What's your love language?
jeudi 27 juillet 2023 • Duration 38:50
Love languages is a topic I for one am very intrigued by! In this episode I take the infamous love languages test to rank the 5 love languages; physical touch, acts of service, quality time, words of affirmation and gift-giving. I then breakdown what this means for me in my life. I recommend taking the quiz yourself!

A girly chat - body image, periods and more.
jeudi 6 mai 2021 • Duration 45:05
I want this episode to have a sort of 'big sister' feel to it. I know not everyone has an older woman in their life to help them with these things or maybe they do and don't feel comfortable talking to them about these things. I talk about body image, shaving, periods and most importantly; loving yourself just as you are. I hope this is helpful and feel free to message me with any questions.
Personal safety and sexual harassment.
jeudi 29 avril 2021 • Duration 43:50
It's been a short amount of time since the murder of Sarah Everard which sparked a movement across the UK with people sharing stories and opening up about their own experiences. Most women and a large amount of men have been victims of sexual harassment to some degree. We need to keep talking about this. In this episode I discuss this topic and I also think about the hope that there is for the future. If you are feeling afraid or more so than before as a result of recent events then I hope this episode will be helpful and a comfort to you.

Growing your self-confidence.
jeudi 22 avril 2021 • Duration 43:31
It's not easy to accept ourselves as we are but I hope this episode is encouraging and helpful for you on your journey of growing your confidence. Confidence is key for anything in life. Let's learn how to grow our confidence together and as a result we will embrace life and ourselves better. I also talk about body image and how we will never become more confident if we find our confidence in our appearance rather than from within ourselves and changing our mindset. There's only one you so don't let others take away from your joy and uniqueness.
Black Lives still Matter with Nommy Mlalazi.
jeudi 15 avril 2021 • Duration 01:11:26
This is a guest episode where Nommy Mlalazi and I discuss the issue of racism and think about the Black Lives Matter movement that became prominent in May 2020 following the death of George Floyd. So much change has come as a result of this movement but there is still a long way to go. Nommy was a speaker at the St Albans Black Lives Matter Protest in June 2020 and in this episode she speaks about her experience growing up in a predominantly white area and how she and others she knows have been affected by racism. She shares her thoughts on different issues linked to race and offers valuable insight on how we can further educate ourselves and how we can strive to be actively anti-racist as individuals and as a society.
