| I Got Life in Federal Prison for Trafficking Marijuana | Corvain Cooper | 20 Oct 2026 | 01:32:14 | |
Corvain Cooper grew up surrounded by the drug game before finding his own way into the streets, starting with fraud before eventually becoming a major player in marijuana trafficking. What began small grew into a massive operation shipping marijuana from California across state lines, until federal authorities took it down and prosecutors tied the conspiracy to more than 35 tons of weed. Corvain was ultimately sentenced to mandatory life in federal prison, where he faced the reality that he might never come home. He shares how the operation grew, what led to his downfall, surviving a life sentence, and the fight for freedom that eventually led to President Donald Trump commuting his sentence in 2021. _____________________________________________ Thank you to GLD & AG1 for sponsoring this episode: GLD: New customers get 40% Off with code LOCKEDIN at https://www.gld.com/ _____________________________________________ AG1: Go to https://drinkag1.com/lockedin and for a limited time, get a free Immune Support Bundle, including a bottle of Omega-3 fish oil and a bottle of Vitamin D3K2, with your first subscription order of AG1 Next Gen or AG1 Pro. _____________________________________________ Connect with Corvain Cooper: Website: https://linkin.bio/40tonsbrand/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/corvaincooper/?hl=en _____________________________________________ Want to support Locked In and help us keep bringing you these stories? | I Was Framed for Murder at 14 — Then Spent 17 Years in Prison | John Bunn | 13 Oct 2026 | 02:05:24
John Bunn grew up in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and at just 14 years old was arrested for a murder he did not commit. His case was handled by NYPD Detective Louis Scarcella, whose investigative practices would later come under intense scrutiny in numerous wrongful-conviction cases. Despite Bunn and his 17-year-old co-defendant not matching the description of the shooters, both teenagers were convicted in 1992, and John was sentenced to 7 years to life. Behind bars, he taught himself to read, earned his GED at 17, and ultimately spent years fighting to prove his innocence. After being paroled in 2006, that fight continued for another 12 years until his conviction was vacated and all charges were dismissed in 2018. In 2020, New York City settled his wrongful-conviction lawsuit for $5.9 million. _____________________________________________ Thank you to CASH APP for sponsoring this episode: Download Cash App Today: https://click.cash.app/ui6m/6pao71et #cashapppod Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. Kevin "Fresh" Townsend grew up in Brooklyn with his father in prison and his mother raising him on her own. Then, at just 19 years old, he landed on America's Most Wanted for a murder he says he did not commit. After two trials, Kevin was convicted and sentenced to 20 years to life in New York state prison. Over the next two decades, he ran with the Bloods, navigated Rikers Island, and survived some of New York's toughest maximum-security prisons. | I Was a Guard Inside Georgia's Violent Prison System — I Can't Unsee What I Saw | Tyler Ryals | 24 Sep 2026 | 02:57:24
Tyler Ryals couldn't get into the military, so at 18 years old he became a correctional officer in the Georgia state prison system. He quickly worked his way up, becoming one of the youngest CERT team commanders and sergeants in the system. Over nearly 10 years, he worked inside some of Georgia's most violent maximum-security prisons and witnessed firsthand how severe staffing shortages put both officers and inmates at risk. Eventually, Tyler became a whistleblower, speaking out about just how dangerous conditions inside Georgia's prison system had become — a decision that ultimately pushed him out of the career he had built. _____________________________________________ Thank you to AG1, HUNGRYROOT & CASH APP for sponsoring this episode: AG1: For a limited time, save 20% on your first subscription order of AG1 Next Gen or AG1 Pro at https://drinkag1.com/lockedin _____________________________________________ Hungryroot: Explore my Hungryroot Digital Cookbook "THE COMMISSARY UPGRADE" at https://hungryroot.com/LOCKEDIN _____________________________________________ Cash App: Download Cash App Today: https://click.cash.app/ui6m/6pao71et #CashAppPod Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. | I Was One of Rikers Island's Youngest Captains — Here's Why I Left | James Kearney | 23 Sep 2026 | 01:46:30
