| How to Align Success with True Purpose – The First Step to Feeling Fulfilled with Dr. Robin | Ep 218 | 12 Mar 2025 | 00:14:45 | |
This week’s “How She Finds Purpose” insight comes from my own journey - “After I made the decision to start moving toward alignment with my authentic self, the world felt brighter, felt lighter. I felt energized because for the first time, I was moving towards something that reflected who I really was. And even though I didn't know exactly what the future looked like and had hope, and I felt excited about what was next, even though I didn't have it all figured out. That's what alignment feels like. It doesn't require certainty, and it brings peace.” In this episode, I wrap up my special three-part series for high-achieving women leaders who are starting to realize that success alone isn’t enough. In part one, I shared the story of the moment I knew I wanted my work to make a difference. In part two, I talked about the hidden cost of staying out of alignment with your authentic self. And now, in part three, I’m answering the question: How do I even start aligning my success with my true purpose? Here are 3 reasons why you should listen to this episode:
Here is the link to register for my free live online workshop on March 18. I would love to see you there and support you on your journey to your true purpose!

| My Journey to True Purpose with Dr. Robin | Ep 209 | 08 Jan 2025 | 00:14:04 | |
This week’s How She Finds Purpose insight comes from a belief I hold close: “True purpose isn't about a specific job, a specific title, or career. It's not something you find out there. Purpose is about being true to your authentic self. It's about knowing who you are at your core and expressing that truth through the decisions you make, the work you do, and the life you live." In this solo episode, I share a personal story about how witnessing my mother’s unfulfilled dreams shaped a lifelong promise to pursue work that aligns with purpose. That restless search for meaning—so familiar to many high-achieving women—led to a liberating realization. Purpose isn’t tied to a job title or career path. Instead, it comes from staying true to who we are at our core. Here are 3 reasons to tune in:
If there’s been a nagging feeling that something is missing—or a quiet sense that you’re meant for more—this episode offers encouragement and clarity for taking the next small step toward living in alignment with your authentic self. I’d love to hear your thoughts and reflections on this episode! Connect with me over on LinkedIn or at the links below. | How to Let Go and Start New with Dr. Robin | Ep 208 | 01 Jan 2025 | 00:12:47 | |
This week’s “How She Finds Purpose” insight comes from myself, Dr. Robin. I say: "When we release what's no longer working, we create space for new opportunities. And that's the only way it happens. So when we release what's no longer working, we create space for new opportunities, new ways of thinking, being, and living. Ways that are in alignment with our authentic selves." In this solo episode, I reflect on the significance of New Year’s Day—not just as the start of the calendar year, but as a meaningful moment for personal growth and transformation. I share a heartfelt memory of my family’s New Year’s traditions and dive into how we can use this time to release what no longer serves us, align with our authentic selves, and create space for new opportunities.
