd’s knows about the “costume closet” containing hats, wigs, and dress up items, all put to good use for photo opportunities. reddspub.com

Redd’s Bar has become a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike, with its laid-back atmosphere, good food, all made to order from scratch, regular live music, and friendly staff. The venue has launched many local artists and has had Nashville favorites drop in for a jam or two. The eclectic menu has transformed this once “secret bar” into a “must visit” landmark

“I wanted to open a place that felt a little bit like home,” said Redd, owner, and The Singing Bartender. Honestly, that’s due to the wonderful guests, some of whom plan their annual vacation around visiting Redds. “This is incredible.

Autographed items adorn the walls at Redd’s, from Sting to David Cassidy, Donny Osmond, and Joe Montana, alongside full-size stand-ups of Elvis, Elton John, and Roy Orbison. It seems like there is something new to see every visit. The party promises to be a fun-filled evening with live music, delicious food, and drinks. As always, reservations for four or more diners are strongly recommended.

SADCo. started as a dream, not a real lofty one, but one of those that you can't really get out of your head. SADCo. was going to be a place that was truly different, not your normal restaurant, because it was a reflection of a not so normal place, Alaska.

Alaska is up there in the "Great White North" on its own. Nothing is surrounding it (But Canada), so it doesn't really take its cues from anyone, it's its own animal. That is sort of what SADCo. is, it's its own animal.

We serve one thing, pel'meni. No we don't have another menu lying around somewhere, we just have dumplings, and we are pretty proud of that. We sell only one dish, because we know what we know and we don't pretend to know much else. Beef or Chicken Pel'Meni and Potato Pierogies are the options and they are all delicious (we are a little biased).

Swing by and ask us about the food, ask us about Alaska, ask us how you can be a part of the team, we would be happy to talk with you. Because we are just a bunch of young kids doing what we love and we are really excited to meet you.

Floral design is my spark. It's one thing that I'm quite good at that I can share with other humans and help them feel emotionally connected. It is such a joy to share flowers with others, so thank you for appreciating what I do and allowing me to continue the sharing cycle. I'm forever grateful.

As a physical therapist with two board certifications, an MBA from USC, and 30+ years of experience, I am committed to state of the art, ethical, research based, impairment driven and guideline supported patient care.

Early in my career as a young professional, I was exposed to the ever -changing world of healthcare, and was able to embrace this as an opportunity to recognize poor delivery systems and maintain a commitment to patient -centered care despite conflicting directives from corporate health systems and companies. During my 30+ years working in the healthcare system I have maintained my focus on the patients, their individual needs, and their opportunities to thrive.

This commitment has helped me pivot into a holistic world of Wellness and Prevention. Healthy aging is fundamental to productive and fulfilling lives, I educate, mentor, treat, consult to prevent disease and physical and mental breakdown in order to build thriving lifestyles for clients of all ages. I do have a special liking towards the 50-100+ year old population! Open to consult with start up companies on optimizing impact.

A bit more about me:
- One of my passions is to consult with families of aging loved ones to find optimal solutions for care and beyond
-My solid Science background and keen understanding of physical therapy is what makes me a successful expert witness (review of cases, arbitration, depositions and trial experience).
-My lifelong athletic career gives me the energy, focus, grit, and commitment to success and meeting goals.
-My curious mind leads me into a future of growing passion in biotechnology, cell biology, and fundamental building blocks to life/health and prevention of disease to body and mind.

Finding new and successful solutions for healthy aging, top performance, and keen mental acuity outside the healthcare model of "sick care", is momentum into the future. I look forward to sharing the ability to optimize body, mind, and performance in a holistic space. My balance in life is established with athletics, interesting family and friends, and my Saint Bernard, Gus.

I am open to new opportunities, learn from others through valuable conversations, work in advisory roles, or help in any of my capacities.

Created for construction supply delivery, GRUNT  app has expanded its reach to meet the needs of anyone who needs help with an errand. Just select what you need from big box stores or local businesses, upload your receipt or order confirmation, and our app will take care of the rest—bringing your items straight to you the under two hours at your selected day and time," explains Martin Horak.

“Let’s say you’re in the middle of a renovation or working on a job site; with Grunt, you don’t have to waste time running to the store. Your supplies arrive while you keep working," adds Horak.

"The soft launch gives local communities along the Emerald Coast a chance to try out the app. Contractors, tradespeople, and anyone with a project can now avoid wasting time in traffic or waiting for slow deliveries. Instead, the app offers an affordable, quick solution that keeps projects moving forward," says Horak.

People often ask me what kind of music I write and sing, and it’s always a tough one to answer. Listeners and industries love their labels, but music—just like people—doesn’t fit into neat little boxes.

I’m a son of the South, and my music reflects the experience of growing up with longleaf pines overhead and red clay beneath my feet. Like many, I found my passion for music in church, starting out by beating ferociously on the drums. As a teenager, I picked up my first guitar in earnest, with the guidance of my grandfather—who would later be inducted into the Georgia Country Music Hall of Fame.

Over the years, life happened, and music took a back seat. I became a Marine, served downrange, worked as a paramedic, became a teacher, and built a family. There were moments I thought those experiences had pulled me away from music for good. Turns out, they were just fueling a deep well of untapped lyrics and melodies, quietly waiting beneath the surface.

And now, here I am—traveling, sharing that music, and on the cusp of releasing my first album, set to drop in the winter of ’24–’25. It’s a collection shaped by the South and my take on the world. The meaning behind the music? That’s for you to discover. It’s my art, but it’s yours to consume, interpret, connect with, and weave into your own stories.

I can’t wait to see y’all out on the road, to share these songs—and hear your stories too. Ya'll come hang out

#buckedup  #podcast #health  Are you Bucked Up - You can be ! https://www.buckedup.com/
Ryan Gardner founded Bucked Up in 2016 and has been the managing partner and CEO ever since. Under his supervision, Bucked Up has gone from a local supplement brand to the #1 best selling pre-workout, available in over 20,000 stores worldwide.

Back in 2001, Ryan and his twin brother Jeff built a successful internet marketing company, promoting everything from supplements to biz opp to lead generation. By 2010, their affiliate network (with only 3 other employees) was earning over $25M+ annually in revenue. In 2015, they saw that social media was the future and decided to start their own social media agency. After over a decade of promoting other people's products, Ryan and Jeff realized it was finally time to put their talents to work promoting their own.

Ryan purchased the domain name DeerAntlerSpray.com in 2013. Not long after, Ray Lewis made headline news when he was accused of taking the spray before the Super Bowl. Sales exploded overnight. Sure, he was in the "Right Time...Right Place," but without Ryan's smart, hard work, he would've missed out on all that success. Shortly after the Super Bowl, he managed to get Deer Antler Spray into GNC and sold thousands of bottles a week for the next two years. Ryan, with the help of a GNC franchise owner, came up with the idea to launch a pre-workout. Despite some skepticism from family, he purchased BUCKEDUP.com for $1500 and named the first pre-workout "Bucked Up." With a great logo, flavor profile, right ingredients, and a non-proprietary blend, the company started making waves in the supplement industry and never looked back.
