► Feel like you're doing all the right things… but IVF still isn't working? ► Get a personalized IVF Toolkit with videos based on where you are (retrieval or transfer) and what's not working (no embryos, low egg count, pregnancy loss, etc.): https://bit.ly/3VY23I0
In this no-fluff episode of IVF Uncovered, Tasha Blasi pulls back the curtain on common IVF add-ons and answers the question every patient is secretly asking: Is this actually improving my odds… or just draining my bank account?
Tasha breaks down popular tests, procedures, and medications into two clear categories: "baby makers" that may improve outcomes, and "money wasters" that cost time, energy, and emotional bandwidth without strong evidence of benefit.
She shares candid takes on PRP, ERA, autoimmune protocols, genetic testing, dual stim cycles, back-to-back retrievals, high-dose stim protocols, and the truth about "famous" or discount clinics. If you're navigating IVF and want clarity, confidence, and a second set of expert eyes on your protocol, this episode is for you. ► FOLLOW & LISTEN: ► TAKING SUPPLEMENTS? Don't Skip This Step

We talk about why results matter more than research rabbit holes or impressive doctor titles, and how staying focused on your actual goal—building your family—can change everything.
Hear about some of the biggest traps I see clients fall into and we'll also get real about the mental and emotional toll this process takes, and why that side of the journey isn't optional—it's essential. This episode is part tough love, part deep compassion, meant to help you protect your energy, your finances, and your hope, while moving forward with clarity and intention. You're not broken, and you're not alone. 💛

| EP65 - Path to Parenthood with Kelli | 19 May 2021 | 00:15:29 | |
Meet Kelli
Kelli is not our typical Path to Parenthood story. Kelli had her first child through IVF after two rounds. When she and her husband decided to continue growing their family, they knew they would need IVF support again. She had already discovered Tasha through Facebook and was a regular podcast listener. Kelli told herself that if the first transfer wasn't successful, she would hire the FU Project Workshop to support her.
Tune in this week and hear how Kelli has completely transformed. Kelli is not pregnant (yet) but would, hands down, work with Tasha and the FU Project Workshop even if she wasn't trying to get pregnant. The knowledge and tools she has learned have truly helped her transform her life and mindset.
Join me this week for another inspiring story and find out where Kelli is today.

| EP64: Path to Parenthood with Jessica | 12 May 2021 | 00:14:48 | |
Meet Jessica.
Jessica and her husband thought IVF was the answer to their unexplained infertility woes. A doctor would take her eggs, combine them with his sperm, and POOF - a baby. They expected IVF to work on the first round (hint, it took 4 more rounds).
When Jessica found the FU Project Workshop, she was still skeptical about bringing in an additional team to help her and her husband on their fertility journey. In fact, she and her husband were the only two people that knew they were going through IVF for the first 2 rounds of treatment. It was an incredibly foreign concept to bring in additional support to assist them. After all, why would anyone need more assistance outside of the doctors and embryologists they are already working with? They're the experts, aren't they?
Join me this week for another inspiring story and find out where Jessica and her husband are today on their fertility journey.

| EP63: My Huge IVF Mistake and Lesson | 05 May 2021 | 00:12:49 | |
At the ripe age of 33, I would have laughed at anyone that tried to tell me that it would take more than two rounds to have my family. After all, fertility wasn't my problem. My husband was the one with a low sperm count. Boy, was I wrong? IVF can be so overwhelming. Yes, it's science, and it exists to help you grow your family. However, there is a misconception that because science is involved, the probability of error is low.
Join me on the FU Project Podcast this week to learn about my HUGE IVF mistake (by the way, it's a big one) and the lessons I learned from it.

| EP62: Path To Parenthood With Mari | 28 Apr 2021 | 00:15:00 | |
Meet Mari.
When we met, Mari was sad and angry. Mari and her husband had been trying for a year to conceive, but hadn't had any success. At that point they decided it was best to have some tests done. Doctors diagnosed Mari with unexplained infertility and recommended IVF, but Mari and her husband weren't ready.
Instead they continued to try naturally, followed by a couple of failed IUIs. They did eventually get pregnant, but the pregnancy ended in miscarriage. At that point they knew they wanted help and support as they embarked on their IVF journey.
Join me this week for another inspiring story and learn how Mari and her husband found the help and support they needed to create the family of their dreams.
What You'll Learn
"It's making sure I prioritize my health and my mindset, I know how important and how essential that is..."

