Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group31 Oct 202200:11:24

UPDATE: We are now beginning 17th November.

Jasmine introduces us to Kintsugi Hope and their Wellbeing Groups, which we plan to starting THIS Thursday, 3rd November starting at 1:00pm at the University of Surrey. 

A Kintsugi Hope Student Wellbeing Group is a safe space for students to gather together in a small group setting to have open and honest conversations around mental and emotional wellbeing through a facilitated peer mentoring style. Learn more at https://kintsugihope.com/

A six-week course to learn tools to improve mental well-being. Come and discuss topics such as Honesty - Anxiety - Depression - Perfectionism - Shame - Anger - Forgiveness in an informal and relaxed setting. It is facilitated by two of our trained volunteers in facilitating these conversations.

The Philip Project is an interactive course for Christian international students and professionals to develop skills in understanding, applying, and teaching from the Bible. The skills learnt on the course can be used in a variety of contexts depending on each student's situation and gifting.