James Kearney grew up in New York City as the son of a Rikers Island correctional officer. He originally wanted to become a teacher, but ultimately followed in his father's footsteps and joined the New York City Department of Correction in the late 1990s. By his third year on the job, he had become one of the youngest captains in Rikers Island history. But stepping into leadership exposed him to a side of the system he never expected — inexperienced people being placed in positions they weren't prepared for, and a culture that didn't always welcome those who challenged it. When James tried to address what he was seeing, he says he experienced the full weight of institutional retaliation. Less than a decade into his career, an injury on the job ultimately led to his medical retirement. _____________________________________________ Thank you to CASH APP, AG1, & HUNGRYROOT for sponsoring this episode: Cash App: Download Cash App Today: https://click.cash.app/ui6m/6pao71et #CashAppPod _____________________________________________ Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. | I Was a Hells Angel for 10 Years — Here's Why I Finally Walked Away | George "Joby" Walters | 22 Sep 2026 | 02:00:40
George "Joby" Walters grew up in Ohio, joined the Army, and developed a passion for mechanics and motorcycles before joining the Avengers Motorcycle Club in Alabama. After an injury pushed him away from the club, he eventually landed in Arizona, where he patched into the Hells Angels in the late 1990s and became close personal friends with the legendary Sonny Barger. Over the next decade, Joby found himself in the middle of violent conflicts with rival clubs including the Mongols and Vagos and was present at the infamous Harrah's Casino riot in Laughlin, Nevada, on April 27, 2002, when the Hells Angels and Mongols clashed in one of the most notorious biker confrontations in American history. In the aftermath, he went on the run to Mexico, eventually took a plea deal that sent him to prison, and ultimately made the decision to walk away from the Hells Angels after 10 years. Now, Joby is telling the complete story of what life inside one of the world's most notorious motorcycle clubs was really like — from brotherhood and loyalty to violence, prison, and what it took to finally leave it behind. _____________________________________________ Thank you to HUNGRYROOT, AG1 & CASH APP for sponsoring this episode: Hungryroot: Explore my Hungryroot Digital Cookbook "THE COMMISSARY UPGRADE" at https://hungryroot.com/LOCKEDIN _____________________________________________ AG1: For a limited time, save 20% on your first subscription order of AG1 Next Gen or AG1 Pro at https://drinkag1.com/lockedin _____________________________________________ Cash App: Download Cash App Today: https://click.cash.app/ui6m/6pao71et #CashAppPod Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. | I Hunted America's Biggest Drug Traffickers in the '70s — Here's What It Was Like | Lewis Rice | 17 Sep 2026 | 02:27:47
Lewis Rice spent 26 years inside the DEA, working undercover cases and helping take down some of the biggest drug traffickers in America in the 1970's, 80's & 90's. After earning his Criminal Justice degree from St. John's University, he joined the DEA and went on to coordinate major international investigations targeting violent cartels in Miami — cases that seized millions of dollars in cash and thousands of kilos of cocaine and heroin. He worked directly with infamous Harlem drug kingpin Frank Lucas after Lucas became a government cooperator, using his information to help convict major traffickers. Rice eventually rose through DEA leadership positions in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Detroit, and New York before becoming Special Agent in Charge of the DEA's flagship New York office — making him the youngest SAC in the entire agency at the time. After 26 years on the front lines of America's war on drugs, he retired in 2001. _____________________________________________ #miami #truecrimestories #cops #mafia #newyork _____________________________________________ Thank you to CASH APP for sponsoring this episode: Download Cash App Today: https://click.cash.app/ui6m/6pao71et #CashAppPod Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. Khallid Barber grew up in New York with a good family and a solid upbringing, went off to college, came home for break, got around the wrong crowd, and got involved in a club shooting he thought he got away with — until three weeks later cops showed up at his college and arrested him for attempted murder. In this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, he shares what the arrest that interrupted everything actually felt like, what facing attempted murder charges as a college student actually involved, what three years inside Rikers Island and the New York state prison system actually required of him to survive, and what figuring out the work release program that gave him a path back actually looked like for someone who had a future before one night at a club changed everything. _____________________________________________ #rikersisland #college #truecrimestories _____________________________________________ Connect with Khallid Barber: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/khallidbarber/ Book: https://khallidbarber.com/ _____________________________________________ Hosted, Executive Produced & Edited By Ian Bick: https://www.instagram.com/ian_bick/?hl=en _____________________________________________ Timestamps: 00:00 A Knock at 5 AM _____________________________________________ To advertise on the show, contact sales@advertisecast.com or visit https://advertising.libsyn.com/LockedInWithIanBicka
