Rachael is a sexual healer based in Reno, Nevada.  She operates three businesses in the holistic wellness industry. Jack produced and hosted a radio show called “In a Man’s Shoes” on a public station near Baltimore from 1983 to 1989.

In 1986 and 1987, Jack was executive director of the National Congress for Men, whose motto was “preserving the promise of fatherhood.”

In 1994 St. Martin’s Press published his book Good Will Toward Men: Women Talk Candidly About the Balance of Power Between the Sexes, a collection of interviews with twenty-two women, most of whom identified as feminist, all of whom were ready, willing, able and even eager to talk not just about women’s disadvantages as women, but also their advantages, and not just about men’s advantages as men, but also their disadvantages.

After getting his Masters in Social Work in 2008, Jack started a social work consultancy called Working Well With Men whose mission was to provide “tools and training for the Social Work profession to help men give and get all the love they can.”

Jack was named 2012 Outstanding Recent Graduate of the University of Maryland School of Social Work. He gave presentations on the Social Work profession's gender bias at the National Association of Social Workers state conferences in New  Mexico (2010), North Carolina(2011) and Maryland(2015). An emblematic piece of feedback came from New Mexico: “The presentation and the presenter pissed me off, but it all made me think really hard and made me realize that I need to keep these kinds of ideas in mind.” I also presented at the First and Second (there was no Third) National Conferences on Social Work With and For Men in 2008 and 2009.

Richard Ruhling, MD, MPH is board-certified in Internal Medicine and taught Health Science at Loma Linda University. There he got life-changing insight, enabling him to develop a Total Health Seminar designed to help people make positive changes in their lifestyle.

Dr. Lester Breslow, Dean at nearby UCLA reported that 7 simple health habits are good for 30 extra years compared to people who break all the rules–an advantage that far exceeds all the advances of medical care that’s now a leading cause of illness and death due to medical error & adverse reactions.

National Geographic featured Loma Linda where Ruhling taught Health Science, in their cover story on longevity as the only ‘Blue Zone’ for health in the western hemisphere, Nov 2005  & his school was funded $40 million to discover why the community lived about 7 years longer compared to similar non-smoking groups.

This podcast covered some topics about healtnhy relationships and how to work towards making yours a successful one. How the older generation manage difficult challenges to fix the relationship versus the younger the generation. To live a happy marriage, both spouses must invest time, work, effort, willingness to compromise and so much more. This is not an easy journey, and figuring out ways to make each other happy is the right direction to take to live long and prosper together.
