Key is to turn things away as with every challenge and situation there are opportunities – opportunities to take the volatility and create vision, the uncertainty and build understand, to develop clarity from the complexity and agility from the ambiguity. This is where the Leading in a Mosaic World podcast comes to play. Mosaic in recognition of a world which is diverse in every sense of the word, a diverse world in which it’s of crucial important to leverage the value and contributions that everyone has to make – because different people hold different pieces to the jigsaw puzzle.
