Break-ups are the best things that can happen to you. Break up means breaking up old habits, patterns, conditionings to go up for an upgrade as a human.
In this episode I share how a break-up sent me on a healing journey that gifted me with the highest upgrade a human can ever have.
It may not sound so motivating when you're going through a break up, divorce, or separation but when you come out on the other side and you reflect back you'll realize that it was the best thing that happened to you making you want to thank the person with love and gratitude for the most wonderful gift, break-up.
As for every upgrade you pay a price, whether it's an upgrade of an airplane seat, an upgrade of your mobile device you pay a price for this upgrade of a human life and that price is Pain.
If you look back in your life at everything you've achieved you'll see that you paid the price through pain, the biggest teacher for everyone rich or poor, human or animal.
I paid my price and in return what I got was the best upgrade a human can ever need - the journey within, the journey to the Self.
To break out of my break up I resumed studying the most ancient wisdom about mind, body, and Self and practicing the meditation of Self-realized masters. Something I grew up with but lost touch in chasing name, fame, and money.
After 3.5 years of my healing journey I decided to share these time tested & proven tools with the world hoping it will help a lot of people go through their break up with more ease and grace.
