Why Things Aren’t Fully Manifesting - Embodiment Is Missing

This is a love note. A love note to going all the way. Yes, your crown has been bought and paid for (so put it on your head and wear it), but the jewels in your crown aren’t ALL activated if you haven’t gone ALL the way. What is going all the way? It’s realizing what the signs (repeating numbers, song lyrics that get stuck in your head, finding feathers, meeting people with the same birthday as you etc.), are guiding you to either let go of, move forward with OR embody. Embodiment is the missing piece. The hardest one to implement. The hardest one to pick up on. It’s subtle and takes great awareness - and commitment to actively embody your gratitude! To actively embody your joy! Until you reach those upper echelons of frequencies - love is 500, joy is 540, peace is 600, and whatever else you are guided to embody - patience, gratitude, kindness, confidence etc. your desires - and what the universe has previewed to you is possible, won’t fully manifest (because everything you want manifests at 500 and above!). Remember, what you want already exists. You just aren’t at the frequency of it yet - you have not become a match for that which you desire. Embodiment is that missing piece as even some of the best healers, painters, singers etc. have such healing gifts for humanity, but can’t get it out there in a bigger, more impactful way because they haven’t gone all the way. The crown is there, but not lit up. Keep going. I believe in you! Joy may seem elusive (especially in these last two years), but it is our natural state. Yes, love, joy, health and abundance are our natural state. Anything outside of that shows where we are out of alignment. The biggest veils with joy come from forgetting we can ask for help (from the unseen in the form of our angels & guides), to not take things at face value (see them from a higher perspective), and to re-remember that the Universe wants us here, is sooooo extremely abundant, is benevolent not malevolent, and that everything we want is downstream. Yes, everything :). Feeling super charged! PEMF Therapy and Body Tempering

Sound Therapy: 2 Different Modalities and Their Benefits

Targeted Sound Therapy is when your body is muscle tested to figure out which emotion it is ready to release. Frequency of Brilliance, which Christine Day brought forward in 2000, is channeled sound healing from the Pleiadians. I’ve experienced both of these so I’m sharing what happened and what to expect during a session. I used Frequency of Brilliance to heal a heaviness I needed released from my left thigh and muscles (and I had some sessions done for my dog as well!) Targeted Sound Therapy is great for releasing a specific emotion such as grief, fear or even anxiety or an irritation with a certain situation or person we just can’t seem to shake. Is your “highway” blocked? Discussing Fascia & the Connection to Migraines, Anxiety and More

Fascia is the “highway” that our lymph, nerves and blood vessels use to migrate through the body. Yes! All 3 systems use fascia! However, many things can create a block or restriction in this “highway” such as stress, toxins, a sports injury, quick movements like a car accident or any time we cut open the body from a paper cut to knee surgery to a c-section. While the body can “re-route” fascia so the blood vessels, lymph and nerves can move uninhibited, sometimes, it can’t. This can cause pain, anxiety, food intolerances, migraines, endometriosis (yes, migraines and endometriosis can be twisted fascia!), and more. Did you know fascia covers *every* muscle and organ in the body? Our organs actually hang in a “hammock of fascia” since there are no bones for them to sit on. Our lymph system also uses this highway - fascia, to usher out toxins, viruses and bacteria, but if this highway is blocked or restricted, then this can lower immunity (ie we can get sick more often), because toxins can’t properly leave the body. Lastly, Dr. Jen also shares some excellent self-care tips to unwind fascia, help get lymph flowing, and how to know if your lymph needs some TLC (hint: if you can see a ring around your legs at the end of the day from a pair of socks, then your lymph may need some help — or it could be fascia! :). In this episode I share how I learned about the detox pathways (and that they must be cleansed in a specific order), and what happened when I did each cleanse. While this episode is long, cleansing the detox pathways - colon, kidney, liver and lymph, is very simple. It’s taking a certain amount of herbs, for a specific amount of days and all the while you get to eat and do whatever you want! Cleansing these detox pathways does not involve a juice cleanse or mean you don’t get to eat.