| EP61: Happy #NIAW: The "One Piece of Advice" from Fertilitites | 21 Apr 2021 | 00:15:30 | |
HAPPY NATIONAL INFERTILITY AWARENESS WEEK!!
1 in 8 couples face fertility issues. That's why National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW) and the work RESOLVE does is so important.
As anyone that listens to this podcast knows, it took me 10 rounds of IVF to have my two very expensive children. If you're on a fertility journey, you know how challenging this journey can be.
When you first enter the world of the fertility challenged it's hard to know where to start.
Start with RESOLVE. They have an abundance of resources on infertility, insurance coverage, getting insurance coverage, making infertility affordable and understanding your options.
RESOLVE is working to make the struggle of infertility a talked about issue. Every year I travel to Washington D.C. with RESOLVE to advocate for women and families that are struggling with fertility issues.
Join me this week for another inspiring episode.

| EP60: Path To Parenthood With Anne | 14 Apr 2021 | 00:14:28 | |
Meet Anne.
Anne was diagnosed with a diminished ovarian reserve and completed two unsuccessful egg retrievals (1-2 eggs total), followed by two unsuccessful fresh transfers.
After joining the FU Project Workshop, she did another two egg retrievals. The first produced 4 Day 3 embryos which are on ice and then the second produced over 10 eggs and she now has 6 Day 5 genetically tested embryos (not a typo) on ice!
These results are a perfect example of how one doctor's opinion and protocol should not define your entire fertility journey and how much you can do to affect the outcome yourself.
Join me this week for another inspiring story.
What You'll Learn
"I developed more of a natural belief that it would happen..." - Anne

| EP59: Use Your Voice! (Your Vagina will Thank You!) | 07 Apr 2021 | 00:20:05 | |
An open letter to all fertility clinics... Have a little more respect for my vagina. I realize that you may be used to having women spread eagle in a room while you're going about your business, but for us, it's strange AF!
Give us a towel, a blanket, anything to cover our vagina, and as a result, our anus, from the room full of people taking notes, chit-chatting and getting prepped for a procedure that in theory takes no longer than it takes to insert a tampon.
Yet for some reason, here I am, vagina on display, for what feels like 5 hours.
On this week's episode of the FU Project podcast I'm talking about that AWFUL embryo transfer and what I should have done.

She joined the FU Project Workshop for our experience, expertise and ability to customize a plan for her. | EP57: How I Recently Dealt with Immense Stress | 24 Mar 2021 | 00:31:46
I recently had one of the hardest weeks of my life this past December. I was working double time so that I could feel prepared to take a week off for the holidays (that's already stressful at any point in the year), but then my husband was diagnosed with covid and my dad was dying from covid all at the same time.
Stress, whether acute or traumatic, has affected us all. We learn that stress is bad for our body and mind, but we rarely learn healthy tactics to combat it while we are in the trenches.
When we don't practice emotional wellness during stressful times, we end up suppressing our emotions entirely, wrongly lashing out at another person who doesn't deserve it or we seek "comfort" in areas that provide that instant gratification that hurts us in the long run.
Sound familiar? We've all been there.
Thankfully, during one of my most stressful weeks of my life, I had strategies that helped me understand and process my emotions and experiences so that I didn't crumble to pieces all day, every day (note: I did breakdown, naturally, I'm human. But it could have been much worse).
On this episode of the FU Project, I go over strategies for handling immense stress that don't involve pushing past and ignoring your emotions. Tune in for actionable ways to get in tune with your reality and emotions in order to handle stressful situations, like your fertility journey, better.