| I Spent 29 Years as a New York Court Officer — This Is What The Gilgo Beach Serial Killer Was Like | Brian Burke | 31 Aug 2026 | 02:03:18 | |
Brian Burke got into corrections in his early twenties, spent four years working inside the New York state prison system, and then spent twenty-nine years as a New York court officer — experiencing the full spectrum of what the American justice system looks like from the person responsible for maintaining order in the room where it all happens. In this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, he shares what four years in the New York state prison system taught him, what twenty-nine years as a court officer — the juries, the defendants, the prosecutors, the judges, and the heartbreaking and strangest moments the job produced — really looked like from the inside, and what his most significant professional experience actually involved: personally escorting Rex Heuermann — the Gilgo Beach serial killer — throughout his arrest, conviction, and sentencing, and what that specific proximity to one of the most disturbing criminal cases in recent New York history actually revealed about the person at the center of it. _____________________________________________ #officer #truecrimestories #court #newyork _____________________________________________ Thank you to CASH APP for sponsoring this episode: Download Cash App Today: https://click.cash.app/ui6m/6pao71et #CashAppPod Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. | I'm Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff's Son — Here's What Growing Up With That Name Was Really Like | Supreme McGriff Jr. | 26 Aug 2026 | 01:39:09
Supreme McGriff Jr. grew up in Queens not fully understanding who his father was until the stories, the attention, and the weight of the name Kenneth Supreme McGriff started shaping everything around him — while his mother worked to keep him away from the path that had defined his father's legacy and the federal prison sentence that followed it. In this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, he shares what finding out his father is Kenneth Supreme McGriff actually produced in him, what his upbringing in Queens really looked like with that name attached to everything, what his own trouble with scamming and his time on Rikers Island actually involved, what deciding to create an Instagram account with his father's name attached to his own actually set in motion — the celebrities who reached out, the stories with Mike Tyson, the 50 Cent beef, and the complete truth about what carrying one of the most recognized and most feared names in New York street history actually costs the son who never chose it. _____________________________________________ #TrueCrime #RikersIsland #supreme #50Cent #prisonstories _____________________________________________ Thank you to HUNGRYROOT & AG1 for sponsoring this episode: Hungryroot: Explore my Hungryroot Digital Cookbook "The Commissary Upgrade" at https://hungryroot.com/LOCKEDIN _____________________________________________ AG1: For a limited time, save 20% on your first subscription order of AG1 Next Gen or AG1 Pro at https://drinkag1.com/lockedin _____________________________________________ Connect with Supreme McGriff Jr: https://www.instagram.com/supreme_mcgriff/?hl=en _____________________________________________ Hosted, Executive Produced & Edited By Ian Bick: https://www.instagram.com/ian_bick/?hl=en _____________________________________________ Timestamps: 00:00 Growing Up In Queens _____________________________________________ To advertise on the show, contact sales@advertisecast.com or visit https://advertising.libsyn.com/LockedInWithIanBicka
| I Was NYPD's Most Decorated Detective — This Is What Real Policing Looked Like in the 70s & 80s | Ralph Friedman | 25 Aug 2026 | 02:00:47 | |
Ralph Friedman is the most decorated detective in NYPD history — with 2,000 on-duty arrests, 5,000 additional assists, and 219 awards — and in this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, he finally tells the complete truth about what policing in New York City's most dangerous precincts really looked like from the inside during the most violent and most lawless era available. Stationed at the South Bronx's notorious 41st Precinct — known as Fort Apache — he served during one of New York City's most dire periods, recording 2,000 on-duty arrests, 5,000 additional assists, and 15 shootings — four of them fatal — before a rookie in a radio patrol car T-boned his passenger door at high speed on August 1, 1983, leaving him with 23 broken bones including a pelvis broken in four places and a shattered hip that forced him into medical retirement at 34. He shares what the Bronx streets in the 70s and 