This week we share the Chaos table with Monica Garcia, a long-time friend of Gaby's and also Founder of a non-profit called The Love Yourself Foundation.  Monica created this foundation for many reasons that she shares with us but ultimately its creation is aimed at connecting self-love of an individual to the healing Community and the Environmental healing of the planet.  This foundation began through reaching out to individuals online & then branched out to in person events through Art & Music, meditation, open mic nights,  and for those working in the hospitality world in Las Vegas area.  Now the foundations reach has grown & expanding to create I AM Love which is the next chapter for this non-profits future outreach program.  We find out why this soon to be launched Telehealth based service is personally connected to Monica and how it was inspired by someone very close to her. Of course we chat about music and healing, taking care of yourself, Hertz & vibrations, sound bowl healing, yoga, mental health, self-love, finding Gratitude, leaning on Community, tips to give yourself some self-love, Reiki, tips on what to do for a friend who may be struggling and so much more...we unpack it all!  Then our round table question!  Join us, sit down, relax, and tune into this conversation with us at the Chaos table!  

More about Monica Garcia - 

Mónica García founded a non-profit called the Love Yourself Foundation in 2018. The mission of this organization is aimed at connecting self-love of an individual to the healing of the community, and the environmental healing of the planet. Mónica received her undergraduate education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in Sociology and Environmental Studies, and has her ICF Accredited Holistic Career and Life Coaching certification from the Institute for Career Coaching. Mónica is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and will be receiving her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate in the summer of 2025.

Meet Your Actor Series - The Jane Aquino

This week Jozlyn, Lloyd and Gaby have the pleasure to chat with Jane Aquino.  You might recognize Jane from a previous episode, because she has joined us before as a Special Guest Co-host!  Although, this time, Jane is in the chaos seat!  We get to hear how Jane found and got started in voiceover, her journey in life, more about her family - especially her children, and how being a first-generation Filipina American from Union City, CA has had an influence on Jane's relatable and uniquely effective quality to her voice.  Jane discovered voice over in 2020 and has worked across a variety of projects, including commercials, eLearning, corporate narrations, explainers and phone systems.  A few of her distinguished clients she has worked with are Caesar's Entertainment, Park MGM, Hilton and Bank of America. 
Jane is known for her collaborative spirit, adaptability, and professionalism.  When not in the booth, she is with her two mini-schnauzers, catching up with her two entrepreneurial & creative sons', or spending time with her husband watching movies, kayaking or boating on the lake or listening to house music with friends.