Meet Emma…
She had gone through one IUI and five failed transfers with IVF when the doctors started recommending surrogacy. However, she felt there were still avenues she could take to get and stay pregnant. When we met, Emma wasn't ready to give up on herself, and she wanted to make sure she got it right with her next embryo. Not only was her first transfer with the FU project successful, but she learned important tactics she carried with her into her relationships and now into motherhood.
Listen to what Emma discovered about herself, what she gives credit to for finally having a successful transfer and how a cute tactic she used helped to keep her spirits up during that dreaded two-week wait.
What You'll Learn

Amy discusses her proactive approach, the importance of advocating for herself, and the benefits of seeking personalized guidance through the IVF process. | EP55: Does God Believe in IVF? | 10 Mar 2021 | 00:19:45
Oh yes, I'm going there. We are talking about God, Religion and your IVF journey. Religion can play a huge role in your life's decisions. It can play an even more confusing role if your religion and life goals create conflicting in ideologies. But is IVF and fertility support innately against God's will? Are you playing God by using IVF to get you pregnant?
This whole God conversation started because someone thought it was wrong and ungodly for me to have my blonde haired, blue eyed children through IVF. They thought it was wrong for me to be able to choose my childrens' traits by picking out which embryo - wait, what? Choose my children's traits? What is this, a scifi movie?
Personally, I thought it was wrong for them to voice their opinion over my fertility journey when they obviously knew nothing about IVF.
On this episode of the FU Project, I explain why God supports IVF and why this procedure to support your reproductive system is no different than any other life altering surgery. Tune in for a healthy look at how religion should or should not impact your fertility journey.

Meet Jennifer…
Getting pregnant seemed like an uphill battle with both her husband and herself having fertility issues. They tried for two years, both naturally and through IVF, before they found me. When we met she had already went through 2 egg retrievals and 5 failed transfers with genetically tested embryos, interviewing surrogates as a possible option and then natural pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage. The natural pregnancy proved to herself that she could get pregnant, but she needed a new option moving forward in their fertility journey. Through the FU project, Jennifer found a community that understood her struggles and allowed her to another outlet that provided her immensely helpful support.
Listen to how she was able to find her happy self again, create boundaries, and view this life-changing journey as one to make her even better than ever before.

| EP51: The CRAZIEST Thing I Did to Get Pregnant | 10 Feb 2021 | 00:17:32 | |
From simple prayers to multi-step mystic processes, there is no shortage of weird tips, tricks and superstitions people subscribe to in order to get and stay pregnant. When you're going on your 10th round of IVF like I was, you get a little desperate for something to make you magically pregnant, even if that involves taking crazy advice from strangers.
On what would be my final round of IVF, I found myself open to do anything that may potentially get me pregnant. But when I got the advice to do this crazy thing, I was skeptical thinking there was no way this could actually do anything to help my fertility journey. For days, I tried to find a loop-hole around the entire situation.
On this episode of the FU Project, I talk about how a psychic's reading led me down a path to eventually using a watermelon and yellow cloth to hopefully become pregnant on my 10th round of IVF. Tune in for a ridiculous story and a good laugh over what I did to FINALLY get pregnant.

She needed IVF due to a male factor (like we did) and thought that IVF was going to create control and order in her fertility journey (like I did). When we met, Charlotte just had a miscarriage after IVF. It was then that she realized she needed support and guidance moving forward through her fertility journey. She originally joined the FU project just to get an opinion over how she should get and stay pregnant. What she discovered was her own voice and options that truly empowered her in life and on her fertility journey.
Listen to what she did that she credits to her successful fertility journey and how this is impacting her life, career, and motherhood.

