Let’s go here first. I’m not saying to download the app.

I am only saying…it’s a fresh - very much so still in the EARLY ADOPTER PHASE.

When a platform feels unstable, creators don’t wait for proof.They move on a feeling. And that feeling is, “I’m tired of building on land I don’t control.”

UpScrolled already had the right positioning for that moment: “impartial,” “no shadowbans,” “fair chance to be seen.”

So it matched the emotional demand instantly.

That’s why any “new” app can jump fast.Not because it’s better. Because it represents relief.

So there were about 41,000 downloads between Thursday and Saturday (Jan 22–24, 2026), which TechCrunch says is nearly one-third of its lifetime installs. The app's no-shadowban, anti-algorithm pitch resonated, causing servers to crash from overload.

The app was experience slow growth…it’s like a mixture of Instagram and Tiktok all in one. But I want to be clear, switching apps is not a strategy.

It’s a reaction. This is why you have to have the RIGHT intention.

If your income depends on one algorithm, you are always one update away from panic.

Focus more on global reach and leading people to one major place that drives people through a funneled flow of your sacred knowledge…

Pick ONE place you own. Newsletter. Email list. Community. Even a simple website.

Then use every platform as a traffic source, not a home.

If UpScrolled is the wave, cool. Ride it.

But don’t build your whole house on it.

On Bluesky, UpScrolled posted: "You showed up so fast our servers tapped out," acknowledging the overload while assuring users they're "scaling on keep up."

But I love how they’ve rolled their sleeves up and got right to work over the influx.

It’s lowkey attractive…lmao!

(This is not saying I want them…like goodness, I’m talking about the PRINCIPLE.)

The CODE method is a four-step workflow for turning what you consume into usable ideas inside your second brain:

Capture, Organize, Distill, Express.

* Capture means quickly saving ideas, quotes, links, and notes that resonate with you so they are not lost.

* Organize is about putting those captured notes where you’ll see them again in the context of projects, areas, or actions, not by abstract topics alone.

* Distill means summarizing notes down to their essence so you can grasp the core insight at a glance later.

* Techniques like highlighting, bolding, and short summaries at the top of a note help surface the most important 10–20% of information…!

How to start building your “2nd Brain”?? By capturing only the information that’s closest to your current goals and problems, not everything you see.

There is a big difference between intuition and just recognizing patterns on a screen. AI can see the past, but only you have the foresight to see what hasn't even happened yet.

Pattern Recognition…What it is:

The cognitive ability to detect recurring signals, structures, or relationships based on prior exposure, data, or experience.

How it works:

* Built through repetition and evidence

* Relies on memory, comparison, and learned frameworks

* Often explainable after the fact

Intuition…What it is:

A rapid, embodied judgment that integrates emotion, context, subconscious processing, and lived experience, often without conscious reasoning.

How it works:

* Operates below conscious awareness

* Synthesizes incomplete or ambiguous information

* Often felt as a “knowing” before logic appears

.Pattern recognition is what you learn by seeing the same things happen again and again. Your brain remembers these lessons.

Intuition is what your body feels from past experiences, even before your brain explains it. It’s time to get your psychology together and stop fearing the evolution of your own species.

The mistake most creators make is not leaning in to the work and just getting it down. Drilling down that content and creating a system around is KEY.

Use the 90/10 Rule: 90% of your splintered content should provide standalone value, while 10% (the "Bridge" content) pushes to the paid resource.

Now, when you add up the lifetime cost of:

Now, I’m not saying that you cannot have the life you want.

But it will COST YOU.

It’s about the fact that the old formula isn’t financially sustainable anymore:

* Go to school

* Get a stable job

* Buy a home

* Raise kids

* Retire at 65

That model was built on a different economy:

* Slower inflation

* Cheaper housing

* Lifetime employment

* Strong pensions

* One income covering a household

You will need to think about how the American values relationships and balance. Are they interested in the model of the marriage? Or the well-being of those in the marriage? This is why you need to think about your own cost of living and how you must live going forward.

If you’re going to be in America, you’ll have to learn how to be here.

but if you don’t pair that with development: clear systems, repeatable processes, brand infrastructure, your freedom eats itself.

you end up working harder for yourself than you ever did for anyone else.

so, think of our ecosystem as our version of “national development”:

* liberation → clarity.freedom only works when it’s directed. define your philosophy, what your brand stands for, or you’ll drift into every new trend.

* Institution-building → systems.your tech stack, content rhythm, client flow, and messaging frameworks are your institutions. without them, you’re in constant rebellion mode: lots of fire, very little foundation.