80s really required of the officers working them, what criminals putting hits on him actually involved, the worst things he ever saw on the job, and what the stories from a career that produced the most decorated record in NYPD history actually sound like from the detective who lived every one of them. _____________________________________________ #NYPD #cops #truecrimestories #police _____________________________________________ Thank you to AG1 & HUNGRYROOT for sponsoring this episode: AG1: For a limited time, save 20% on your first subscription order of AG1 Next Gen or AG1 Pro at https://drinkag1.com/lockedin _____________________________________________ Hungryroot: Explore my Hungryroot Digital Cookbook "The Commissary Upgrade" at https://hungryroot.com/LOCKEDIN _____________________________________________ Connect with Ralph Friedman: https://www.bronxstreetwarrior.com/ _____________________________________________ Hosted, Executive Produced & Edited By Ian Bick: https://www.instagram.com/ian_bick/?hl=en _____________________________________________ Timestamps: 00:00 Introduction to Detective Ralph Friedman _____________________________________________ To advertise on the show, contact sales@advertisecast.com or visit https://advertising.libsyn.com/LockedInWithIanBicka

| I Gave Birth in Federal Prison — Here's What Nobody Tells You About That Experience | Tiffany Vulcain | 23 Aug 2026 | 01:25:05 | |
Tiffany Vulcain grew up neglected by her parents, cycled through group homes and juvenile detention, spent her teenage years around gang life, and hit the streets on her own after turning 18 before a credit card scheme and the wrong group of people produced a five year federal prison sentence — and had to give birth in one of the most isolating and most institutionally indifferent environments available. In this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, she shares what a childhood defined by neglect, group homes, and juvenile detention really produced before the streets found her, what the federal prison sentence that followed the credit card scheme actually looked like from the inside, and what being pregnant in federal prison and giving birth behind bars actually required of a woman who had spent her entire life fighting to survive systems that were never built to help her. _____________________________________________ #pregnancy #prison #truecrimestories #pregnant _____________________________________________ Connect with Tiffany Vulcain: https://www.instagram.com/tjvulcain/ _____________________________________________ Hosted, Executive Produced & Edited By Ian Bick: https://www.instagram.com/ian_bick/?hl=en _____________________________________________ Timestamps: 00:00 Introduction and Tiffany's Story _____________________________________________ To advertise on the show, contact sales@advertisecast.com or visit https://advertising.libsyn.com/LockedInWithIanBicka

In this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, he shares what the training for that job actually involves, what the calls that still haunt him really looked like from the dispatcher who took them, how to de-escalate a caller in crisis, how dispatchers decide what kind of help to send, what the strangest calls he has ever received actually involved, and what ten years of sitting on the other end of the most desperate phone calls available does to a person's mental health. _____________________________________________ #911dispatcher #emergencyservices #truecrimecommunity #911 _____________________________________________ Thank you to CASH APP for sponsoring this episode: Download Cash App Today: https://capl.onelink.me/vFut/ksjh06pb #CashAppPod _____________________________________________ Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. Harold Doby III grew up in Georgia with a mother who worked as a correctional officer and a father who was secretly a drug dealer — and when his father was sentenced to 19 years in prison Harold was seven years old and sports became the thing that kept everything together. He had his first child at 16, went on to play Division 1 and Division 2 college basketball, played overseas until an injury ended his career, and then fired a single shot from his licensed firearm in self defense during a bar altercation he says he was not a part of — and watched that decision produce a nearly $200,000 restitution order, 20 years of probation, and eventually a 45 year prison sentence when job loss and injuries made the restitution impossible to pay in the time the court required. _____________________________________________ #justice #selfdefense #truecrimecommunity #prisonsentence _____________________________________________ Thank you to CASH APP for sponsoring this episode: Download Cash App Today: https://capl.onelink.me/vFut/ksjh06pb #CashAppPod Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. | I Was a CIA Operative for 25 Years — Then I Got Set Up & Sent to Federal Prison | Michael Wayne | 17 Aug 2026 | 05:30:31
