If You Dont Feel Enough It's Your Fault! #40905 Dec 202500:24:08

In this episode, I explain why the inner critic becomes so loud, why we unconsciously allow it to take control, and why taking responsibility for our conditioning is the key to breaking free. This isn’t about blame, it’s about awareness.

Because the moment you realize you played a role in how your mind was shaped is the moment you reclaim the power to reshape it.

If you’re ready to silence the inner critic, reprogram your subconscious and step into a stronger, more confident version of yourself, this episode will shift you.

Nothing Changes Until You Get out of Your Own Way #30807 Jun 202400:33:47

Have you ever watched someone do something amazing and thought, 'Why are they so confident and I’m not?' I used to believe confidence was something you were born with. But guess what: it’s not.

I learned that by facing my biggest fear: public speaking. As I stood in front of a crowd, my head filled with 'what ifs'. 'What if they laugh?', 'What if I forget what to say?', 'What if I mess up?'

But I chose to step up despite these fears.

Every time I spoke, I fought the urge to run away. No, it never got easy. But it did get better. Because with each speech, each presentation, I was proving something crucial to myself: I won't let my own thoughts sabotage me.

In this episode, I’m going to show you that the confidence you see in others isn’t magic. It’s practice. It’s them getting up there, making mistakes, and trying again. It's them deciding not to let their own minds hold them back.

And if I can do it, so can you. You CAN break free from the prison of your mind and dive into the mess of learning and growing. Of course, it’s a mess sometimes. But that’s a beautiful mess.

So, are you ready to stop being your own worst enemy?

Tune in to this week's episode as I talk about how to get out of your own way and truly start living.

Let’s dive in!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • Be grateful to be alive (01:45)
  • Find a personal morning routine that works for you (04:18)
  • Face your fears and take action (11:23)
  • Self-love is the secret to success (17:38)
  • Facing fears and building confidence (21:45)
  • Human condition of self-doubt and insecurities (27:53)
  • Recap (32:09)

Stop Apologizing for Being Yourself #30704 Jun 202400:41:45

How many times have you wanted to say or do something but felt like you were holding back because you were afraid to show your true self to the world? I know I have. And that’s something many of us struggle with.

And when we think about why it’s so hard to show people how we really feel and what we really think, love, and want, it’s clear that fear of rejection is a factor. We’re programmed to seek validation from the outside.

Our society has taught us to hide our emotions and conform to expectations, but true freedom lies in being YOU. Real growth starts when you begin looking for approval inside yourself and accepting your true, authentic self.

During my journey, I learned to be comfortable being vulnerable in public and stopped apologizing for being myself. In this episode, I’ll show you how I overcame that fear, started taking risks, and learned to embrace unpredictability and trust the process.

Join me as I also talk about the power of emotional release, the importance of surrounding yourself with supportive people, and why taking action – despite the fear – is the real path to success.

Let’s dive in!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • Authenticity in all interactions (01:36)
  • Vulnerability is a strength (04:48)
  • Stop apologizing for your emotions (05:37)
  • Risk everything to be yourself (11:13)
  • Self-acceptance over external validation (19:15)Ā
  • Investing in personal development (23:44)
  • Growth and social media (31:06)

A Guide to Ending Codependent Relationships #30631 May 202400:34:26

Many of us stay in relationships out of fear – fear of being alone, fear of not fitting in. People often feel like they're just not enough unless they're in a relationship. No matter what kind of relationship, they need someone else from the outside to feel worthy.

It’s a sign of codependency when we rely on someone else to feel complete. But what we need to realize is that the real connection you need is with yourself. When you’re not okay on your own, you’re not really okay even with someone else.

I used to be in that place. I thought being with someone would fix everything, give me peace and happiness. But no matter who I was with or who I was hanging out with, I wasn’t truly happy. And that’s because I wasn’t happy with myself.

I learned this the hard way. To test my own independence, I decided not to talk to my best friend Danilo for two weeks. I wanted to see if I could handle things on my own. Before that, I was constantly calling him every time I faced a problem, seeking advice, or just needing to vent.

So those two weeks without Danilo by my side were tough. But they taught me I could stand on my own two feet and the importance of being comfortable with just me. And that’s when I started real growth on my own.

And you know what? Once you start to cultivate self-love and personal growth, the universe opens up. New opportunities blossom not because you’re desperate for them, but because you’re finally ready to meet them as the whole, fulfilled person you are.

So, if this resonates with you, don’t miss this week’s episode as I talk about codependency vs. independence and self-love, why it is important to leave when it feels wrong, and how to start empowering yourself today.

