Dangerous Goods Declaration for sea transport under IMDG Code01 Jun 202101:08:04

One of the primary requirements of a dangerous goods declaration is to convey the fundamental information relative to the hazards of the goods. Β 

The shipper who offers dangerous goods for transport must give to the carrier the information applicable to those dangerous goods, including any additional information and documentation as specified by IMDG Code. Β 

A carrier shall not accept dangerous goods for transport unless: A copy of the dangerous goods transport document and other documents are provided; or information is provided in electronic form. Β 

The information must accompany the dangerous goods to final destination. This information must be given to the consignee when the dangerous goods are delivered. Β
