So when middle-aged telephone company secretary, Ruth Finley, received a strange phone call on a night when she was alone in her home, police were convinced she would be BTK’s next victim.  It was just the beginning of a long campaign of terror that Ruth would endure.

In the fall of 1989, 10 year old Amy Mihalijevic went missing after getting a call from an unknown man on the family phone. Her bike was at school, but she never came home. Though a national search was launched to bring Amy home, her case remains unsolved 34 years later.
