Socials and the Fandom:
Happy anniversary Jurassic Park 3. Over at Jurassic-pedia.com we’ve been celebrating the films release 23 years ago with some behind the scenes goodness, and Rodolfo Demaggio recently posted up some new never before seen concept art from jp3 as well.
-the main one for this month, camp Cretaceous Chaos effect is being released may 24th on Netflix.
Main points to discuss, set 6 years after cc season 5 and just before dominion.
-Unsure if all six characters will appear.
-atrociraptors seem to play a large role as someone in “hunting” the Nublar six. Hopefully we get more back story on them and thier names are used. It was all over the marketing yet never mentioned in the film
Most of the new toy reveals this month have been chaos theory double packs. They look good but I have no interest in them. Chaos theory season 2 should be out by November
We received a email last month from prime 1, our Trex cliff attack diorama has been delayed. I’ve done some digging and apparently it should be ready first quarter next year. So some more time to save to have it shipped.
Game News
New Jurassic park survival IGN Details.
Screen caps of the mr dna theatre, and bunker seen in fallen kingdom.
Filming a wrapped in Thailand, we’ve seen a lot of photos of infrastructure that could be serving the film or being in it.
Filming now moving to Malta, where massive water tanks and a huge blue screen have been set up to seemingly film a lot of underwater scenes.
There was a dinosaur list posted online, and the mosasaur is back, along with a few other aquatic animals, it seems like there’s going to be a lot of this film take place on or under water.
And lastly there’s been a reveal of the movies sort of plot. “Three adults and three kids get stuck on THE ISLAND” this dosent tell us a lot, but I think a lot in the fandom are running with the idea we are returning to Nublar or sorna.
Personally I think “the island” is the name of a facility or location and not one of the islands. I just hope we aren’t bringing in the five deaths into this like evolution did.
Scar joe, Gareth, everyone’s saying how Jurassic park is a great film and they love it, no one’s saying the lost world or Jp3, so I doubt sorna will be anywhere near this film.
Also can we stop praising David keopps for writing it as the second coming. The man didn’t stop working after the lost world, he wrote last years Indy 5 and some other questionable films as well. Yes he had some great dialogue in the Jurassic films but he was also responsible or writing some bad stuff as well.
For the last two films by this time of production there’s been a more detailed plot leak, while fallen kingdoms changed slightly, dominions was exactly what happened.

So that’s it for the news, Jurassic June is here, it will be interesting to see if universal confirms any movie News other then the release date.
But the new movie is about to start filming, I’m sure there’s going to be set leaks. We will use some discretion with what we see vs what we talk about, but a exciting time ahead.

As for the movie, not real news for April. A lot of casting rumours, scar Joe apparently confirmed, two side sister characters and a older boyfriend said to be visiting the island. All rumors and not really a lot to discuss until fore stuff is confirmed, and that should start happening in July when the movie starts filming.
Lastly it’s also rumored filming will take place in Malta and Thailand. More Dino black market stuff? Thailand stepping in for Costa Rica?
