In this episode, I dive into the concept of arrogance using the context of Gene Key 31. You don't need to know what Gene Keys are to glean the wisdom from this tool for clarity and contemplation.

Anja Naundorf-Adu is a white german mother co-parenting her mixed-race child in a majority white environment. Aside from working a corporate job and making a home for herself and her kid, she is stumbling through the shadows of internalized racism and white supremacy in order to make her family and community a bit more safe in regard to racial discrimination. Anja believes, the foundation of any tangible societal change lies within white peoples' individual and communal work of dismantling their very own internalized ideas of racial superiority and whiteness. She leans into a strong vision of the liberation of all human beings, rooted in Audre Lourde's “I am not free while any woman is unfree, even when her shackles are very different from my own.”

ABOUT JACQUE BOONE

Jacque Boon is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner, light-worker, patient advocate, wife and mother of 4.  She has an insatiable curiosity about the human condition and is a self-described “collector of certifications”.  She holds many titles including Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master and Holistic Pelvic Care™️ Practitioner, Certified Lactation Specialist, and magical healer of boo-boos (her kids gave her that last one).  After working in healthcare for nearly 15 years, and overcoming her own health challenges, she realized that there was something missing from conventional medicine and she set out to change that.