Tune in and start changing your life!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • Inspiration vs. desperation for change (02:08)
  • Law of attraction and decision-making (12:49)
  • Balancing solitude in relationships (20:20)
  • Importance of community and support (22:27)
  • Investing in personal development (23:18)
  • Calm growth vs. forced growth (25:32)
  • Final thoughts (27:40)

Learn to Respect Yourself and Stop Settling for Less #30528 May 202400:38:25

Many of us often feel stuck in a cycle trying to be someone we're not and get approval from our environment.

Trust me, I've been there – copying others, moving in circles, and honestly, just settling. And still somehow I hoped things would change. But it wasn't until I decided to put a stop to all the crap and really start respecting myself that things began to shift.

Because, only when I started growing and truly loving myself, I started seeing things clearly and recognizing the red flags in people and situations that I didn’t have a clue about before. Then I got the confidence to walk away from some people and toxic relationships.Ā

I learned a tough lesson about knowing my worth and not giving endless chances to those who don't deserve it. The days when I tolerated nonsense or let fear cloud my judgment are gone.Ā

Believe me, it’s liberating to say, ā€œI deserve better!ā€ and actually mean it.

I know, it's painful to realize what you've lost because you didn't change sooner. But it’s never too late to start respecting yourself and demanding the respect you deserve.

Life is beautiful when you're in tune with yourself – when you change your environment, surround yourself with supportive people, and pursue your dreams. It's about creating the life you want, not just accepting the life you're handed.

I've chosen to design my life and you can do that too. And you can do that today!

So, are you ready to take charge and live life on your terms? Tune in for this week’s episode to learn how to respect yourself and stop settling for less.Ā

Let’s dive in!

Fascia – Your Body’s Best–Kept Secret for Self–Healing | Anna Rahe #30424 May 202400:49:56

Have you ever heard of fascia? Do you know its role? Don’t worry – many people don’t even know what the word means.Ā

Fascia is actually a physical tissue connecting our body parts. (ā€˜So what?’ I can almost hear you saying this.) Well, what is FASCInating about fascia is that it’s also an organ of consciousness that stores our experiences and emotions.Ā

And in this episode I have a special guest who can explain the importance of fascia science for holistic health and spiritual well-being. Joining us is Anna Rahe, a healer, educator, and founder of GST Body.Ā

Anna’s journey began with severe health challenges that traditional medicine couldn't solve. But after discovering fascia and years of studying and researching it, she developed a revolutionary approach to healing and dedicated her life to healing herself and helping others.

Anna challenges traditional views that the brain is the sole controller of bodily functions. In this interview, she explains why the fascia is a crucial sensory organ that stores experiences and sends messages to the brain.

This is not something Anna came up with.Ā

Fascia therapy fits well with ancient practices like Qi Gong and martial arts. This shows how traditional Eastern wisdom and modern science can work together. As Anna (and many other healers) believe, there should be a more balanced approach, rather than relying solely on external medical interventions.

Tune in for the full interview as Anna talks about the incredible potential of fascia. She also shares how movement, self-awareness, and holistic practices can unlock the hidden potential within us to heal ourselves and achieve spiritual growth.Ā

The Wound Is Where the Light Enters #30321 May 202400:30:51

Every day we face challenges that can feel overwhelming. But these tough times are where we learn and grow the most.Ā

When I was starting out, I had plenty of setbacks. In the early days of building my business, I'd get frustrated with mistakes. But over time, I learned to allow myself to vent for a bit and then shift my focus to finding solutions.Ā

This helped me a lot and now I advise my clients to do the same – I encourage them to let their pain fuel their drive. Because pain isn’t just something to endure. It’s actually a powerful motivator.Ā

My own journey is proof of this.Ā

Every challenge literally pushed me forward – being bullied, called names, feeling like I didn’t fit in, feeling not enough, overcoming drug addiction, being timid and scared, always worrying about others' opinions…

Those were lessons for me. Powerful ones. I learned that challenges aren’t roadblocks, but opportunities to learn and improve.Ā

Every time I faced rejection or doubt, I turned it into energy to push harder and show up for myself. And I can tell you - no matter how tough the period you’re going through, it’s temporary.Ā

If you want to learn more, tune in to this week’s episode where I’ll talk about using pain as a motivator and seeing challenges as opportunities to grow and learn.

Join me!Ā

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • Consistency over intensity (00:51)
  • Life's challenges build resilience (03:42)
  • Show up for yourself (11:07)
  • Choose your environment and relationships wisely (18:00)

Why Healing Your Inner Child Matters More Than You Think #30217 May 202400:34:01

Healing your inner child - you've probably heard this phrase many times. (If you’ve listened to any of my podcast episodes, you know that I mention it a lot.)

So, what does ā€˜inner child’ actually mean?

It’s basically just a way to refer to your younger self and all the past experiences that shaped you. It doesn’t mean there’s a literal "inner child" inside you – just your memories.

