Last year I found myself repeating some habits that I wasn't super happy with.
When I started listening to my body closer, I realized even though I loved it, coffee was not serving me.

I began to take a closer look at how coffee was affecting not just my body, but many of the other habits that followed coffee. 

One of the things that helped me finally step away from coffee was introducing a replacement. It was amazing to see how shifting that one thing helped me stop the other bad habits without even having to try.
