It all started in 2018 when we met at work in a global professional coaching body. The Leader as Coach podcast is hosted by Nicola Boyle and Victoria Leath, two friends, work colleagues, trainers, partners in crime, and two 'Jack of all trades’.

The podcast features captivating conversations between two dynamic hosts who delve into a myriad of topics, from the profound to the whimsical. Each episode is a journey filled with insightful discussions, witty banter, and thought-provoking insights.

The careers of the hosts started early, and both became Directors at 24. Their podcast aims to provide unfiltered, courageous conversations, tales, and untold stories designed to help develop a growth mindset, thought leadership, and professional development. As well as uncovering and discussing some of life's mysteries, work challenges, and rollercoaster rides we journey in life.