| EP49: Path to Parenthood with Heather | 20 Jan 2021 | 00:12:21 | |
Meet Heather…
For Heather, having her second child felt like a ticking time bomb. There was pressure to make something happen since she was getting older and the statistics of her having a baby weren't getting any better. But she wasn't ready to give up on her body's ability. When we met, Heather was 42 years old with light endometriosis and being told that she could not get pregnant without an egg donor. She joined the FU Project Workshop because of the unwavering belief that I had that she could be pregnant with her own eggs which made her know and believe it, too. And she did it.
We discuss how the program gave her the resources to heal from the inside out and how paying attention to her body and intuition gave way to the necessary space she needed to get pregnant with her second child.
What You'll Learn
"It basically feels like I healed my body from the inside out. The program gave clear direction, but the work and the energy I put in made the changes and made the difference." Heather

| EP48: Path to Parenthood with Jamie | 06 Jan 2021 | 00:15:04 | |
Meet Jamie…
For Jamie, she had her first child easily through a couple rounds of IVF. When she tried to have her second child, things didn't go as smoothly. After many failed rounds and lots of frustration, Jamie felt like she hit rock bottom in her fertility journey. When we met, Jamie thought that her dreams of having a family of four may never actually happen. There was nothing technically wrong with her or her eggs, but IVF just didn't seem to be working this time around. She thought that if she had difficulty getting pregnant when she was younger, how could she possibly get pregnant now?
We discuss how changing her clinic and lifestyle impacted her fertility journey and what she did to be successfully (and quickly!) pregnant with her second baby boy.
What You'll Learn
"Overall, I just felt so much better after making those changes to balance out those hormones."

| EP47: Path to Parenthood with Megan | 23 Dec 2020 | 00:13:21 | |
Meet Megan…
She has severe diminished ovarian reserve (only makes 1-2 eggs on stimulation drugs), has severe endometriosis (two laparoscopy surgeries) and was told it would be impossible for her to have a child with her own eggs. She was at the most famous clinic in the USA with an exceptional doctor and was brave enough to leave there (and trust me) to go to a different, less known, doctor.
Megan and I get real really fast as she opens up about how her physical body was responding due to a lack of space or energy for herself. Instead, it was her "dysfunctional family" that got all of her space and energy. Listen to her talk about how she got out of "victim mode" and created boundaries and healed her body and mind and got pregnant with her own eggs.
What You'll Learn
"I was in a safe space and that helped me be relaxed and at peace."

| EP46: IVF Together, A Couple's Journey with Kate Rouze | 16 Dec 2020 | 00:50:06 | |
Is IVF feeling unfair?
Are you riding the emotional rollercoaster and wondering why your partner seems to be sitting cool, calm and collected on the sidelines? It's easy to feel like you're making all of the sacrifice while your partner's life seems unfazed by the IVF rollercoaster?
IVF is a huge commitment and places a lot of physical, emotional and mental demand on the female. This doesn't mean that your partner doesn't feel anything throughout the process, but they are experiencing the process through a completely different lens. IVF brings to the surface all of the little things within relationships that have been swept under the rug or haven't really been an issue up to this point.
If you and your partner are struggling through the IVF process, now is the time to fix and address any miscommunication or support woes because adding a baby to the mix WILL NOT solve these. If anything, a child will only throw fuel on an already raging fire.

| EP45: Path to Parenthood with Erin | 09 Dec 2020 | 00:12:59 | |
Meet Erin…
For Erin, deciding to do IVF after trying for about a year wasn't the problem. In fact, she was confident going into IVF since there were no obvious problems with her or her partner's fertility. When we met she had done two rounds of IVF. She had everything going for her - high egg reserve at 39 and loads of embryos after fertilization. But she only has a total of 1 embryo (between the two rounds) by the end.
We discuss what got her to try IVF again even with paralyzing fears that it just wouldn't work for her and what she did to finally be successful and enjoy her adorable four-month-old baby girl today.

| EP44: Removing the Drama From Your Fertility Journey | 02 Dec 2020 | 00:31:28 | |
Hint: You probably are. But it is with yourself.
Handling the stress of your fertility journey is downright difficult. Fertility journeys are a perfect breeding ground for those negative thoughts to creep into your head and control how you react to your own life. That being said, regardless of whether you've heard of a Drama Triangle, you've probably been a part of one.
Drama Triangles occur whenever we let our default, toxic emotional response take the reins and control how we process fear and shame. 😬 You've been a part of a Drama triangle if you've felt like it is up to you and only you to get something done. Or if you've felt like bad things keep happening to you, not because it is your fault, but because life just hates you. Or if you've lashed out or sought revenge on someone for not living up to your standards.
It's nothing to be ashamed of, we've all been there. The first step towards removing the drama triangle out of your fertility journey is identifying what personality type you lean towards or what scenarios tend to elicit this reaction from you or others.
On this episode of The FU Project Podcast, I provide tips and guidance to conquering the Drama Triangle so that you can overcome negative emotions and bad news in a more productive and healthy way. Tune in to learn how to leave the days of toxic emotional responses behind you.