For example, when I was a kid, I was bullied a lot, called names, and felt that my parents didn’t love or support me the way I needed. Those experiences created fears and insecurities that I carried into my adult life.

So, how do I deal with this?Ā

Whenever I feel anxious or scared, especially when I'm stepping out of my comfort zone, I remind myself that it's just my younger self reacting. Because our minds respond with fear when something feels new and uncomfortable.

But now I know that growth happens outside our comfort zone. I know it's not easy. (It was never easy and it won’t be.) But when I look at my life now, I also know it's definitely worth it. I tell my younger self this and reassure him that I've got his back.

Healing our inner child means looking back at our past so we can move forward. It’s about not letting our past define us and taking control of our lives.Ā  And to do that we need to work through those old fears, and finally start living our dreams.

Join me for this week’s episode and let’s dive into transforming your life by healing your inner child.

What Really Happens When You Believe You Can Do Anything #30114 May 202400:39:12

One of the biggest hurdles to our happiness and feeling fulfilled is often the simple fact that we're not making progress. This usually comes from thinking too small about ourselves.

But, can you imagine how it would feel to flip that mindset and start believing that you are absolutely phenomenal, capable of achieving anything you set your mind to? And if you can imagine that, then you can achieve that for sure.

It's because this isn't just a dream or empty talk — that’s the essence of progress and success!

My journey of personal development truly started once I realized how we often limit ourselves.

We look at others and think, 'They’re just lucky' or 'I could never be that lucky'. And yes, I understand that.Ā

At the end of the day, it’s easier to think that than to realize that those 'lucky' people had a lot of work behind their success and, more importantly, that we can do that too.Ā

No matter what it is — a thriving career, a happy relationship, or adventures around the globe — if someone else can do it, so can you.

But to get there, you’ve got to start with believing in yourself, even when past experiences or toxic relationships have tried to convince you otherwise. It’s about standing up for yourself, possibly for the first time ever, and realizing that you deserve to put yourself first.

This shift in mindset is what I want to dive deeper into in this week's episode.

If you're ready to stop selling yourself short and start stepping into your greatness, join me. Let’s explore together how changing the way you see yourself can radically change your life.

Tune in now!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • Mindset is everything (00:56)
  • The trap of toxic relationships (05:12)
  • You're not meant to just stay where you are (12:34)
  • Progress equals happiness (20:40)
  • Materialism vs. personal growth (25:07)
  • Closing remarks (35:10)

How to Build Self-Discipline & Beat Laziness #29523 Apr 202400:32:33

Sometimes, I really don’t feel like doing things. Like, on the day I was supposed to record this episode, I wasn’t in the mood to do that at all, but I did it anyway. Because success often depends on what we do when we don't "feel" like doing anything.

It’s easy to give in to the comfort of doing nothing, to choose relaxing over a run or a beer over brainstorming your next big project. That comfort zone is seductive because it's easy and it's safe.

Discipline is the tough part. It’s about doing what you need to do, even when every part of you wants to just chill: going for the run, applying for the job, or pushing through a personal development session even when you’re not up for it.

That's where growth happens. In these moments, you start to find out who you really are, not just who you are when things are easy.

Although I absolutely love inspiring and motivating through my podcast and coaching sessions, sometimes I struggle with keeping my energy and balance. But over the years, I've learned one thing: I need to gather the discipline to push through my own reluctance if I want to truly help others and keep my promises.

So, I recorded the episode despite not feeling like it. Being disciplined is what separates those who live their dreams from those who just dream.

Curious about how to turn from dreaming to living your dreams?

Join me for this week’s episode as I share how to turn discipline into a tool for success.

Proven Ways to Increase Your Value and Boost Your Income #29316 Apr 202400:31:01

Growing up, I let the opinions of others dictate who I was. If they said I was too tall, too skinny, or not enough in some way, I believed them. I was the guy who thought rejection was proof that I wasn't worthy of love or success.Ā

But guess what?Ā

What was my real issue was that mindset, not the rejections or the name-calling. And this way of thinking stuck with me until I realized that life isn't about pleasing others or fitting into their molds.Ā

This is the lesson I’ve learned: The most critical relationship in life is the one you have with yourself. You've got to start valuing and appreciating yourself and understand that your worth isn't determined by what others think. You need to recognize your own value and potential and stop wasting time.Ā

Like Jim Rohn once said, "You get paid for the value you bring, not just your time." So, if you want to succeed and make more money, focus on increasing your value rather than working more hours.Ā

And how exactly can you do that?Ā

Tune in to this week's episode and find out as I talk about increasing your value and how you can do that to start making more money.

Don't miss it!

