Chad Stears is a Baton Rouge native and also went to LSU. Chad has been a D1 umpire for 20 years and counting. He talks about becoming an ump and the process of you have to go through to be an ump. He tells his story of when the parrot landed on his shoulder during a game. He is what some of know him as the guy behind the Diamond Legacy Events. He holds one of if not the biggest tournament for the younger age groups in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He talks about why he gets the umps he gets to call his tournaments also. KC is the founder of Impact Gold in Texas and he also coaches IG 18u/16u Jackson. He has over 400 girls make it to college on softball scholarships and has coached 50+ NCAA All-Americans. In this episode KC gives his insights on daddy ball which is nothing I’ve ever heard. He talks about the difference of softball from when he started to now and the process of becoming part of the IG organization. He gives great advice to all the smaller organizations that has sights on becoming like Impact Gold. This episode is epic in my eyes so hope y’all enjoy!

Happy Anniversary! In this episode we have Rodney Williams who is from Flatonia, Tx and went to college at St. Mary’s and played baseball there for 4 years. He went on to have a very extensive coaching career at multiple high schools such as Clemens and Judson. He is now a Bombers 16u gold academy coach. He talks about his coaching style and he’s been able to be successful for his entire coaching career.

Chloe who is a senior at Midwestern St University started her career playing at a JUCO. She gives great insight on her life and how she balance out her academics and making sure she's still able to preform on the field. She talks about how once you get to college how you have to manage your schedule. She also talks about how she wishes she would of lifted more going from high school to college. She grew up in Pleasanton, Tx and started playing softball by seeing a sign for tryouts and look at her journey now. hope ya'll enjoy.

Selena is now the Head coach at Pace Academy (private school) and the Atlanta Vipers 10U team. While playing at A&M she was a 4yr starter, captain of the team, A&M Female Athlete of the Year, All-American honors, Big 12 Conference POY, Big 12 First team All-Conference (4yrs) and finished her college softball career as the Texas A&M all-time leader in RBI's and home runs. While playing at A&M she also played for the USA National team. After she had a professional career with two different NPF teams, as she was selected to the All-star team each year. Had a few coaching jobs as Head coach at Trinity University and Assistant coach at Sam Houston St. She was later inducted into the Texas A&M Athletic Hall of Fame.
