Joe Lyons Rising is a house music DJ and Producer from the Greater Toronto Area. He's also a mental health advocate, being a double suicide survivor, as both his biological parents committed suicide when he was a child. Joe has also struggled with anxiety and depression and finds music as a solace to keep pushing him forward. He is also an accomplished author recently publishing a book called Pain Remixed. DJ Wheels is described as a sportsperson, author, sports coach, disability awareness speaker and DJ. He suffers from Cerebral Palsy but hasn't allowed that to hamper his efforts in establishing himself as a DJ in England. Wheels has DJ'd in venues and radio stations all over England!