How I Managed to Overcome Imposter Syndrome for Good #29212 Apr 202400:35:54

When I started out as a coach, I was hit with a ton of doubt.

I found myself second-guessing my worth all the time, wondering if anyone would actually pay for my help. It was that pesky imposter syndrome sneaking up on me, whispering that I wasn’t good enough to live a better life.

But here's the thing – once I decided to face that fear head-on and pursue my dream, everything changed.

First, I recognized the value I could offer. Then, clients started to see it, too. Let me tell you – they were more than willing to pay for my help, and they still are.

This journey has taught me the most important lesson: if you have a gift and you’re willing to work hard, you can be unstoppable. You just need to take that leap, even when you're scared, and you’ll realize your worth through action.

This might be your sign!

If you're stuck feeling like an imposter, wondering if you're good enough, or questioning if what you love to do can actually sustain you, tune in for this episode. I’m sharing my story of taking action, despite the doubts, that might lead you to where you're meant to be.

Ready to overpower your inner imposter and find your strength?

Change Begins When You Do Something Different #29109 Apr 202400:23:46

Time is like a coin you only get to spend once. We often trick ourselves into thinking we've got an endless supply, but the truth is, we're all running on a clock that's constantly ticking down.

It's easy to get lost in the day-to-day, thinking we've got forever. But in reality, we might not even have tomorrow.

So, I have a question for you: What’s next for you? Like, when this podcast ends today? Because what we do today shapes who we are tomorrow and the day after. Let’s take this saying literally, just for a moment: You CAN do something TODAY to change your tomorrow. You CAN decide TODAY how to face the challenges life throws at you. You CAN decide TODAY to change your life for good.Ā

Every day is a chance to invest in ourselves, to fuel our minds with positivity, to choose the conversations that inspire us, and to decide who we want to be.

We all have things in our lives that need changing – our mindset, our habits, the people we spend time with. And if we want things to change, we’ve got to put in more effort. Playing it safe, staying quiet, and accepting mediocrity will never lead to growth or happiness.

So, let’s do a challenge: check out the full episode and then take a step. Any step. Make a choice to start changing something, anything, for the better. Your health, your financial situation, your mindset, your environment… you name it.

And if you need some help or a push on that journey, send a direct message with "2222" to me on Instagram, and we’ll see how we can help.

Tune in now as the first step towards the change you want. (I bet you’ll find some inspiration for the second one.)

Let's dive in!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • The complexity of setting up for success (01:21)
  • Prioritizing what works for personal growth (03:50)
  • The impact of self-perception on living your best life (09:22)

If You Want More Peace in Your Life, Change Where You Are #29005 Apr 202400:33:20

"Am I happy? Truly happy?"

I asked myself this question, and the answer hit me like a freight train. It actually opened Pandora's box of realization – no, I wasn't. I was far from where I wanted to be, trapped by my own choices… or rather, the lack of them.

And I believe that was the turning point when I became painfully aware that something had to change.

During that period of my life, every morning felt like a replay of the day before – hanging out, friends, parties, drugs, alcohol... I was caught in this endless loop of comfort that felt anything but comfortable.

Deep down, I knew I was craving more – more growth, more fulfillment, and most importantly, more peace. But there was this voice that kept telling me, "Change is scary. Stay where it's safe."

Until I decided that enough was enough.

It dawned on me that if I wanted more peace in my life, I needed to make a move. And so, I left. I spent some time far away from the people I was surrounded by. I moved to Poland, spent some time in China, learned a lot, and ignited that avalanche of change inside me.

Yes, it scared me. The idea of change often does. But the scarier thought was waking up years from now, drowning in a sea of what-ifs and regrets.

So, I chose growth. And it definitely wasn't all rainbows and sunshine. Growth is messy, it's challenging, but it's so worth it! I've learned, laughed, and lived more in my pursuit of peace than I ever did before.

And you can do that, too.

Join me on this week's episode as I talk about how stepping out of your comfort zone can lead to your best life.

Be the Change You Want to Attract #28902 Apr 202400:42:38

If you're following social media and the news these days, it may seem that everything's just falling apart in the world. But what if I told you that amidst all this chaos, there is a chance for us to grow and really make a difference?

"Yeah, right, Luke! How can I change the world when I can’t even change my own life?!" I can almost hear many of you saying this.

But, actually, you CAN change the world - that true change begins within. If we want to bring about the positivity and health we desire around us, we must first embody it ourselves. Because our reality is a reflection of what we are inside.

So, if you’re currently reflecting all the negativity that is happening in the news and social media, what would happen if you changed that? Would you project some other vibes into reality?Ā

Absolutely!

Because the shift in your reality doesn't start on social media or the evening news - it starts with you. Each one of us can be a beacon of change through our actions and attitudes. Even sharing a simple moment of joy can inspire others and spread happiness.