* economic policy → revenue architecture.decide how value moves through your ecosystem. courses, community, consulting: all should feed each other, not compete. otherwise, your economy collapses under too many offers.

the goal is self-sustaining interdependence: every part of your ecosystem supports the others, and none depend entirely on outside control.

and you’re nervous about “existing”…

“they’re trying to get rid of us…” = you know what I say? “good!”

“they want to take our jobs away"… = you know what I say? “good!”

All 2020 - 2025, we collectively talked about how corporate and employers are anti-human (which they are)…and now, you’re panicking because you’ll have to know who you are without a job.

this is the gag. you’re supposed to be creator of reality. and the tech bros know this.

you’re not so special to them that they don’t like you…you just got what they actually want to make: human intelligence.

we are living in a system that actively suppresses our true nature.

they want you confused and unable to trust your own mind: their entire system is designed to make you doubt your internal compass so that you will follow their external map.

when you are connected to your intuition, you are unpredictable to their models. you might suddenly quit a job that looks good on paper, move to a different country, start a business based on a passion they can’t quantify, or simply refuse to consume what their algorithms tell you to.

I have always hoped and prayed for “conscious capitalism”…because I do like the building, the business realm, and the ability network…it’s a game I have learned to play pretty well. but we are moving into a very interesting territory: a soul-grab.

your most powerful act of rebellion and self-preservation is to trust your inner knowing over their outer plan…how can you really double down?

* see the flood of conflicting information as a tactic, not an coincidence.

* choose a small amount of trusted information sources and ignore the rest.

* practice discernment by questioning who benefits from a story.

my decision to make money, build beautiful communities, to travel, to see the world, to feel the sun and connect with people… is a “rebellion” against the system: cause I know the polarities can be at play here.

this is about reclaiming your humanity from a system that sees you as a data point or a biological resource.

Hey hey! Here’s the replay of my monologue :

focus primarily on Millennials and Gen Z in your marketing and sales at this point.

Generation Alpha (born ~2010-2024) Video first, interactive/gaming, very visual, mobile-native. (HubSpot Blog) Short, dynamic video content (think 10-30 s), strong visuals, participatory (“tap to choose”, “which avatar would you pick?”)

Generation Z (born ~1997-2009) Short-form video, authenticity, mobile social, highly visual, values-driven. (HubSpot Blog) Into Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style content: quick hook, strong emotion or surprise, heavy on metaphors of self-identity, interactive (polls, comment prompts).

Millennials (born ~1981-1996) Digital natives but still value depth; mix of video + long-form + community; authenticity + story matter. (webblazeagency.com) Content: mix short + medium length. Use value-driven stories, how-tos, behind-the-scenes.

Generation X (born ~1965-1980) Mix of analog + digital; prefer informative, practical, trusted sources (webinars, blogs, email). (braveheartdigitalmarketing.com) Algorithmic content: slightly longer form works; but still need quick hooks. Use formats like short video to introduce a topic, then invite to deeper content (email, notes).

Baby Boomers (born ~1946-1964) Value trusted sources, simplicity, familiarity, deeper reading, email, long-form, clear language. (ContentGrip) Algorithmic rise: While older, they are on platforms (Facebook, YouTube).

Gen X is valuable (higher spending power, decision-making) but less focused on rapid platform shifts; their content preferences differ slightly.

older cohorts (Boomers) might engage less with newer formats or may prefer different types of messaging.

quick breakdown (save and tag a biz bestie) :

* Platform choice: For Millennials + Gen Z: Reels, Shorts, Threads, TikTok for grab-attention + Substack for depth. For Gen X, maybe Facebook/LinkedIn but less volume.

* Format & tone: Use short-form, punchy hooks (great for Gen Z). Combine with deeper essays, frameworks, and mastery topics (great for Millennials).

* Offer structure: Entry-level offering aimed at Gen Z (low cost, high value, building trust). Higher-ticket offer aimed at Millennials (younger career-advancers, ready to invest).

sometimes your “healing” is activated when you do the healing work for others as if it were yourself. doing the healing of others, can sometimes bring healing for you.

We think we run out of time but what we really run out of, is capacity.Capacity is energy, focus, and clarity, not just hours in the day.

Most of us confuse exhaustion with productivity when it’s just poor management of self.

Trusting Ourselves

Overcommitting is rarely about ambition, it’s about not trusting ourselves to deliver with focus.

We chase more projects because we don’t believe one move is enough.But mastery is built in depth, not in scattered volume.

The shift is choosing discipline instead of desperation.

I had to learn that when I trust myself, I stop chasing and I start designing.

Study who you are becoming!