Michael Wayne grew up in Mississippi, attended the Naval Academy, left after his father died, built a career in business and investments while running a hedge fund for fifteen years, spent twenty-five years as a clandestine CIA contractor operating across some of the most sensitive and most dangerous missions available — and then went to Ukraine after the 2022 Russian invasion to organize humanitarian aid, evacuate women and children from combat zones, train Ukrainian soldiers, and deliver equipment to the front line before discovering widespread corruption tied to Ukraine aid that he says reached powerful US politicians. In this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, he shares what twenty-five years as a CIA contractor actually looked like from the inside, what changed after 9/11 in the intelligence world, what the Ukraine work actually involved, what the corruption he discovered actually implicated, and what the DOJ prosecution that followed his decision to push back against that corruption actually produced — including a wire fraud conviction, a federal prison sentence at FPC Montgomery, and what he believes was a deliberate government effort to make him a convicted felon before he could become a whistleblower. _____________________________________________ #TrueCrime #espionage #cia #prisonstory _____________________________________________ Thank you to CASH APP for sponsoring this episode: Download Cash App Today: https://capl.onelink.me/vFut/ksjh06pb #CashAppPod Cash App is a financial services platform, not a bank. | I Became a Shot Caller in Federal Prison — Here's What That Life Really Looks Like | Danny Walsh | 14 Aug 2026 | 03:29:02
Danny Walsh grew up in Texas with a mother consumed by addiction and a father who was never in the picture — and when he and his brother essentially raised each other as teenagers on their own the path toward trouble found them both before anyone was old enough to stop it. In this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, he shares how an early sentence in the Texas Department of Corrections led him to become a peckerwood and join one of the most notorious prison gangs in the Texas system before a federal conviction in his early 20s handed him 25 years and sent him into the most brutal maximum security federal penitentiaries in the United States. He opens up about becoming a shot caller — the power, the rules, the violence and the politics that position actually involves — what spending years in solitary confinement did to him mentally and what the PTSD that prison produced has made reacclimating into society nearly impossible in ways that the system that put him there has done almost nothing to address. _____________________________________________ #shotcaller #federalprison #truecrimestories _____________________________________________ Thank you to HIMS & FACTOR for sponsoring this episode: Hims: Visit https://hims.com/lockedin to get a personalized, affordable plan that gets you. _____________________________________________ Factor: Head to https://factormeals.com/lockedin50off and use code lockedin50off to get 50 percent off and 1 free breakfast item per box for 1 year, while supplies last until! _____________________________________________ Hosted, Executive Produced & Edited By Ian Bick: https://www.instagram.com/ian_bick/?hl=en _____________________________________________ Timestamps: 00:00 Growing up in a rough Houston neighborhood 04:08 Early drinking and harmful experiences 06:06 Normalizing poverty and abuse 06:55 Time in isolation and breaking down demons 08:15 Fighting to stay un-institutionalized 09:59 The dangers of accepting prison as home 10:40 A bus station lesson in institutionalization 11:40 Refusing to accept a prisoner's life 12:52 Youthful dreams of the military and football 13:48 Arrested and learning the code 15:15 Brother's tough lessons on loyalty 16:32 Drug use and the cycle of incarceration 17:42 Facing federal charges and refusing to snitch 19:43 The deal is a lie: 25-year sentence 22:20 Betrayed by a lawyer and becoming hardened 24:39 Why the excessive sentence? 25:45 Rejecting the state's offer on principle 28:01 Adapting from state to federal politics 29:49 TDC initiation: riots and lockdown 34:05 Surviving lockdown and a cell fire 36:15 Joining a Texas prison gang 38:08 Your gang arrives in the feds 39:37 Taking control and building respect 41:07 The lie of gang philosophy 44:32 The failure of the prison system 46:40 Fighting for resentencing and 11 years over time 48:42 Release: 23 years later and a new world 52:35 Initial struggles with a changed society 54:55 Getting a job and building a new life 58:02 Fired by the state for tattoos 01:00:49 The struggle for identity and self-love 01:02:55 Jail habits that persist 01:04:24 Why not join another white gang? 01:05:43 Misconceptions about white inmates 01:08:12 A fight for respect over a TV 01:13:40 Relationships with other races and gangs 01:18:00 Prison economy and cross-racial business 01:20:18 How did you become a shot caller? 