So, why would we just stand by and watch the world change in a direction we don’t want when we can be the drivers of that change?

Join me on this week's podcast, as I’m talking about how taking the initiative to be the change not only transforms our lives but also has a ripple effect on the world.

Change begins now. Let’s dive in!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)

Overcome Depression, Anxiety, and Low Self-Esteem by Doing This One Thing... #28726 Mar 202400:41:33

Before I started my self-development journey, I was stuck in my life. And it wasn’t just because my job was awful or because I had no money or idea what to do next. It was mostly because I thought life was set in stone.

But one of the first things that I realized when I decided to become the best version of myself was that if I wanted to overcome my battles with depression, anxiety, and self-doubt, I had to start loving myself fiercely.

This simple thing became a game-changer for me and many of my clients later. Because my struggles have become an inspiration for many people to step into their power.

Take Gemma from the UK, for example. With a little nudge from yours truly, she finally found her beat again after two decades on antidepressants and decided to work on herself.Ā

Stories like this inspire me to persist in my mission to cut through the noise and help you see that you're more than your struggles.

Forget about fitting into the system that's keen on keeping you medicated rather than motivated. It's time to release that trapped energy and step into your true self, no holds barred.

If you're ready to ditch the life you've been told to live and let this no-filter life coach guide you to the life you're destined for, tune in to this episode.

I’m talking about my journey to success and the program you can join to start your journey towards healing and happiness.

Ready to make a change? Let's dive in.

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • Your struggles could be someone else’s survival guide (01:59)
  • Surround yourself with success (04:43)
  • There is no going back (09:48)

Why Being True Authentic Self Is Your Pathway to Freedom #28622 Mar 202400:29:33

At one point in my life, I felt like I was just going through the motions, sticking to the script everyone else wrote for me. I was literally stuck in a cycle of pleasing others, losing bits of me along the way.

If life is a book that we’re writing every day, for years, I let others hold the pen, dictating my chapters based on their expectations.

But one day, I decided to grab that pen back and start writing my own story. And once I managed to break free from that cycle, it felt like stepping into a whole new world.

I realized that being my true, authentic self was my pathway to freedom. Suddenly, I didn’t have to worry about what others would think or say about my life. Sure, turning the page on people and habits that no longer served me was scary.

But you know what's scarier? Living a life that's not yours.

By choosing authenticity, I've attracted people who vibe with the real me, not the version of me I thought I had to be. And yeah, I've lost a few along the way. But those losses were meant to happen. The people who were supposed to stay have stayed and are still in my life.

So, if you're tired of playing a role that doesn't fit, join me in this week's episode. I’m unpacking the meaning of being your true, authentic self and why it's perfectly okay to let go of those who don't get it.

Let's start writing your freedom chapter together.

What True Healing Really Means #28519 Mar 202400:24:24

"Look after your health." We all say this very often, usually thinking about a healthy lifestyle.

But really caring about health doesn’t just mean hitting the gym or eating healthy food. If you're not dealing with your past traumas and taking care of your mental, emotional, and spiritual health, all that effort is like trying to patch up a leaky boat.

Your body is like a faithful friend that's been through it all with you. It doesn’t deserve to have its needs (or overall well-being, if you will) ignored.

This means you don’t have to deprive yourself of all pleasures and never eat candy, pizza, or go for a drink or two. You should have your little 'unhealthy' joys as long as you don’t have... let's say, late-night burgers every day. And as long as you love yourself and don’t give up.

Actually, it's all about striking a balance. Simple but often not easy.

In this week’s episode, I’m diving deep into this whole idea – how to really take care of your health by balancing your life and healing from your past. I also talk about how crucial it is to take action and invest in yourself to make your dreams come true.

Join me - you don't want to miss this one!

Let’s dive in.

Your Past Doesn't Define Your Future Success! #28415 Mar 202400:25:50

Our minds love clinging to the past, replaying every stumble and fall. It's like we're programmed to be our own toughest critics, whispering to ourselves, ā€œYou can’t do that,ā€ ā€œYou’re not enough to...,ā€ ā€œYou never could...,ā€ ā€œSuccess is not for you!ā€... you name it.

At that point, we have two options: we can either remain trapped by our past or seize the day with the choices we make right now.

It dawned on me that I've been letting my history, heck, even my ancestors' struggles dictate my present. It's like living in a loop of fear, trauma, and doubt. Why? Because of old stories and beliefs that don't serve us anymore.

So, if you want to let go of the past, you have to take control, break the cycle, and reprogram your mind for greatness. Nobody else is going to do it for you – it's on you to wake up.

Every single person in this world is unique, brilliant, and utterly irreplaceable. And no matter what you've gone through, it doesn't define your worth or potential.

