Welcome to this new moon in Aquarius meditation for the new moon on Feb 11th 2021. This new moon guided meditation is only 10 minutes long and makes the perfect companion for a new moon ritual to assist you with your new moon manifestations.
For the ritual: Step 1: Cleanse and clear your space. Get dressed up too if that feels good to you. I love to get dressed up for new moons/full moon rituals! Lol, especially during a pandemic when I have no other reason to. Step 2: Welcome in your higher self and team of guides/angels/ascended masters/etc (whatever feels good to you!) - To do this just literally tell them you welcome them in and trust they are there. Step 3: Listen to the meditation Step 4: Journal using the questions below Step 5: Write a letter about what you're birthing/bringing forth. Ask your higher self and guides/source etc for help bringing this newness about in the highest most loving way. Make an envelope out of tin foil and place the letter in that tin foil envelope. Aquarius New Moon Journaling Prompts: 1. What color was the cloak you found yourself wearing in the meditation? What does this color symbolize to you? Why is it important? 2. What "newness" are you bringing forth in this new moon? What did the energy of the "entity" or "soul" of this newness feel like? If you want to give this new entity a name, go ahead and do that too. 3. What symbol appeared to you in the "fire"? What does it represent to you? Even if you're not sure what it means just yet, do not doubt yourself. Trust what you saw/felt/received, it will eventually make sense if it doesn't just yet. 4. Even though this is being released during the energy of the Capricorn New Moon in January 2021, this positive message affirmation meditation is designed to help you magnetize your goals and desires during any new moon, as a conscious co-creator with spirit (the Universe, Source, God, your Self, whatever you want to call it). Step 1: Cleanse/clear your space. Adorn yourself (if you want - for example, I will likely select essential oils and a dress to wear). Welcome in your team of guides, angels, ascended masters, etc.
Step 2: Name that which you are giving birth to (could be the title of your book, the name of your business, or just a name you're giving to the energy of your new project). For the sake of instructions, let's say the name is Luna.
Step 3: Welcome in the highest, most evolved version of your Luna across all timelines. Ask that his/her/their energy fill the room. Really connect to the energy.
Step 4: Bask in the energy, and extend gratitude towards it.
Step 5: Ask it: "What will you have me know?" and sit for a moment in an openness to receive.
Step 6: Jot down anything you want to remember and then TAKE INSPIRED ACTION to set wheels in motion. This could be writing a chapter of your book, creating a logo for your new business, buying a domain for your website. I use https://www.domains.google.com
Normally a Full Moon Ritual involves releasing something, but the healing meditation really took you through that without needing to actually release anything specific (because it raised your vibration to where you needed to be), that said, if you feel called, a classic addition to any full moon ritual is to write down that which you're ready to let go of and (safely) burn it. Watch the fire and feel grateful for the release. (You are responsible for your own safety doing that)
2. What were the flowers you lied down on? What do they symbolize to you? (Feel free to Google if you need help, but trust your gut because what it means for you might be different than what Google says)
3. What vision did you receive? What does it mean to you?
