Law + Leadership – Details, episodes & analysis

Not a lot of lawyers would describe themselves as leaders, even though I think this features prominently in our work — especially my line of work in labour and employment. I'm Peter Vlaar, an employment lawyer and the founder of In Good Counsel. I've perceived a gap in honest conversation between lawyers, HR professionals and business leaders around what it means to be a leader in the workplace. Law + Leadership is seeking to remedy that by creating conversations that encourage workplace leaders to lead better, in both our professional and personal lives.