No matter where you are now, you can start taking conscious steps toward your dreams and planting seeds of greatness. Instead of letting your past define you, you can use lessons from it to build your own great, successful future.

I’m not saying it’s easy, but it's absolutely worth it!

Join me for this week's episode, and let's explore together how not to let our past define our future.

Tune in!

Key Takeaways:

You Don't Need Anyone's Approval to Live on Your Own Terms #28312 Mar 202400:26:04

In life, we often feel like we're walking around with invisible chains. These chains are made up of what the world tells us we should be doing, how we should look, and who we should love. It's crazy how we let these expectations stop us from chasing what really lights us up inside.Ā

How many times have you wanted to try something new, take a leap, or just be yourself, but then thought, "Nah, what would my parents / friends / partner / people say?" That's the world defining us, holding us back from our true paths.Ā

But here's the thing: when we start listening to our own hearts, making choices that feel right to us instead of the noise out there, that's the real freedom. That's when we start living a real life.

Breaking free from people’s expectations and choosing paths that light us up inside, even if they’re less traveled, isn’t easy. But it’s worth it!Ā

Join me for this week’s episode as I’m talking about redefining success, happiness, and fulfillment for ourselves and start living life on our terms no matter what others have to say.

Because you need no one’s approval to be your true authentic self!Ā

Turn Your Biggest Struggles Into Fuel for Success w/ Radin Jahromi #28108 Mar 202400:44:28

This week, I've got a story that's really something else, not only because I’m doing it from the lap of luxury inside a Maybach Mercedes, but also because I talked to Radin Jahromi, a successful entrepreneur in Dubai and Australia whose journey reads like a blockbuster movie script.

At just 22, Radin stepped into the real estate world, only to be smacked with some hardcore challenges right off the bat. As soon as he walked into his new job, he was met with hostility and even racism from a boss.

But he didn't let that break him. Instead, he used it as motivation to push harder, to prove himself not just to his critics but to himself. That moment literally lit a fire in him!

He moved to a competitor not just to stay in the game but to change it. Within his first few months at a new company, he sold not 10, not 20, but 34 houses in just three months. While the top dogs were proud of selling five houses a month, Radin was out there making it look easy.

He ended up with $186,000 in commissions waiting for him, money he hadn't even realized was piling up. He really proved his point and turned one bad experience into one of his biggest victories.

And he had many more after that.

If you tune in for this week's interview, you're going to hear Radin's own words about how he turned every "no" into a "yes," every setback into a setup for success. He also shared many more golden nuggets as he talked about the power of visualization, self-love, overcoming insecurities, why money isn’t the indicator of true success…

Trust me, it's a story for the ages.

Your Brain Is Your Strongest Muscle w/ Johnny Olsen #27801 Mar 202400:45:58

When I hit up Johnny Olsen on Instagram one day back in 2019, I had no idea that it would turn into one of the most inspiring experiences of my life. Johnny welcomed me into his home, shared his world with me, and showed me what true hospitality is.Ā

But what really drew me in was his fascinating story.Ā

Johnny is a fitness coach and gym owner from Florida who faced his toughest opponent outside the gym: prostate cancer. He managed to beat the beast not just with traditional treatments or physical strength but with his most powerful weapon - his mind.Ā

Not only did he win that fight, but he also used it to push himself further in the fitness world. Today, his gym isn’t just a place to work out - it’s where people go to strengthen their minds, too.Ā

Because Johnny firmly believes that with the right mindset, you can get through anything.

In this week’s episode, he shares his story and shows that when it comes to beating the tough stuff, our brains are the strongest muscles we've got.

We talk about how he kicked cancer’s butt and how he’s helping others do the same, in and out of the gym. Johnny also shares the lessons he's learned about focus, adversity, and the true meaning of health.

Tune in to this interview for true inspiration!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • The power of networking (00:38)
  • Johnny's background and journey (02:13)
  • The unique concept of Johnny's gymnasium (04:16)
  • What personal development and fitness have in common (07:05)
  • The importance of focus and eliminating distractions (09:22)
  • What’s Johnny grateful for? (17:56)

What Are You Grateful For? #27727 Feb 202400:22:47

Would you like to wake up every day feeling like you've hit a jackpot of happiness? Of course, we all would. But did you know that gratitude does exactly that for you? It could be described as a hidden key that opens a treasure box full of joy, peace, and happiness.

I started practicing gratitude, and it really turned my world upside down in the best way possible. Suddenly, the small stuff became more important, and the big worries didn't seem so big.Ā

For me, gratitude is like wearing glasses that turn every view into a beautiful scene. But it's not only seeing the good — it's also feeling it deep in your bones. Because that’s something we often take for granted and don't realize what we have until it's gone.

