"Imposter Syndrome " What are some times you felt this?! Have you ever?! 

This episode Melissa and I talk about the definition and times we have felt this in the work place, School, even starting a business. Most times this stems from our own insecurities, but why!? Imposter Syndrome is common with women, and especially WOC, POC. This was a very fun topic! 

We of course digress, it wouldn't be ladylikeish without going off topic! We go into some times that maybe people around us teased us or made us feel like we weren't who we ARE!  Because of the way we look. There is no one way a person should look. We need to stop putting one identity on Latina WOMEN! Anyway we had fun like always! hope y'all enjoy!

Welcome back y'all! In this episode I talk to Mr. Tony Green! I met Tony a few years ago and he is just such a fun, person all around! We talk a bit about Tonys show "Hello I'm Tony Green" and new upcoming projects to look out for! Tony is born and raised in Fort Worth, so it's only right he gives us his favorite spots in Fort Worth.  We talk MERCH,  food, coffee and even get a little into politics. Most importantly we enjoyed catching up and talking to each other about doing what we love.  Tony is very inspirational and really is what LadyLike_ish is about!   The first part of the episode is just me (shelly)  updating our listeners and followers on our projects for this year.  I have a lot of plans for LadyLike-ish and other personal things.   I (shelly, always assume its shelly lol) also update you on Penelope how we have been keeping busy during the pandemic to avoid her getting back into depression mode.  

The second majority of the episode I have a special guest host, the love of my life :) Oscar! He joins me today and we talk about being new parents, our sleep schedule and how our precious Clementine has grown..... We also talk about our goals as a couple, what we want in the long run and what we are going to do to reach these goals.

In this episode Melissa talks us through a little bit of her routine when it comes to food.  Either way diet or no, don't be so hard on yourself. Take it little by little.  Food is a huge part of our life, we also share Shellys food routine, and her oldest daughter Penelope, (Our Special Guest)!  We vow to eat better, not for our "BODIES" but our body. TO feel healthier!
