Trust Your Tiredness Sometimes we feel tired because we are just tired, but sometimes our tiredness is a gift that is literally allowing us to take our hands off the wheel so that life can work on our behalf. In a dying culture that once proclaimed tiredness as something you just need to push through, this concept is dying as tiredness often comes as an ally for us to step back from what we think we should be doing, and allow true magic to begin flowing. There is so much we are relearning about what it is to be human, and spiritual. There is no shame in being tired and unable to ‘be productive’ for multiple days in a row. It is only when we brand it as shameful that we fight against its medicine. Even in energy healing communities, we often say that vitality and life force are an indication that you are on the right track. The problem with this is that we negate how quickly we are evolving, and that we are needing to make decisions faster than ever that match our evolution. We can only make these decisions based on the knowledge of who we are now. But in two days you might receive a massive upgrade in your DNA and want to be aligned to something different. In this case we need the Quantum to help us realign past decisions to the upgraded version of us, and for that to be done, we need to step back and allow life to work on our behalf, which is why sometimes you will be extremely tired because the quantum is trying to get you to step all the way back so space can be created for things in your highest alignment to come through. More in this episode, along with how we can be open to more magic when we feel we have made an average or not so great decision that no longer aligns with us.