So, here's a little challenge: think of three things you're thankful for. (You can write them down, or if you're driving, just say them out loud.) For me, I'm thankful for this podcast, my ability to write, having clean clothes… Yes, clean clothes (and other simple stuff).

Gratitude isn't a magic pill, but if practiced sincerely, it often feels like one. It means recognizing the abundance around us and within us, even on days when everything seems to go wrong. It's a choice that can transform our lives in ways we never imagined.

So, if you're curious about how gratitude can turn your life around or if you're looking for a sign to start this journey, this is it. Tune in to this week's episode, where I dive deeper into the transformative power of gratitude.Ā

Let's explore together how a simple 'thank you' to the universe can change everything.Ā

Dive in!Ā

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • The power of gratitude (01:02)
  • Rewriting self-limiting stories (05:12)

Why can relationships feel so challenging? Ever feel like making genuine connections is harder than it should be? Or feel like you don’t know what's expected from you or how to treat your partner?

These are the topics we’re unpacking in this week's podcast episode. My guest is Esther Sarphatie, an expert in relationships and personal development, and we'll dive deep into the heart of understanding between genders.Ā

Awaken Your Inner Queen w/ Dr. Amanda Hanson #27216 Feb 202400:53:31

This week, I had the pleasure of chatting with Dr. Amanda Hanson, a clinical psychologist who really stands out from the crowd. I always repeat that energy is contagious - and Amanda’s energy is exactly the kind you want to catch.

Amanda started in traditional psychology but quickly saw that wasn't enough. She wanted to make a real difference, to see actual change in her clients and in her own life. What’s really unique about her approach to healing is that she believes in living the change you want to see.Ā

In our interview, she talks about using dance, embracing what you truly want, and finding a balance between your feminine and masculine sides as keys to unlocking true self-love and joy.

The part that hit home for me was her perspective on feminine and masculine energies. It's eye-opening, especially now when we're all trying to understand what it means to be strong and vulnerable at the same time.

We also talked about empowering women through self-love, overcoming societal pressures, and transforming personal and professional lives by being your true, authentic self.

So, if you want to break free from past traumas, societal expectations, (or both) and start living your dreams, tune in to this week's episode. Let’s learn how to live a life that truly reflects who we are and what we love.Ā

Catch you there!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • Who is Dr. Amanda Hanson (00:51)
  • Limitations of traditional psychology (06:13)
  • The shift towards an active therapeutic approach (09:45)

How to Unlearn the Programmed Fears Within Us #27113 Feb 202400:20:49

Has it ever come to your mind that maybe, just maybe, your brain's been running a program you didn't even install?Ā

Here's the thing from my end: I found myself on an ice rink, doing my best not to look like Bambi on ice… And the real pros gliding around not only made skating look like a piece of cake, but they also somehow made me feel even clumsier.Ā

And it hit me - my fear of falling wasn't about the ice. It was about failing, looking silly, and all the stuff we've been told or thought about since forever. That’s the way most of us are programmed.Ā

But when I realized that, skating became more than just skating. It became my symbol of confronting those deep-seated fears, questioning where they came from, and realizing a lot of what holds us back is all in our heads.Ā

If you want to hear more about our mind's programming and how to unlearn it, join me for this week’s episode. I’ll be talking about facing the deep-seated fears and insecurities that hold many back from living their dream life, stepping out of comfort zones, and the role of communication in overcoming insecurities and building self-esteem.

Tune in!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • Create heaven on earth (00:48)
  • A person who risks is free (02:00)

Rock Bottom Isn't The End w/ Derick Grant #26909 Feb 202400:59:05

In this episode, I've got a guest whose story could definitely change the way you see the world around you. He is Derick Grant, an ex-basketball player and the founder of the Life is Mental brand.

Derick was an athlete with dreams bigger than the court, but when he tried to turn those dreams into reality, everything fell apart. As many of us did, he hit rock bottom, not just personally but financially too.Ā

And he did it big time - when his business crashed, he was left in a mess so huge that even the FBI got involved. Yeah, you read that right.

But Derick didn't let this be the end of his tale. Instead, he took a hard look at his life, at the decisions that led him to where he was, and he realized that he could truly change his life only by changing his perspective.Ā

For the first time, it became clear to him that if he wanted to fix what was outside, he needed to transform what was inside. Through self-reflection and a hell of a lot of courage, Derick rediscovered his purpose and began an inspirational journey that he’s willing to share with us.

In this interview, Derick talks about his career, from playing with the Harlem Globetrotters to starting a basketball training company and eventually moving into coaching and motivational speaking.