01:23:56 Dispensing justice and avoiding trouble 01:27:10 Sex cases and the white racial code 01:30:40 The meaning behind prison tattoos 01:34:38 Regretting gang involvement and ink 01:36:43 The origins of the Woods and Texas gangs 01:40:22 Are all white guys 'peckerwoods'? 01:41:06 Why did you stay in the gang in the feds? 01:42:08 Treachery within your own ranks 01:45:39 Can the BOP eliminate gangs? 01:49:10 Why the feds keep you divided 01:55:20 The burden of being a shot caller 01:59:40 Becoming an animal and losing yourself 02:02:50 The mental toll and nightmares of prison 02:05:28 Learning to keep your word and integrity 02:08:48 Feeling compelled to violence 02:11:10 Coping with the trauma of solitary 02:14:24 The need for prison reform and support 02:18:15 Released with no help or programs 02:23:52 Job struggles and endless punishment 02:29:36 The ongoing stigma of a felony 02:32:26 Corrupt guards and a lack of control 02:36:10 The chaos of maximum-security life 02:39:20 Debunking the 'sit to pee' myth 02:43:04 You were left alone and the system failed you 02:45:40 Learning to navigate prison safely 02:48:00 Proving yourself and survival instincts 02:50:07 Good guys in bad gangs 02:53:35 A close call with a conspiracy to kill you 03:00:52 Saved from a plot and changing your ways 03:03:39 Why are you here and how did you survive? 03:04:48 The struggle to find a job after power 03:06:48 Women and bad company send men back 03:08:23 Finding peace in a wine bar 03:10:12 Learning to love yourself and move on 03:12:42 Cherishing freedom and family 03:16:32 Advice to your younger self _____________________________________________ To advertise on the show, contact sales@advertisecast.com or visit https://advertising.libsyn.com/LockedInWithIanBicka
| I Killed Someone in Self Defense — Then Spent 10 Years in Prison Proving It | Erico Montalvo | 12 Aug 2026 | 02:18:47 | |
Erico Montalvo grew up in Rhode Island without a father in the picture and a mother too consumed by the streets to be present — and by the time the system found him he had already cycled through juvenile detention multiple times and built an identity that the streets had shaped long before he was old enough to understand where that path was going. In this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, he shares what happened just days after he turned 18 — an accidental altercation with a veteran that turned into a self-defense situation that ended in the veteran's death — and what being charged with murder instead of recognized as a victim of circumstance actually produced over the ten years he spent fighting his case from inside a Rhode Island county jail before finally taking a manslaughter plea deal and accepting a 13 year sentence. _____________________________________________ #prison #selfdefense #truecrimestories _____________________________________________ Thank you to FACTOR & HIMS for sponsoring this episode: Factor: Head to https://factormeals.com/lockedin50off and use code lockedin50off to get 50 percent off and 1 free breakfast item per box for 1 year, while supplies last until! _____________________________________________ Hims: Visit https://hims.com/lockedin to get a personalized, affordable plan that gets you. _____________________________________________ Connect with Erico Montalvo: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@RicoStillMadeit Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ricostillmadeit/ Website: https://linktr.ee/Ricostillmadeit _____________________________________________ Hosted, Executive Produced & Edited By Ian Bick: https://www.instagram.com/ian_bick/?hl=en _____________________________________________ Timestamps: 00:00 Guest Introduction 00:22 Early Life in Providence 02:00 Mother's Mental Health & Upbringing 03:13 Father's Deportation 05:00 Feeling Like an Outsider as a Kid 07:36 First Wrong Turns & Finding Identity 10:31 Gang Culture in Providence 16:00 Homelessness & Juvenile Detention 19:27 Getting His GED in Juvenile 21:00 Sponsor Segment: Factor Meals 23:07 Turning 18 & a Spiritual Warning 28:00 Close Calls on the Streets 30:40 The Night of the Incident 37:22 Fight, Stabbing, and Escape 43:03 Learning the Victim Died 43:50 Realizing the Victim Was a Veteran 47:00 Hiding Out and Seeking Help 50:03 Getting Arrested 52:54 Interrogation & Initially Charged with Murder 01:00:00 First Lawyer & a Broken System 01:05:59 Meeting Dawn Huntley, a New Lawyer 01:09:32 Adapting to Prison Life 01:13:00 Finding Faith in Prison 01:21:00 Starting to Turn His Life Around 01:30:00 Facing a 60-Year Offer 01:37:00 COVID Stalls the Case 01:41:00 Considering Trial 01:49:00 A Shocking Plea Deal: 25 Years with 3 to Serve 01:55:50 Walking Through the Sentence 02:03:11 Release and Adjusting to Freedom 02:08:00 Finding Purpose and New Community 02:14:20 No Regrets and a Mission _____________________________________________ To advertise on the show, contact sales@advertisecast.com or visit https://advertising.libsyn.com/LockedInWithIanBicka
