Ken and Gary interview director Chris Schwab about his fresh, contemporary take on the Dracula mythos for his new film, Dracula: The Night Around Us, before its UK premiere at Frightfest on SUNDAY, 30th August!

We don't normally release anything so close together but we wanted to get this out in good time for the festival.

This week, the Deadkidometer explodes as we discuss demons and the role of the church in two fantastic, brutal and modern takes on the concept of demonic possession with REC (2007) and When Evil Lurks (2023) - with director Demian Rugna!

Plus - Ken tells us his thoughts on Evil Dead Burn and gives it his best in Guess the Tagline (play along!) and we read out your comments and feedback.

There are no cats in these films but the episode is gatecrashed by Gary's late cat so listen out for Eddie in his final performance before he crossed the rainbow bridge.
