Lifetimes of Listening seeks out and examines musical memories from people of all walks of life by conducting focused one-on-one interviews. The podcast is a conversation between hosts Dan and Brian and guests whose experience provides insight into how the collected stories reflect why music becomes central to so many people’s lives. Dan Kruse is a documentarian, percussionist, and an ethnomusicologist. Brian Moon is a choral conductor, guitarist, and musicologist. Between them, they have decades of experience working with people of all ages to help understand and value the many connections that people have to music.