Meet Michelle…
Michelle had completely embraced the IVF route for her fertility journey. She was pretty confident and believed she was going to get pregnant the first go-around. Flash forward through four failed transfers and learning to cope with anger and frustration, she not only got pregnant but developed a more positive, healthy mindset. When we met, Michelle had a failed transfer at her first clinic and was devastated. Together we worked to change clinics and create a healthier mental space during her fertility journey. Listen to how she totally changed her mindset and took control of her own journey instead of being consumed by bitterness.

| EP42: How to Survive Any Holiday During Your Fertility Journey | 18 Nov 2020 | 00:16:46 | |
When you're going through your fertility journey, navigating the holidays can seem daunting: The holiday cards featuring someone's newborn or seeing a pregnant relative or hearing how one of your friends got pregnant so easily can be absolutely devastating depending on your current mindset. Then there's the "advice." Your aunt gives you her special 8-step routine to increase your fertility. Your mom thinks you need to change your diet. Someone else chimes in saying you must try this thing that their second cousin's sister did to become pregnant.
While bracing for the inappropriate questions to the unsolicited advice to the newly pregnant relative making their announcement at dinner, the holidays can seem, well, gloomy and dreadful.
On this episode of The FU Project Podcast, I provide tips and guidance to conquering the holiday-fertility-journey-anxiety (and making a game out of it!) so that you can feel empowered to enjoy the holiday season like the rest of them. Because, trust me, you deserve it. Tune in to learn how to confront those uncomfortable questions and love yourself during a season of constant comparison.

| EP40: Fertility Diet Hits and Misses with (my husband) Brian Pannuzzo | 04 Nov 2020 | 00:45:01 | |
Most of us are fed ideas of what healthy and ideal lives look like from the diet, wellness and fitness industry. For women, this tends to mean we are in constant diet mode: losing 5 pounds for the vacation, a few pounds over here for the wedding, take some off over here after the holidays. Nutrition can get especially confusing when there are so many "miracle" diets and quick fixes preaching that they are the best for your health.
Brian Pannuzzo is a nutrition and health coach, and, well, my lovely husband and the father to our two (expensive) children. When he is not coaching his own clients, he helps my patients identify trends in their diet and nutrition that may be preventing them from getting pregnant and how to create building blocks for a healthier lifestyle.
On this episode of the FU Project, Brian and I talk about the importance of what you're putting into your body, how you're doing it, and tips and tricks for making a more nutritious lifestyle easier. Brian identifies the ideas that the wellness and fitness cultures feed us from day one and the dieting patterns it creates in our lives. Listen to find out how to reclaim your nutrition to better your fertility journey and life.

Listen to how we successfully prepared her for IVF and how her fertility journey allowed for her to gain a stronger, healthier mindset.

| EP38: How to Co-Collaborate with Your Fertility Doctor | 21 Oct 2020 | 00:39:03 | |
The relationship you have with your fertility doctor is really important. But most of the time, these "relationships" tend to be one sided, where you are expected to just sit and wait for the doctor to do their magic or for science to be on your side. Now, say this with me: For a relationship to be productive, it can't be one sided.
When we think of doctors, we think of people whom we should just trust and expect to have the answers. Believing this prevents a lot of healthy dialogue from happening, especially when it comes to your fertility journey.
On this episode of The FU Project Podcast, I break down how you can create a balanced relationship with your fertility doctor by examining the current structure of doctor's offices, what to look for in your visit and how to be your own advocate. Tune in to learn how to reclaim your confidence in the doctor's office.
