Today, as CEO of Farmacon, Sara leads an organization that acts as a strategic partner for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Rather than operating as a traditional CRO, Farmacon provides modular clinical development and operational support, helping organizations solve complex challenges in patient recruitment, clinical trial operations, and market expansion.