We covered a bunch of topics:

- the impact of childhood experiences on adulthood

- the importance of authenticity and self-work

- the importance of self-love

- facing inner wounds

- accepting your true self

- communication in relationships

Tune in. I promise it’s worth it!

Key Takeaways:

šŸ‘‰ Check out my new book YOUR POWER PLACE: THE ART OF LOVING YOURSELF:

https://bit.ly/lmp-yourpower-place-book

In this empowering episode of the Luke Mind Power Podcast, Luke Chlebowicz reminds us of one of life’s most important truths: time is the one thing we can never get back. Speaking with raw honesty and energy, he urges listeners to stop procrastinating, stop waiting for permission, and stop staying in situations that don’t serve their growth. Through personal stories of rejection, resilience, and self-discovery, Luke inspires you to take action now whether that means ending toxic relationships, pursuing your dreams, or shifting your environment. This is your wake-up call to trust yourself, reclaim your time, and create the life you deserve before it’s too late.

šŸ”‘ Key Takeaways:

āœ… Time is Irreplaceable Once it’s gone, it’s gone forever. Every day you waste in unhappiness is a lost opportunity for joy and growth.

āœ… Set Non-Negotiable Deadlines If a situation doesn’t improve within a set time—six months, for example—be ready to walk away.

āœ… Trust Yourself Over Others’ Opinions No one else feels your pain or lives your life. Your decisions should be based on your truth, not outside approval.

āœ… Don’t Settle for Less Whether in love, career, or personal goals, refusing to settle raises the standard of what you attract.

āœ… Learn From Rejection Rejection can feel devastating, but it often protects you from the wrong situations and redirects you toward better ones.

āœ… Escape Toxic Cycles Gaslighting, manipulation, and emotional abuse erode your confidence and waste years of your life—leave before they drain you completely.

āœ… Make Better Choices Now Your future is shaped by today’s decisions. Start making choices that align with the life you want to live.

I’m Yelling FOR You, Not AT You #26602 Feb 202400:51:02

A lot of people ask me why I yell. It's not what you think. I'm not yelling at you – I'm yelling for you. It's my way of pushing you, shaking you awake to see the potential you're sitting on.Ā

See, I've been through it. I've felt the frustration, the pain, and the hurt, and now I want to raise your awareness. It's about confronting the comfort you've settled into, questioning what you're tolerating, what you're letting happen in your life.

I've learned, sometimes the hard way, that if I don't scream, you might not wake up to the realities you're facing. But remember, it's not personal. I might trigger you, but those triggers are blessings in disguise.Ā

They're your teachers, showing you parts of yourself you might not be aware of. This journey is about self-reflection, understanding why certain things trigger you, and realizing how much you actually tolerate without even knowing.

And when I get fired up, when my words get colorful, know that it comes from a place of deep love. I'm here to be authentic, to be myself, and to help you be your true self.Ā

So tune in this week as I talk about my story of who I am, why I speak the way I do, and also how our past experiences shape our life now because our past is what’s familiar and how we can break free to grow.

Your Mind's Secret Weapon to Battle Your Inner Demons #26530 Jan 202400:28:09

Since I started the Luke Mind Power journey of constantly learning and growing, I often think about self-sabotage and how we can be our own worst enemies without even realizing it.

It constantly happens, not only to my clients but also to me. I won’t lie - there are moments when I hit these blind spots, and I need some time to realize that I’m actually holding myself back unknowingly.

Of course, I’m in a place now where I can recognize and know how to overcome those negative thought patterns that sometimes keep me stuck somewhat quicker than my clients.

One of the things that helped me a lot was being alone with my thoughts. It made me realize that our thoughts shape our reality. Living in a state of negativity is basically living in a state of self-imposed suffering.

That's why overcoming self-sabotage starts with understanding and transforming your thoughts.

It's not just about listening to podcasts like Luke Mind Power, watching motivational videos, or pretending to be positive on the outside. It's about confronting the truth we often avoid, the hidden fears and insecurities that make us our own worst enemy.

I know it’s tough. Fighting inner demons that drain our energy and spirit is maybe the toughest part of our growth journey. Because consistent effort won’t help you much if you are avoiding or ignoring the past.

But there are people who are willing and able to help you.

So, if you're struggling with self-sabotage and want to learn more about overcoming it, join me on this week's podcast episode, as I’m talking about getting out of your own way and understanding the energetics of your thoughts and feelings.

Tune in, and let's break free from self-sabotage together!

Key Takeaways:

  • Intro (00:00)
  • It's good to ask questions (01:00)
  • Don't make decisions when you're angry (04:12)
  • The biggest investment you can make (05:20)
  • The power of self-reflection (10:39)
  • When you know yourself, you're never alone (14:23)
  • The harder the journey, the greater the calling (17:13)
  • Take control! (22:54)
